That is, after the first participant enters the conference room on time, the first participant finds that the check-in is completed without any manual operation.
In the embodiment of the application, the face check-in mode can require each participant to check in or require a specific person to check in.
Illustratively, one of the check-in manners supported by important meetings is a default check-in. In this way, even in the case where the important conference is temporarily postponed, the check-in can be completed at the start time of the reserved conference time slot to retain the use authority of the conference room in the reserved conference time slot.
Illustratively, one of the check-in modes supported by the training conference is human face check-in. Compared with the traditional roll call or paper sign-in mode, the face sign-in mode can visually present the sign-in conditions of the participants by brushing the face, and particularly the participants who do not sign in can be quickly checked. In the face check-in mode, after the first participant checks in, the conference room is considered to be actually occupied, or the face check-in can be used in combination with interface touch-control type check-in or infrared detection check-in, so as to indicate that the conference room is actually occupied and count the participants who are not checked in.
Illustratively, the first conference type includes a training conference, and the one or more check-in modes are used for counting not only the occupancy condition of a conference room, but also the number of people on attendance.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the one or more check-in manners may include check-in manners that can be used for counting the number of people that have attended, such as human face check-in, interface touch-based check-in, infrared detection check-in, and the like, and the number of people that have attended the conference may be determined according to the check-in operation detection result.
S304, responding to a second operation of the user in the one or more check-in modes, and determining a first check-in mode selected by the user by the first equipment.
Illustratively, the second operation may be a selection operation. In particular, the user may select the first check-in mode using a click, slide, drag, long press, or other gesture.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first check-in mode may be one or more check-in modes. For example, the first check-in mode may be a default check-in, a manual button click check-in, a human face check-in, or an infrared detection check-in. Alternatively, the first check-in mode may be a default check-in and a human face check-in. Or, the first check-in mode can be a manual button click check-in mode and a human face check-in mode. S305, the first device sends meeting reservation information to the second device, wherein the meeting reservation information comprises information of the first meeting type and the first check-in mode, so that the second device can display a check-in interface corresponding to the first check-in mode in a preset time period.
In this embodiment of the present application, a display time period (i.e., a predetermined time period) of the check-in page may overlap with or may not overlap with a reserved conference time period, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. Illustratively, if the reserved conference time period is 4 to 6 pm, the check-in page display time period may be 3 to 4 pm or 4 to 4 pm and 10 pm. In addition, the display time period of the check-in interface can be determined according to the reserved conference time period or can be set independently.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second device may be a networked terminal device located in a conference room, for example, a large screen terminal.
In this embodiment of the application, the first device may send the conference reservation information to the second device through the server, or the first device may directly send the conference reservation information to the second device, which is not limited in this application.
Optionally, the conference reservation information includes a reserved conference time period, and the conference reservation method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes: in response to a fourth operation of the reserved conference time period by the user, the first device determines the conference time period reserved by the user.
The fourth operation may be, for example, a manual input of a time period, or an operation of selecting a time period through a click, a slide, a drag, a long press, or other gestures, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the conference reservation information further includes at least one of a conference name, a reserved conference time period, or a moderator name.
S306, the second equipment displays a check-in interface corresponding to the first check-in mode in a preset time period according to the conference reservation information.
The conference reservation method provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for a user to select a corresponding check-in mode according to the conference type when reserving a conference, can increase the diversity of the check-in modes, and further can improve the flexibility of conference check-in so as to meet the requirements of different use scenes.
Optionally, the check-in interface includes at least one of a meeting name, a reserved meeting time period, or a moderator name. In this arrangement, the check-in interface displayed by the second device includes some basic information about the meeting, which helps the participants to confirm the location and time of the meeting.
Optionally, the first check-in mode includes a default check-in time, and the check-in interface further includes a checked-in icon for indicating that the check-in is performed when the starting time of the reserved conference time period is reached.
Illustratively, fig. 4 shows a check-in interface displayed by the second device when the first check-in mode is a default check-in, the check-in interface including the icons "meeting", meeting name "XX center version 2 user experience and user interface design", meeting time period "10: 00-12: 00 ", moderator name" Wang Aidi "and icon" signed in ".
Optionally, the first check-in mode includes clicking a check-in button when the manual button clicks the check-in, and the check-in interface further includes clicking the check-in button. In the scheme, if the time for the first participant to reach the conference room exceeds the specified conference room retention time, the conference room can be occupied by other conferences, thereby being beneficial to improving the efficiency of using the conference room.
