Referring to fig. 1, a rosin cooling and recycling system according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a recycling bin 10, a cooling mechanism 20 disposed in the recycling bin 10, and a first filtering member 30 disposed in the recycling bin 10, wherein an air intake cavity 11 and an air exhaust cavity 12 are disposed at an interval in the middle of the recycling bin 10, the air intake cavity 11 is communicated with the lower side of the air exhaust cavity 12, an air intake 13 is disposed at the upper end of the air intake cavity 11 of the recycling bin 10, an air exhaust 14 is disposed at the upper end of the air exhaust cavity 12 of the recycling bin 10, a recycling port 15 is disposed at the lower end of the air exhaust cavity 12 of the recycling bin 10, the cooling mechanism 20 is disposed in the middle of the air intake cavity 11, and the first filtering member 30 is disposed in the middle of the air exhaust cavity 12.
In the rosin cooling and recycling system, the rosin-containing gas is sucked into the gas inlet cavity 11 from the gas inlet 13, is discharged from the gas outlet 14 after being cooled by the cooling mechanism 20, and the rosin gas in a cooled state sinks and enters the recycling port 15 for recycling, so that the recycling rate of the rosin is improved. The first filtering member 30 is used to filter rosin in the gas and prevent the rosin from directly escaping into the processing environment, wherein the first filtering member 30 may be filter cotton, a filter net, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the cooling mechanism 20 is provided with a second filter 40 to filter the air sucked into the air intake cavity 11 from the air inlet 13, so as to slow down the speed of the air in the air intake cavity 11, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the cooling mechanism 20. Similarly, the lower end of the cooling mechanism 20 is provided with a third filtering member 50, so that the speed of the gas in the air inlet cavity 11 is reduced by the gas in the air inlet cavity 11, and the cooling efficiency of the cooling mechanism 20 is further improved.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a suction motor 60 is further included in communication with the exhaust cavity 12 to direct the gas to exit through the exhaust port 14 at the upper end of the filter element 30.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a recycling bottle (not shown) is disposed at the lower end of the recycling port 15 to conveniently receive recycled rosin.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a door 70 is provided at one side of the recycling bin 10 to clean the inside of the recycling bin 10 and the internal components, and to replace the internal consumables.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a quick-open door lock 80 is provided at one side of the cabinet to open and close the door 70.
