Preferably, in order to improve the cohesion strength between the first arc-shaped groove 13 and the circumferential surface, the arcs of the arc-shaped notches on the first side plate 15 and the second side plate 16 are zigzag, and the force points are increased by the sawteeth, so that an anti-skid structure is formed.