Illustratively, fig. 5 shows that the first check-in mode is a manual button click check-in to check-in interface displayed by the second device, the check-in interface including the icons "meeting", meeting name "XX center version 2 user experience and user interface design", meeting time period "10: 00-12: 00 ", moderator name" Wang Aidi "and button" click check-in ". After the first participant arrives at the meeting room by pressing, the "click check-in" button can be clicked to check in. Thereafter, the button "click check-in" will change to the icon "checked-in", i.e., the check-in interface changes from FIG. 5 to FIG. 4.

In the scheme, the checked-in participants and the checked-out participants can be visually distinguished through differentiation of display effects.
For example, the lower right corner of the head portrait of the attendee who has checked in can be marked with a reference number, and the head portrait of the attendee who has not checked in can be processed nothing; or the head portrait of the attendee who has checked in may not be processed, and the edge of the head portrait of the attendee who has not checked in may be highlighted; alternatively, the head portraits of attendees who have checked in may be in color, and the head portraits of attendees who have not checked in may be in grayscale. The embodiment of the present application is not limited to this.
Optionally, when the first check-in mode includes face check-in, the check-in interface further includes at least one of the number of people who have checked in, the number of people who have not checked in, the total number of people, a prompt box for brushing faces to check in or a window for brushing faces.
Illustratively, fig. 7 shows a check-in interface displayed by the second device when the first check-in mode is a human face check-in, the check-in interface including a meeting name "XX center version 2 user experience and user interface design", a meeting time period "10: 00-12: 00', the name of the host, "Wang Aidi", the total number of people "12", the number of people who have not checked in "2", the number of people who have checked in "10", the head portrait and the name of the attendee who have checked in, the head portrait and the name of the attendee who have not checked in, and a prompt box "please swipe face and check in here" and swipe face window. The right lower corner of the head portrait of the attendee who has signed in is marked with a reference number, and the head portrait of the attendee who has not signed in is not processed. For example, after the participant liu someone finished checking in using the check-in interface shown in fig. 7, in the window displaying the avatar on the left side of the check-in interface, the lower right corner of the liu someone avatar may be added with the number identification.
In conjunction with fig. 7, in the face check-in mode, the second device may further display a statistical interface as shown in fig. 8, where the statistical interface includes an icon "meeting", a meeting name "XX center version 2 user experience and user interface design", a meeting time period "10: 00-12: 00 ", moderator name" Wang ai Di "and prompt" there are also 2 participants who have not signed in yet ". Optionally, the head portrait of the person not signed in and the names "wang five" and "li four" may also be included.
The interfaces shown in fig. 7 and fig. 8 may be switched to each other by, for example, clicking a blank or other gestures, or a button "enter a statistical interface" may be added to the interface shown in fig. 7, a button "return to check-in interface" may be added to the interface shown in fig. 8, and a button "enter a statistical interface" on the interface shown in fig. 7 may be clicked to implement a jump from the interface shown in fig. 7 to the interface shown in fig. 8, or a button "return to check-in interface" on the interface shown in fig. 8 may be clicked to implement a jump from the interface shown in fig. 8 to the interface shown in fig. 7, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that the second device may display the check-in interface shown in fig. 7, and when the participant or the conference organizer needs to view the statistical result, the statistical interface shown in fig. 8 may be entered by a gesture. Or, the second device may display the statistical interface shown in fig. 8, when the participant needs to sign, enter the check-in interface shown in fig. 7 through a gesture, and return to the statistical interface through the gesture after the check-in is completed.
Given the example of interface switching shown in fig. 7 and 8 above, in the manner of human face check-in, another check-in interface shown in fig. 9 may be used instead of the check-in interface shown in fig. 7, so as to switch with the statistical interface shown in fig. 8. In contrast to the check-in interface shown in FIG. 7, the check-in interface shown in FIG. 9 only shows the number of people "10" that have checked in, the head portrait and the name of the attendees that have checked in. When a participant has completed signing in using the signing in interface shown in fig. 9, the name and avatar of the bang may appear in the window displaying the avatar of the signed participant.
For example, although not shown, in conjunction with fig. 7 and 9, the check-in interface may also only show the number of people who have not checked in, and the head portrait and name of the people participating in the check-in. At the beginning of the reserved conference time period, the check-in interface displayed by the second device may include the head portraits and names of all participants. After the bang of the participant swipes the face and finishes signing in, the name and the head portrait of the bang disappear from the window displaying the head portraits of the participants who do not sign in.
