Enterprise manufacturers set an e-commerce platform in a computer network to sell and circulate articles, and also set a production library system, a warehousing management system and the e-commerce platform to communicate and interact for normally operating the e-commerce platform, so as to respectively carry out acquisition management of articles, warehousing management of articles and article delivery on the articles circulated in the e-commerce platform.
When an electronic commerce platform receives an order for an item, the ordered item needs to be delivered, which is called logistics of the item order. In order to reduce the logistics cost of the article order and save the logistics time of the order, the electronic commerce platform often adopts a mode of distributing articles in stages, namely, a warehousing management system, a sorting center governing a certain area and a distribution station governing a sub-area in the area are arranged, and the articles ordered by the article order are distributed in stages and finally reach the user terminal.
For the distribution of the goods orders with scattered logistics addresses, the logistics cost of the goods orders can be reduced and the logistics time of the goods orders can be saved by adopting the mode. However, if the logistics addresses of a plurality of article orders are the same or similar, the above method still needs to be adopted to perform logistics processing on each article order, and the logistics of the plurality of article orders cannot be processed in batch in a unified manner, which wastes the logistics cost and logistics time of the article order distribution network.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims, as well as in the drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprising" and "having," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements explicitly listed, but may include other steps or elements not explicitly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with specific examples. Several of the following embodiments may be combined with each other and some details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
As can be seen from the background art, no matter whether the logistics addresses of a plurality of article orders are the same or in the same sub-area, it takes a lot of logistics cost and logistics time to implement the step-by-step distribution of the articles ordered by each article order. In addition, aiming at the article orders of a certain large user, whether the article orders meet the direct delivery conditions set by the warehousing management system or not is judged, and if yes, the articles ordered by the orders are delivered to the user terminal through the warehousing management system in a unified mode. However, this type of delivery of item orders is only for one item order, not for multiple item orders. In practical application, the logistics addresses of a plurality of article orders are the same or in the same sub-area, and if batch logistics processing is performed on the article orders, the article orders are not delivered one by one in a staged delivery mode, and the articles ordered by the article orders are delivered to the user terminal through the warehousing management system, so that the logistics cost and the logistics time can be reduced.
Therefore, the invention carries out order collection processing on the item orders, namely, the embodiment of the invention sets a plurality of orders, and sets order collection strategy information corresponding to the order collection identification for each order collection; receiving an article order, determining order collection strategy information to which logistics information of the article order belongs, and classifying the article order into an order collection with an order collection identifier corresponding to the determined order collection strategy information; and in response to the delivery time of the collection with the collection identification corresponding to the determined collection strategy information, performing unified delivery from the warehouse management system to the user terminal on the ordered items in the collection.
Thus, the embodiment of the invention collects the article orders with similar delivery time difference and similar logistics information to form a collection, and then delivers the collection in a unified way without delivering the article orders in a staged delivery mode, so that the article orders are delivered as one article order, and the logistics cost and the logistics time of the article order delivery network are saved.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for batch delivering articles based on an article order according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following specific steps:
step 101, setting a plurality of collection lists, and setting collection strategy information corresponding to the collection list identification for each collection list;
102, receiving an article order, determining order collection strategy information to which logistics information of the article order belongs, and classifying the article order into an order collection with an order collection identifier corresponding to the determined order collection strategy information;
and 103, in response to the delivery time of the collection with the collection identification corresponding to the determined collection strategy information, performing unified delivery of the warehouse management system to the user terminal on the items ordered by the item orders.
The method is characterized in that the article orders with similar or identical distribution time difference and similar or identical logistics information such as logistics addresses are collected to form a collection, and then are distributed uniformly, so that a plurality of article orders are used as one article order to be distributed, and the logistics cost and the logistics time of an article order distribution network are saved.
In the method, for each bill of collection, setting the bill of collection policy information corresponding to the bill of collection identity includes:
setting a plurality of logistics rules and buffering time values of the collection corresponding to the collection identification aiming at each collection;
the logistics information of the item order comprises: and multiple logistics attribute values and downloading time values of the article order.
The determining of the order collection policy information to which the logistics information of the item order belongs includes:
matching the plurality of logistics attribute values of the article order with the plurality of logistics rules of each order to obtain an order with the order identification corresponding to the successfully matched order strategy information;
calculating to obtain a direct order taking time value of the item order according to the downloading time value of the item order;
and judging whether the difference between the direct order-taking time value of the article order and the buffering time value of the order is later than the current time value, if so, determining that the logistics information of the article order belongs to the order collection strategy information of the order collection, and if not, determining that the logistics information of the article order does not belong to the order collection strategy information of the order collection.
