Abstract
The invention relates to the field of container materials, in particular to a bamboo plywood used for a container bottom plate and a preparation method thereof, which comprises an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and a bamboo blank layer arranged between the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer, wherein the bamboo blank layer consists of a first bamboo board layer arranged along a first direction and a second bamboo board layer arranged along a second direction, the upper surface layer, the lower surface layer, the first bamboo board layer and the second bamboo board layer are connected through an adhesive, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are both made of high polymer materials with excellent mechanical properties, the bamboo blank layer positioned in the bamboo blank layer can have good compression resistance and protection effects, the bamboo blank layer is used as a base body and is used as a main pressure-bearing structure, the bamboo blank layer is bonded through the adhesive consisting of the self-made main agent and DY-5508 curing agent, the bamboo plywood has high bonding strength, water resistance, moisture resistance, excellent mechanical properties and longer opening time, is beneficial to processing.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of container materials, in particular to a bamboo plywood for a container bottom plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The container is used as a tool for loading goods for transportation and facilitating loading, unloading and carrying by mechanical equipment, and is widely applied to various fields, the bottom plate of the container is used as a carrier for loading the goods, can be used for fixing the goods and also can prevent the goods from being directly scraped and collided with the container in the transportation process, the bottom plate of the container is mostly wood or bamboo at present, however, due to the reduction of world tropical broad-leaved wood resources and the implementation of environmental protection measures, the wood raw material source for preparing the bottom plate of the container is limited, the bamboo grows fast, the wood forming time is short, the wood becomes the main raw material for manufacturing the bottom plate of the container gradually, but the mechanical property and the moisture resistance are poor, and the container is difficult to be widely popularized and used.

The purpose of the invention is as follows: aiming at the technical problem, the invention provides a bamboo plywood for a container bottom plate and a preparation method thereof.

a bamboo plywood for a container bottom plate comprises an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and a bamboo blank layer arranged between the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer, wherein the bamboo blank layer consists of a first bamboo board layer arranged along a first direction and a second bamboo board layer arranged along a second direction;
the upper surface layer, the lower surface layer, the first bamboo board layer and the second bamboo board layer are connected through adhesives.
Further, the first direction and the second direction are parallel or perpendicular to each other.
Furthermore, the number of layers of the first bamboo board layer and the second bamboo board layer is the same and is more than or equal to 3.
Further, the first bamboo board layer and the second bamboo board layer are arranged in a staggered mode in the thickness direction.
Furthermore, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of the same material, and the ABS, PVC and the toughening agent are mixed according to the weight ratio of 7-10: 4-5: 1.

the preparation method of the main agent comprises the following steps:
under the protection of nitrogen, adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate into a reactor, heating to 70-75 ℃, stirring to melt the diphenylmethane diisocyanate, adding castor oil, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 3-3.5h, heating to 80-85 ℃, adding epoxy resin, dibutyltin dilaurate and epoxypropane butyl ether, and continuing to react for 1-2 h.
The invention also provides a bamboo plywood for the bottom plate of the container and a preparation method thereof, which are characterized by comprising the following steps:
uniformly mixing the main agent and the DY-5508 curing agent to obtain an adhesive, drying the bamboo chips for the first time, then soaking the bamboo chips in the adhesive for 5-10min, then taking out the bamboo chips for the second time, arranging the bamboo chips in a mould according to a first direction and a second direction to obtain a first bamboo board layer and a second bamboo board layer, then hot-pressing the bamboo chips at the temperature of 150-.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a bamboo plywood for container bottom plate, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are both made of high molecular material with excellent mechanical property, which can play a good compression protection effect on the bamboo base layer positioned in the bamboo plywood, because the container bottom plate needs to load and unload goods frequently, the requirements on the impact resistance, the compression resistance and the toughness of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are higher, when being impacted, the toughening fiber component can generate concentration effect, the initiation system generates a large amount of cracks, the fiber is pulled out and broken, the fiber is debonded with the basal body, a new surface is formed, the basal body material can absorb certain energy through plastic deformation, the toughening high molecular component composed of SBS and E/VAC has good flexibility and elasticity, when being acted by external force, the molecular chains are easy to stretch, the chain segments are easy to slide mutually, so that the stress is dispersed well, the bamboo base layer is used as the basal body, as a main pressure-bearing structure, the adhesive prepared from the self-made main agent and the DY-5508 curing agent is used for bonding, so that the adhesive has high bonding strength, is waterproof and moistureproof, has excellent mechanical property, has longer opening time and is beneficial to processing.

