1. A plate shearing machine with limiting and fixing functions comprises a fixed base (1), wherein a shearing frame (6) is fixedly installed in the middle of the upper end of the fixed base (1), a shearing knife (5) is movably installed on the inner side of the shearing frame (6), the plate shearing machine is characterized in that a movable push plate (10) used for conveying metal materials is movably installed on one side, close to the shearing frame (6), of the upper portion of the fixed base (1), a waste cleaning push plate (3) used for cleaning metal waste is movably installed on the other side, close to the shearing frame (6), of the upper portion of the fixed base (1), two groups of push-pull clamping strips (9) used for fixing the metal materials are movably installed on the outer surface of the upper end of the movable push plate (10), a fixed clamping cover (8) is fixedly installed on the outer surface of one side of the shearing frame (6), and a pressing plate (23) is movably installed on the inner side of the fixed clamping cover (8), the middle part of the pressure plate (23) is provided with a telescopic plate, and the upper part of the fixing clamping cover (8) is provided with a first pressure lever (27) and a second pressure lever (30).

The plate shearing machine with limiting and fixing functions as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lower parts of the first and second compression bars (27, 30) are provided with telescopic rods (26), and the outer surfaces of the telescopic rods (26) are movably sleeved with lifting sleeve rods (25).

The plate shearing machine with limiting and fixing functions as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the outer surface of the upper end of the fixing base (1) at the lower part of the waste cleaning push plate (3) is provided with a bevel notch (4), the outer surface of the upper end of the bevel notch (4) is of an inclined structure, and one side of the bevel notch (4) is provided with a discharge groove.

The plate shearing machine with limiting and fixing functions according to claim 1, wherein a fixed cutter plate (28) is arranged at the lower part of the shearing cutter (5), a rotating buckle (19) is arranged at one end of the shearing cutter (5), the shearing cutter (5) and the shearing frame (6) are movably connected through the rotating buckle (19), and a hydraulic rod (7) is arranged at the upper part of the shearing frame (6).

The plate shearing machine with limiting and fixing functions according to claim 6, wherein a limiting slide block (17) is movably mounted at the lower end of the hydraulic rod (7), the hydraulic rod (7) and the limiting slide block (17) are movably connected through a rotating rod, a butt joint clamping seat (18) is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the upper end of the shearing knife (5), and the butt joint clamping seat (18) and the limiting slide block (17) are in butt joint through a sliding groove.