Here, when the source channels of the item orders are different, the multiple logistics rules included in the order policy information corresponding to the order identifier are different, for example, for an item order from the electronic commerce platform, the multiple logistics rules may include a campus-sharing area, a time-to-justice, a warehouse-sharing area, a distribution center, a logistics address (which may include a multi-level logistics address), and the like, and for a third-party item order loaded from the electronic commerce platform, the multiple logistics rules may include a logistics address, a consignee name, a Personal Identification Number (PIN), or a contact method.
Here, the time information of the item order includes two, one is a download time value of the item order, i.e. a latest delivery time value of the item order; the other is the value of the straight-off time for the item order, i.e., the last time the warehouse management system was able to process the item order, as determined by the value of the time the item order was placed and the last time the warehouse management system processed the item order for the batch.
It can be seen that, when the item orders are collected, not only whether the logistics attribute value of the item order conforms to the logistics rule set by the collection is considered, but also the correlation between the downloading time value of the item order and the buffering time of the collection is considered, so that all the item orders which conform to the collection policy information of the collection are attributed to one collection.
In the method, after receiving the item order and before determining the order collection policy information to which the logistics information of the item order belongs, the method further includes:
and judging whether the article order is delivered in an indirect delivery mode and is an ordered article order, and if so, executing a step of determining the order collection strategy information to which the logistics information of the article order belongs.
In this method, before the delivery time of the collected list having the collected list identifier corresponding to the determined collected list policy information expires, the method further includes:
and determining the collection and order-ending time of the collection and ending the collection and order process according to the collection and order-ending time of the collection and order.
The determining the collection ending time of the collection comprises:
judging whether the difference between the direct order-taking time value of the article order and the buffering time value of the order is earlier than the earliest downloading time value of the article order classified in the order;
if so, the collection order ending time of the collection order is a time value obtained by the difference between the direct order taking time value of the article order and the buffering time value of the collection order;
if not, the collection and ordering time of the collection is a time value obtained by the difference between the earliest downloading time of the order of the classified articles in the collection and the set second buffering time value.
Here, the set second buffer time value is preset, and the delivery preparation time value reserved for processing all the item orders in the collection is the same as or different from the set buffer time value of the collection.
In this case, in response to the expiration of the time of the order-gathering completion of the order, the order is no longer placed in the received order for the item, ensuring on-time delivery of the order.
In this method, the item order may be an item order initiated by a customer user terminal, i.e. in a network of a customer user (C), or an item order initiated by an enterprise user terminal, i.e. in an enterprise (B) network, without limitation.
The method is completed by a centralized control center unit arranged in an article order distribution network. And when the centralized control center realizes the collection of a certain batch, transferring the order flow of the articles in the collection to the order processing unit, wherein the system of the order processing unit can interact with the warehousing management system to control the articles ordered by the article orders in the collection to carry out the unified delivery from the warehousing management system to the user terminal.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a process of the order processing unit implementing delivery of an item order in a collection according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the process involves the order processing unit, the centralized control center unit, the pre-sorting unit, and the decision unit. The order processing unit, the centralized control center unit, the pre-sorting unit and the decision unit are all arranged in the goods order distribution network and used for carrying out collection of goods orders and distribution processing of the goods orders in the collection. The whole process comprises the following steps:
step 201, the order processing unit receives a circulated article order, determines that the article order is delivered in a city, and then the step 202 is carried out, if the article order is determined to be delivered directly, the article order is directly processed through the sorting unit;

step 222, the pre-sorting unit confirms whether the item order has an order identification, if so, step 223 is executed; if so, go to step 224;
step 223, the pre-sorting unit does not distribute according to the logistics information of the item order any more, distributes according to the logistics information of the collection order, and returns the distribution result of the item order to the order processing unit after completing distribution;
step 224, the pre-sorting unit delivers according to the logistics information of the item order, and after delivery is completed, the delivery result of the item order is returned to the order processing unit;
step 225, the order processing unit downloads the item order.
The embodiment of the invention sets the bill policy information corresponding to the bill identification for each bill of collection. Here, the order policy information set corresponding to the order identifier is different according to the channel or source of the item order. The logistics information of the item order is defined by using a configuration field, and the configuration field can be set as a payment classification (sendday) field, including the same park, the same time of due, the same warehouse, the distribution center, the same two-third address, the same name of a receiver, the same Personal Identification Number (PIN) or/and the same contact way, and the like.
