The paper passing roller connected with the motor is a main driving roller, the motor is started, the main driving roller rotates, a chain wheel arranged on the main driving roller synchronously rotates with the main driving roller, a chain on the driving surface side and the operating surface side of the printing unit moves along with the main driving roller, the chains on the two sides are connected through a paper clamping rod, and the paper clamping rod can be driven to move when the chain moves.
The automatic paper threading equipment provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, is assembled by a plurality of parts; the shaft A5, the retainer ring 4, the bearing A29 and the chain wheel A1 are connected into a driving roller A through fasteners, and the driving roller is connected to the lower part of the upright post of the railing of the printing unit through fasteners;

as shown in fig. 7, the connection plate 13, the shaft C12, the retainer ring E41, the bearing E39, the sprocket E40 are connected to form a tension roller by fasteners, and the tension roller is connected to the inside of the tension beam between the printing units by fasteners;
the paper clamping rod 14 is connected to the chains 20 at two sides through a fastener, the paper clamping rod 14 is parallel to the ground and is perpendicular to the movement direction of the chains 20; because the lower side of the closed loop chain 20 is too long, the chain 20 will contact the ground, and the chain 20 is supported by the chain guide 19, so that the optimal movable range of the gripper bar 14 is the upper side of the closed loop chain 20.
The invention aims to reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the labor productivity, and provides automatic paper threading equipment. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the automatic paper feeding device aims at the problem that the operation space at the bottom of the printing unit is narrow, a set of closed-loop chains are respectively arranged on the inner sides of a transmission surface and an operation surface of the printing unit, the chains on the two sides are connected through the paper clamping rods, the paper clamping rods can be driven to move when the chains move, paper is clamped on the paper clamping rods, automatic paper feeding can be achieved after the motor is driven, and an operator only needs to feed and take paper.
The automatic paper threading equipment mainly adopts a motor driving and chain transmission mode, and drives paper to realize an automatic paper threading function through the paper clamping rod 14 arranged on the chain 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the motor 24 has a forward and a reverse rotation, and is provided with two modes, manual and automatic; when the motor 24 is started in a manual or automatic mode, the motor 24 rotates forward, and the paper clamping rod 14 arranged on the chain 20 starts to drive paper to move from a paper feeding position in front of the paper feeder to a paper taking position between the third printing unit and the second printing unit through the bottoms of the fourth printing unit and the third printing unit; after the paper is taken, the motor 24 can be reversed, and the paper clamping rod 14 can return to the paper feeding position in the original way; in the paper threading process, if the paper clamping rod 14 is in a manual mode, the paper clamping rod is contacted with a limit switch A27 and a limit switch B28, and the limit switch A27 and the limit switch B28 have no effect; if the automatic mode is adopted, the paper clamping rod 14 contacts the limit switch A27 and the limit switch B28, and the limit switch A27 and the limit switch B28 play a stop role.

The automatic paper threading equipment is arranged at the bottom of a printing unit and is characterized by comprising a driving roller A, a driving roller B, a driving roller C, a main driving roller, a driving roller E and a tensioning roller which are sequentially arranged, and further comprising a chain (20), wherein the chain (20) is wound on the driving roller A, the driving roller B, the driving roller C, the main driving roller, the driving roller E and the tensioning roller to form a closed-loop chain, the main driving roller is connected with a motor (24), a paper clamping rod (14) is further paved on the surface above each driving roller of the chain (20), limit switches A (27) and limit switches B (28) are further arranged at the edges of two ends of the printing unit respectively, the driving roller A is connected to the lower part of a column of a railing of the printing unit through a fastener, the two shafts A (5) are fixedly connected to a driving surface and an operating surface of the printing unit respectively, the shafts A (5) are sleeved with chain wheels A (1) through bearings A (29), the chain (20) are sleeved with the chain wheels A (1), the shafts A (5) are positioned on two sides of the shafts A (1) and are sleeved with fastening bolts (4) respectively, and the fastening bolts (4) are connected with the fastening bolts;
the driving roller B is positioned at one side of the driving roller A and comprises supporting seats (17) symmetrically arranged at two sides of the chain (20), the supporting seats (17) are fixedly provided with shafts D (16) parallel to the chain (20), the shafts D (16) are sleeved with chain wheels (30) matched with the chain (20) through bearings (25), the shafts D (16) are positioned at two sides of the chain wheels (30) and are sleeved with check rings A (31), the outer sides of the check rings A (31) are provided with fastening bolts, and the fastening bolts extend into the check rings A (31) to be connected with the shafts D (16);
