d. settling separation: separating the clarified juice from the sediment, and instantly sterilizing the clarified juice for one time;
e. concentration of the clarified fresh juice: extracting sulfur dioxide and excessive water from the clarified juice by vacuum low-temperature concentration equipment to obtain the required clear juice stock solution or concentrated paste.
