Further, when all the control authorities of the vehicle are locked, the vehicle mode is in the vehicle authorized locking mode, and the vehicle is in the unauthorized state. If the vehicle needs to be restored to a normal authorization state, a forced unlocking control command can be sent to the vehicle through the military secure communication link through the military remote command center, and after the vehicle receives the forced unlocking control command, the vehicle mode is restored to a normal authorization allowed mode, so that normal authorization control can be performed on the vehicle.
Furthermore, in order to ensure the operation and use of the vehicle under the special emergency situation, the military remote command center can send an encryption authority control command through the military secret communication link to directly force one or all of weapon operation authority, communication positioning authority and vehicle control authority to be authorized, so that personnel in the vehicle can control and operate the vehicle in time.