Detailed Description
The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, a bamboo plywood for container bottom plate, include upper surface layer (1), lower surface layer (4) and locate bamboo base layer between upper surface layer (1), lower surface layer (4), the bamboo base layer comprises first bamboo sheet layer (2) of arranging along the first direction and second bamboo sheet layer (3) of arranging along the second direction, first direction, the second direction is parallel to each other, the number of piles of first bamboo sheet layer (2) and second bamboo sheet layer (3) is the same, be 3 layers, and first bamboo sheet layer (2) and second bamboo sheet layer (3) set up along thickness direction is crisscross, connect through the gluing agent between upper surface layer (1), lower surface layer (4), first bamboo sheet layer (2), second bamboo sheet layer (3).

the invention also provides a bamboo plywood for the bottom plate of the container and a preparation method thereof, which are characterized by comprising the following steps:
uniformly mixing a main agent and a DY-5508 curing agent according to a mass ratio of 15:1 to obtain an adhesive, selecting 2-year-old moso bamboos, planing off slightly thin waxy components on the surface of the bamboo wall outside the moso bamboos, preparing bamboo chips with the thickness of 1 +/-0.2 mm and the width of 10 +/-1 mm on the surface close to the outermost bamboo green surface, soaking the bamboo chips in the adhesive for 5min after primary drying, taking out the bamboo chips for secondary drying, arranging the bamboo chips in a mould according to a first direction and a second direction respectively to obtain a first bamboo board layer (2) and a second bamboo board layer (3), carrying out hot pressing at 160 ℃ and 4MPa for 2min/mm of thickness, recovering the room temperature for cold pressing for 1min/mm of thickness to obtain a bamboo blank layer, connecting the upper layer (1) and the lower layer (4) with the bamboo blank layer by the adhesive, and carrying out curing for 5d at 25-30 ℃.
Example 2:
basically the same as in embodiment 1 except that the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
Comparative example 1:
the difference is that the material of the upper and lower layers does not include a toughening agent, substantially the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2:
essentially the same as example 1 except that the toughening agent does not include a toughening polymeric component.
Comparative example 3:
essentially the same as example 1 except that the toughening polymer component of the toughening agent does not contain SBS.
Comparative example 4:
essentially the same as example 1 except that the toughening polymeric component of the toughening agent does not contain E/VAC.
And (3) performance testing:
performance tests were performed on the upper layers prepared in example 1 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 4;
the impact strength is tested according to ASTM D256-2010;
the tensile strength is tested according to ASTM D638-2003, and the tensile rate is 5 mm/min;
the bending strength is tested according to ASTM D790-2010, and the bending rate is 2 mm/min;
the test results are shown in table 1 below:

as can be seen from table 1, the upper layer (lower layer) prepared by the present invention has excellent mechanical properties, and can achieve a good protection effect when used as a panel of a bamboo plywood.
Secondly, the bamboo base layer prepared by the embodiment 1-2 of the invention is subjected to performance test;
the test results are shown in table 2 below:

As can be seen from table 2 above, the bamboo mat layer in the present invention has good mechanical properties, and from comparison of examples 1-2, although the elastic modulus, static bending strength, and adhesive strength of the bamboo mat layer are better when the first direction and the second direction are parallel to each other than when the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, the bending strength and the shear strength are slightly inferior, and the first direction and the second direction should be selected to be perpendicular or parallel to each other according to practical application scenarios.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A bamboo plywood for a container bottom plate is characterized by comprising an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and a bamboo blank layer arranged between the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer, wherein the bamboo blank layer consists of a first bamboo board layer arranged along a first direction and a second bamboo board layer arranged along a second direction;
the upper surface layer, the lower surface layer, the first bamboo board layer and the second bamboo board layer are connected through adhesives.
2. The bamboo plywood for a container bottom board of claim 1, wherein the first direction and the second direction are parallel or perpendicular to each other.
3. The bamboo plywood for the bottom plate of the container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first bamboo board layer and the second bamboo board layer have the same number of layers which is equal to or more than 3.
4. The bamboo plywood for a container bottom plate according to claim 1, wherein the first bamboo ply and the second bamboo ply are staggered in a thickness direction.
5. The bamboo plywood for the bottom plate of the container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of the same material, and are made of ABS, PVC and toughening agent according to the weight ratio of 7-10: 4-5: 1.
6. The bamboo plywood for the bottom plate of the container as claimed in claim 5, wherein the toughening agent comprises a toughening fiber component and a toughening polymer component, and the mass ratio of the toughening fiber component to the toughening polymer component is 1: 1.
7. the bamboo plywood for the bottom plate of the container as claimed in claim 6, wherein the toughening fiber component is any one or a combination of more of glass fiber, carbon nanotube fiber, aramid fiber, orlon fiber, polyester fiber and nylon fiber.

the preparation method of the main agent comprises the following steps:
under the protection of nitrogen, adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate into a reactor, heating to 70-75 ℃, stirring to melt the diphenylmethane diisocyanate, adding castor oil, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 3-3.5h, heating to 80-85 ℃, adding epoxy resin, dibutyltin dilaurate and epoxypropane butyl ether, and continuing to react for 1-2 h.
