a film (3 c 2) is provided on the upper part of the button (3 a).
4. An intelligent bicycle lamp with adjustable brightness according to claim 1, characterized in that the charging mechanism (4) comprises a charging hole (4 a), a cover (4 b) and a second waterproof component (4 c);
the charging hole (4 a) is arranged on the side wall of the shell (1);
the cover (4 b) is arranged on the side wall of the shell (1) at the side provided with the charging hole (4 a);
the second waterproof component (4 c) is arranged on one side of the shell (1) provided with the charging hole (4 a).

the rubber ring (4 c 2) is arranged on the ring groove (4 c 1);