According to the set configuration fields, the order collection policy information of the order collection can include different rules according to the channel or source of the item order, and when the item order is put into the order collection, the order collection is performed according to the order collection rules according to the channel or source of the item order, as shown in table one. Table one shows that when the article order comes from the self-service business of the e-commerce platform and the order is to be collected, the logistics rule in the order strategy information to be matched is as follows: the system comprises a same distribution center, a same warehouse, a same time efficiency, a same level address and a same level address.

Watch 1
In the embodiment of the present invention, each slip is provided with a buffering time value, the buffering time value is actually a buffering time value of a warehouse to which the slip belongs, and is configured in a newly added buffering (buffer) field of the slip, and the buffer field includes a warehousing address, a distribution center address and a four-level distribution address. In addition, the embodiment of the invention also sets the functions of adding, starting and stopping the collection policy information for the collection, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, for each collection sheet, a collection sheet policy information query function of the collection sheet is further provided, and the query function can display the collection sheet policy information of the collection sheet in a list form, wherein the list form display comprises an activation state and a deactivation state besides a configuration field. The manifolding policy information for the manifolding may be configured, enabled or disabled by the user terminal. When a user terminal conducts a deactivation operation on the list collection strategy information of the list collection, a deactivation request is initiated, the centralized control center unit judges whether the list collection strategy information of the list collection is deactivated, if so, the centralized control center unit determines that the deactivation operation cannot be executed, prompts the user terminal that the list collection strategy information of the list collection is in a deactivation state, and asks for checking; and if not, deactivating the list policy information of the list. When a user terminal starts the order collection strategy information of the order collection, initiating a starting request, judging whether the order collection strategy information of the order collection is started, if so, starting the order collection again, prompting the user terminal that the order collection strategy information of the order collection is in a starting state, and asking for checking; and if not, enabling the list policy information of the list.
In the embodiment of the invention, after each article order enters the centralized control center unit, the centralized control center unit matches the article orders according to the order collection strategy information of the order collection and puts the article orders into the successfully matched order collection. Specifically, the logistics information of the item order conforms to each rule of the order policy information of the entered order.
In the embodiment of the invention, when an article order conforms to the order collection strategy information of a certain order collection, the order direct taking time value of the article order is calculated, whether the order direct taking time value of the article order meets the set reservation time is calculated, and if not, the order collection is abandoned; if yes, judging whether the difference between the direct order-taking time value of the article order and the buffering time value of the order is later than the current time, and if yes, performing order collection; if not, the collection list is not entered, and the collection list fails.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the aggregate junction time is also updated in real time. Specifically, when an article order conforms to the order strategy information of a certain order, the difference between the direct order taking time value of the article order and the buffering time value of the order is judged to be compared with the earliest downloading time value of the article order with the earliest downloading time value in the order, and if the difference is earlier than the earliest, the order collection time is the difference between the order taking time value of the article order and the buffering time value of the order; otherwise, the difference between the earliest download time value of the item order with the earliest download time value in the collection and the set second buffer time value is obtained.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first item order conforming to the order policy information of the order is put in the order and forms the order, no matter the second item order of the C network or the B network enters, the first item order is directly put in the order as long as the order policy information of the order is successfully matched, and the item orders of the C network or the B network are not distinguished independently and are put in the order as long as the order policy information conforming to the order is put in the order. And continuing the collection list according to the process until the collection list is finished, calculating the volume information and the weight information of the order of the articles in the collection list, determining whether a hair straightening condition is met, and if so, successfully collecting the list.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the centralized control center unit succeeds in order collection of a certain batch, the centralized control center unit sets a successful order collection mark for senddelay of each article order in the order collection, meanwhile, the successful order collection calls the order processing unit to transfer the article orders in the order collection, the order processing unit calls the aging system to obtain the downloading time value of each article order, subsequent processes are carried out according to the downloading time value of each article order returned by the aging system, if the time for finishing the order collection of the certain batch is not directly successful, the order collection of the batch fails to be transferred to the network, the centralized control center marks the failure of the order collection of the article in the order, and the order collection process of the batch is finished.
In the embodiment of the invention, the article orders which are successfully collected are directly sent through the warehouse management system, and the article orders which are unsuccessfully collected are delivered according to the flow in the background technology.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system for batch delivery of items based on an item order according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the system includes: a centralized control center unit and an order processing unit, wherein,
