Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the workbench 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention can be applied to scenes such as cutting and assembling of a target object, and other application scenes are not specifically limited in the present application. Specifically, the table 100 includes: the table comprises a table panel 1, a supporting mechanism 2 for supporting the table panel, a handle 3 which can move relative to the table panel 1 and a connecting rod mechanism 4; wherein the support mechanism 2 comprises a first leg assembly 21 and a second leg assembly 22, and the linkage mechanism 4 is connected with the handle 3, the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22. When the handle 3 is operated, the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 are extended from or retracted into the deck plate 1 via the movement of the link mechanism 4. In this embodiment, the deck plate 1 is rectangular and has a first side 11 and a second side 12, wherein the first side 11 and the second side 12 are opposite to each other, and the length of the first side 11 is not less than the length of the second side 12, that is, the length of the first side 11 is greater than or equal to the length of the second side 12. The handle 3 is slidable relative to the deck plate 1. Specifically, the handle 3 is slidable in a first direction (a) and a second direction (b) of the deck plate 1, and the first direction (a) and the second direction (b) are opposite directions.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the first direction (a) and the second direction (b) are arranged along the second side 12 of the table panel 1, i.e., parallel to the second side 12. Applying force to the handle 3, the handle 3 slides along the first direction (a) of the deck plate 1, and then the link mechanism 4 drives the first leg component 21 and the second leg component 22 to slide and rotate along the first side edge 11 of the deck plate 1 until the first leg component 21 and the second leg component 22 retract into the deck plate 1, and the workbench 100 is folded; similarly, the force is applied to the handle 3, the handle 3 slides along the second direction (b) of the deck plate 1, and then the link mechanism 4 drives the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 to slide and rotate along the first side 11 of the deck plate 1 until the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 extend out of the deck plate 1, and the workbench 100 is unfolded.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the sliding and the rotation of the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 are performed simultaneously, and the sliding is used to assist the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 to extend out of the table top 1 or retract into the table top 1 more conveniently, so that the whole working table 1 is more compact and smaller, and is convenient to carry. That is, when the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 are simultaneously moved in the direction away from or toward the handle 3, the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 are displaced in the horizontal direction while being moved in the rotational movement.
In the present embodiment, the handle 3 is provided on the first side 11 of the deck plate 1. The purpose of this is to: when the workbench 100 is completely folded and the user holds the handle 3 to move, the distance between the hand of the user and the ground is determined by the second side edge 12 of the workbench 100, at the moment, the distance between the bottom end of the workbench 100 and the ground is larger, collision with other objects on the ground when the workbench 100 is carried is avoided, and the user can carry the workbench 100 more conveniently; when the handle 3 is disposed at the second side 12, the distance between the user's hand and the ground is determined by the first side 11 of the workbench 100, and at this time, the distance between the bottom end of the workbench 100 and the ground is small, so that the workbench 100 is easily interfered with the ground, and it is difficult for the user to carry the workbench 100.
And, the moving direction of the handle 3, i.e., the first direction (a) and the second direction (b), is parallel to the rotation axis of the leg assembly. When the operating handle 3 is operated to open or fold the workbench 100, the user is always positioned at the periphery of the support mechanism 2 which performs the turnover motion, the support mechanism does not touch the user, and the safety of the user can be effectively protected.
Meanwhile, when the workbench 100 is folded by the operating handle 3, the first side edge where the handle 3 is not disposed completely contacts with the ground, and one of the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22, which is close to the ground, contacts with the ground to play an auxiliary supporting role, so that the workbench 100 is more stable when being folded.
In order to guide the sliding direction of the handle 3 and to limit the sliding range of the handle 3, the workbench 100 further includes a first sliding groove 5 disposed at the bottom of the table panel 1, and one end of the handle 3 is disposed in the first sliding groove 5 and is slidable in the first sliding groove 5. As described above, the first chute 5 is provided along the second side edge 12 of the deck plate 1.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the link mechanism 4 includes a first supporting rod 41 for connecting the first leg assembly 21, a second supporting rod 42 for connecting the second leg assembly 22, a first connecting rod 43 for movably connecting the handle 3 and the first supporting rod 41, and a second connecting rod 44 for movably connecting the handle 3 and the second supporting rod 42; the linkage mechanism 4 further includes a third link 40 that movably connects the deck plate 1 with the first leg assembly 21 and a fourth link 49 that movably connects the deck plate 1 with the second leg assembly 22. The third link 40 is pivotally connected to the table panel 1 and the first leg assembly 21, and the fourth link 49 is pivotally connected to the table panel 1 and the second leg assembly 22. As described above, the connection points of the third link 40 and the fourth link 49 with the deck plate 1 are located in the second side direction of the deck plate 1.
Specifically, referring to fig. 12 to 14, when the workbench 100 is folded, an external force is applied to drive the handle 3 to slide along a direction parallel to the second side edge 11, and the first link 43 and the second link 44 are driven to respectively drive the first support rod 41 and the second support rod 42 to slide at least parallel to the first side edge 11, so that the first leg assembly 21 and the second leg assembly 22 move and turn along with the first support rod 41 and the second support rod 42 toward the center line or in a direction away from the center line under the action of the third link 40 and the fourth link 49, so as to extend or retract relative to the table panel 1, which is convenient and fast.
