In steps S101 to S105, first, the displacement speed of the vehicle is obtained, and it should be noted that the present invention does not limit the obtaining manner of the displacement speed, and the obtaining manner may be obtained according to a vehicle running speed detector set by the vehicle itself, or may be obtained by calculation according to the actual running time and running distance of the vehicle, which is not restrictive. Then, the communication state of the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 with the heat exchange channel is controlled according to the displacement speed. It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit any specific determination method for controlling the communication state between the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 and the heat exchange channel according to the displacement speed, and the determination may be performed by comparing the displacement speed with a preset displacement speed or a ratio, or may be determined by a mathematical calculation formula together according to the displacement speed and other introduced parameters, such as the temperature of the evaporator 23, which is not restrictive, and the technician may set the determination according to the actual situation.
Specifically, in order to more intuitively and quickly determine the communication state between the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 and the heat exchange channel, as an optimal setting mode, if the displacement speed is greater than or equal to a preset displacement speed, the second air inlet 113 is controlled to be communicated with the heat exchange channel, that is, the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is controlled to be in a natural air supply mode. Meanwhile, under the condition that the second air inlet 113 is communicated with the heat exchange channel, the controller 15 controls the fan 12 outside the vehicle to stop running, so that the vehicle can fully utilize the naturally flowing air passing through the shell 11 in the running process to exchange heat with the condenser 21, the use frequency of the fan 12 outside the vehicle is reduced, the charge and discharge frequency of the vehicle-mounted battery can be effectively reduced, the purposes of protecting the vehicle-mounted battery and prolonging the service life are achieved, and the energy consumption of the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit can be effectively reduced. On the contrary, if the displacement speed is smaller than the preset displacement speed, the first air inlet 112 is controlled to be communicated with the heat exchange channel, that is, the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is controlled to be in an active air supply mode, and meanwhile, the external fan 12 is controlled to continue to operate under the condition that the first air inlet 112 is communicated with the heat exchange channel, so that the actual heat exchange requirement of a user is ensured.
It should be noted that, the present invention does not make any limitation on the specific setting mode of the preset displacement speed, and as a preferred setting mode, the preset displacement speed is 20km/h, so as to effectively meet the use requirements of users, and at the same time, the energy consumption of the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is effectively reduced, and the service life of the vehicle-mounted battery is ensured.
Further, in step S106, under the condition that the second air inlet 113 is communicated with the heat exchange channel, the temperature of the evaporator 23 and the change condition of the vehicle interior temperature are continuously obtained, and the first air inlet 112 is selectively controlled to be communicated with the heat exchange channel according to the temperature of the evaporator 23 and the change condition of the vehicle interior temperature. Of course, the present invention does not limit the specific obtaining manner of the temperature of the evaporator 23 and the variation of the temperature in the vehicle, for example, the temperature may be obtained according to an average value of the temperatures of the temperature sensor arranged in the vehicle in different time periods, or may be obtained according to the real-time temperature in the vehicle; preferably, the temperature of the evaporator 23 and the change condition of the temperature in the vehicle are obtained according to the real-time temperature in the vehicle, so that the running state of the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit can be effectively adjusted in time, the energy consumption of the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is further effectively reduced, and the service life of a vehicle-mounted battery is ensured.
Specifically, in steps S107 and S108, when the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is in the cooling condition, on one hand, if the temperature of the evaporator 23 is greater than the preset cooling temperature, or the falling amplitude of the temperature in the vehicle does not reach the preset falling amplitude, the first air inlet 112 is controlled to be communicated with the heat exchange channel; of course, if the temperature of the evaporator 23 is greater than the preset refrigeration temperature and the falling range of the temperature in the vehicle does not reach the preset falling range, the first air inlet 112 may be controlled to communicate with the heat exchange channel, which is not restrictive, and the technician may set the temperature according to the actual situation; preferably, when the temperature of the evaporator 23 and the drop amplitude of the temperature in the vehicle meet the requirements at the same time, the first air inlet 112 is controlled to be communicated with the heat exchange channel, so that the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit can be in a natural air supply mode for a long time, and the energy consumption is reduced. On the other hand, if the temperature of the evaporator 23 is less than or equal to the preset refrigeration temperature and the drop amplitude of the vehicle interior temperature reaches the preset drop amplitude, the second air inlet 113 is maintained to be communicated with the heat exchange channel.
Further, in steps S109 and S110, when the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is in a heating working condition, on one hand, if the temperature of the evaporator 23 is less than a preset heating temperature, or the rise amplitude of the temperature in the vehicle does not reach the preset rise amplitude, the first air inlet 112 is controlled to be communicated with the heat exchange channel, so as to better ensure the heat exchange effect; of course, if the temperature of the evaporator 23 is less than the preset heating temperature and the rise range of the temperature in the vehicle does not reach the preset rise range, the first air inlet 112 may also be controlled to communicate with the heat exchange channel, which is not restrictive, and the technician may set the temperature according to the actual situation. Preferably, when the temperature of the evaporator 23 and the rise range of the temperature in the vehicle meet the requirements at the same time, the first air inlet 112 is controlled to be communicated with the heat exchange channel, so that the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit can be in a natural air supply mode for a long time, and the energy consumption is reduced. On the other hand, if the temperature of the evaporator 23 is greater than or equal to the preset heating temperature and the rising range of the vehicle interior temperature reaches the preset rising range, the second air inlet 113 is maintained to be communicated with the heat exchange channel.
It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the specific setting modes of the preset refrigeration temperature, the preset heating temperature, the preset reduction amplitude and the preset increase amplitude, and the specific setting modes may be set by the user, or may be set by the actual operating conditions of the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit and the vehicle; preferably, the preset cooling temperature and the preset heating temperature are both 20 ℃. This is not restrictive and the skilled person can set himself according to the actual situation.
In addition, it should be noted that, the present invention does not limit any specific determination manner of the communication state between the first air inlet 112 and the second air inlet 113 and the heat exchange channel, and the determination manner may be determined only by the displacement speed of the vehicle, or may be determined by the displacement speed of the vehicle, the temperature of the evaporator 23, and the change condition of the temperature in the vehicle; preferably, the displacement speed of the vehicle, the temperature of the evaporator 23 and the change condition of the temperature in the vehicle are determined together, so that under the condition that the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is ensured to run stably, the energy consumption is further reduced more effectively, and the service life of a vehicle-mounted battery is ensured.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
