Background
The metal hoop is widely applied to installation and fixation of an electrical equipment pipeline as the most common hardware fitting in industrial production, generally comprises a metal hoop plate, a bolt and a gasket, wherein the metal hoop plate is in an arc shape, is attached to the outer surface of the pipeline, is provided with two fixing lugs with holes and is used for fastening a bolt pair.
The hoop plate of the metal hoop is usually formed by stamping a metal plate, and the metal hoop stamping equipment at the present stage usually has the following problems: (1) the method is lack of integrated molding equipment, can be completed by a plurality of molds or a plurality of sets of equipment, and has low production efficiency; (2) the demoulding efficiency is low, and a continuous production beat is difficult to form; (3) the blanking and bending precision is poor, and the material waste is serious.

Preferably, the guide plate is provided with a relatively narrow part in front of the blanking area, and a side rib is formed between the relatively narrow part and the blanking area; the width of the relative narrow part is matched with the width of the bent base plate after blanking is finished, and the feeding length between two blanking actions can be controlled.
Preferably, the blanking mechanism further comprises a blanking upper die pressing plate arranged on the upper die plate through a blanking pressing spring and used for fixing feeding during blanking.

The blanking mechanism comprises a blanking upper die fixing plate 15, a blanking upper die pressing plate 13, a blanking upper die core 12, a punching needle 16, a blanking pressing spring 11, a guide plate 10 and a blanking lower die core plate 14; the blanking upper die fixing plate 15 is fixed on the upper die plate 2, one set of blanking mechanism comprises two guide plates 10 which are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, two blanking needles 16 and four blanking pressing springs 11, the blanking upper die core 12 is divided into two parts which are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, a gap is reserved in the middle of the two parts, each part is in an L shape, the size of a bent base plate 302 can be blanked, and a connecting part is reserved between the blanked bent base plate 302 and a rear raw material metal plate 301; the punching pins 16 are respectively bent at two ends of the base plate 302 for punching holes on fixing lugs at two ends of the metal hoop plate. The bending mechanism comprises an upper bending die fixing plate 18, an upper bending die core 9, an upper bending die pressing plate 20, a lower bending die core 8, a cutting punch 19, a lower cutting die core 21 and a bending pressing spring 17. The bending upper die fixing plate 18 is fixed on the lower die plate 6, and the bending upper die core 9 is fixed on the bending upper die fixing plate 18 through a bolt pair; one end of a cutting punch 19 is fixed on the bending upper die fixing plate 18, and the side surface of the cutting punch is tightly attached to the bending upper die pressing plate 20; the bending upper die pressing plate 20 is arranged in a chute in the bending upper die core 9 and forms a sliding pair with the chute of the bending upper die core 9; one end of the bending material pressing spring 17 is fixed to the upper die plate 2, the other end of the bending material pressing spring is fixed to the bending upper die material pressing plate 20, and the bending upper die material pressing plate 20 is pushed by force generated when the spring is compressed to fix the bending base plate material 302. The bending lower mold core 8 is fixed on the lower mold fixing plate 7; the cutting lower mold core 21 is fixed in the square hole of the bending lower mold core 8. The highest point of the arc surface of the bending lower mold core 8 is flush with the surface of the blanking lower mold core plate 14, so that the blanked bending base plate 302 can smoothly enter the bending area.
The working process of the integrated metal hoop batch stamping and forming equipment in the embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 5, in the initial state, the raw metal plate 301 is inserted in close contact with the lower die core plate 14 in the horizontal direction, and the side flanges of the pair of guide plates 10 arranged in mirror symmetry serve to align and fix the metal sheet. As shown in fig. 3, when the machine starts to work, the hydraulic cylinder drives the upper die plate 2 to vertically move downwards along the guide post 5, the blanking upper die fixing plate 15 firstly contacts and compresses the metal plate 301, meanwhile, the four blanking pressing springs 11 start to compress, the punching needle 16 and the blanking upper die core 12 continue to move downwards, the raw material metal sheet 301 is blanked and punched, a bent base plate 302 is obtained, after blanking, the hydraulic cylinder resets to drive the upper die plate 2 to move upwards for resetting, and blanking is finished.
Then, the raw material metal sheet 301 is continuously conveyed forward until the to-be-blanked area of the metal sheet is attached to the side flange of the guide plate 10 to complete the limiting, at this time, the feeding distance is the width of one metal hoop along the feeding direction, and the bent base plate 302 which is blanked last enters the bending area. The hydraulic cylinder is started again and moves downwards to drive the bending upper die pressing plate 20 to press the bending base plate 302, meanwhile, the bending pressing spring 17 is compressed, the bending upper die core 9 continues to move downwards, the bending base plate 302 is enabled to complete bending operation under the extrusion effect of the bending upper die core 9 and the bending lower die core 8, and the bending semi-finished product 303 is obtained. And simultaneously, cutting off the connecting strip between the finished product 304 and the bent semi-finished product 303 obtained in the previous bending process by using the cutting punch 19, and completing demoulding to obtain the finished metal hoop product 304.
The steps only illustrate the forming process of one hoop, and in the actual continuous working process, one-time die closing action of the die carrier can simultaneously carry out blanking and bending processes, so that the production efficiency is improved.

the bending mechanism comprises a bending upper mold core and a cutting punch which are arranged on the upper template, and a bending lower mold core and a cutting lower mold core which are arranged on the lower template; the bending upper mold core is matched with the bending lower mold core; and the cutting punch is matched with the lower cutting die core and used for cutting off the connecting part.
