The second fixing bolt 13 is loosened, so that the circular sleeve 12, the L-shaped plate 3 and the pedal 4 rotate by taking the piston rod of the first electric cylinder 2 as a rotating shaft, and the angle between the two pedals 4 can be adjusted, so that the two pedals 4 can be not only parallel to each other, but also can be in an inner eight shape or an outer eight shape. The second electric cylinder 15 can drive the first electric cylinder 2 connected with the second electric cylinder through the connecting rod 16 to move along the width direction of the bottom plate 1, and the distance between the two first electric cylinders 2, namely the distance between the two pedals 4, can be adjusted. Thus, the applicability, comfort and safety of the invention are further improved.

the two handrails (5) are arranged on the bottom plate (1), and the two handrails (5) are arranged on two sides of the two pedals (4) respectively.