In connection with fig. 7, fig. 10 shows, by way of example, a check-in interface displayed by the second device at the start of the reserved conference time period in a first check-in mode of human face check-in and a manual button click on the check-in. FIG. 10 has added the button "click check in" compared to the design of FIG. 7. After the first participant arrives at the meeting room on time, the "click check-in" button may be clicked to check in to indicate that the meeting room is actually occupied, and the face is swiped at the face swiping window to check in to indicate that the participant has arrived. After that, the button "click to check in" disappears, or becomes the icon "checked in", which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the first check-in mode is human face check-in and a manual button clicks check-in, the button "click check-in" may be set on a check-in interface, as shown in fig. 11, or may be set on a statistical interface. The second device may display the statistical interface shown in fig. 11 at the start of the reserved conference time period. After the first participant arrives at the meeting room on time, the "click check-in" button on fig. 11 may be clicked to check in to indicate that the meeting room is actually occupied, and the check-in interface is entered by a gesture, and the face is brushed at the face brushing window to check in to indicate that the participant is present.
In this embodiment of the application, when the first check-in mode is a multiple check-in mode, the check-in interface may adopt an embedded design as shown in fig. 10 or fig. 11, or may adopt a split screen design, and the design mode of the check-in interface is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Here, since the first device, the second device, or the server may adopt the structure of the communication apparatus 20 shown in fig. 2, the actions of the first device or the second device in the above steps S301 to S306 may be called by the processor 21 in the communication apparatus 20 to call the application program code stored in the memory 23 to instruct the communication apparatus to execute. This embodiment does not set any limit to this.
The scheme provided by the embodiment of the application is mainly introduced from the perspective of a method. Correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also provides a communication device, and the communication device is used for realizing the various methods. The communication device may be the first apparatus in the above method embodiment, or a device comprising the above first apparatus, or a component usable for the first apparatus. The communication device may also be the second apparatus in the above method embodiment, or a device comprising the above second apparatus, or a component that can be used for the second apparatus. It is to be understood that the communication device comprises corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions in order to realize the above-mentioned functions. Those of skill in the art would readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the communication apparatus may be divided into functional modules according to the method embodiments, for example, each functional module may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication device 120, which is used to exemplify a conference reservation device in the embodiment of the present application.
Taking the communication device 120 as an example of the first device in the above method embodiment, then:
the communication device 120 includes a transceiver module 121, a display module 122, and a processing module 123. A display module 122 for displaying one or more conference types available for selection by the user. The processing module 123 is configured to determine a first conference type selected by the user in response to a first operation by the user in one or more conference types available for selection by the user. The display module 122 is further configured to display one or more check-in manners supported by the first conference type. The processing module 123 is further configured to determine, in response to a second operation of the user in the one or more check-in manners, a first check-in manner selected by the user. The transceiver module 121 is configured to send conference reservation information to the second device, where the conference reservation information includes information of the first conference type and the first check-in mode, so that the second device displays a check-in interface corresponding to the first check-in mode in a predetermined time period.
In one possible implementation manner, when the first conference type includes an important conference, the one or more check-in manners at least include a default check-in which check-in is performed according to a reserved conference time period; or when the first conference type comprises a training conference, the one or more check-in modes comprise at least one of human face check-in, interface touch-control check-in or infrared detection check-in;
in one possible implementation, the one or more check-in modes include a check-in mode which can be used for counting the number of people on attendance.
In a possible implementation manner, the conference reservation information further includes at least one of a conference name, a reserved conference time period, or a host name; the check-in interface includes at least one of a meeting name, a reserved meeting time period, or a moderator name.
In one possible implementation manner, the first check-in mode comprises a default check-in time, and in the case that the starting time of the reserved conference time period is reached, the check-in interface further comprises a checked-in icon used for indicating that the user has checked in; or when the first check-in mode comprises interface touch control type check-in, the check-in interface further comprises a check-in button or a check-in touch area; or when the first check-in mode comprises face check-in, the check-in interface further comprises a prompt box for please swipe the face to check-in or a window for swiping the face.
In a possible implementation manner, when the first check-in mode includes face check-in, the check-in interface further includes at least one of a head portrait of checked-in attendees, a number of checked-in persons, and a total number of persons, wherein a display effect of the head portrait of checked-in attendees is different from a display effect of the head portrait of the checked-in attendees.
In one possible implementation, the display module 122 is configured to display one or more conference types available for selection by a user, and includes: the conference reservation interface is used for displaying one or more conference types which can be selected by the user in response to a third operation of the user on the conference reservation interface; or, the conference reservation module is configured to display one or more conference types that can be selected by the user in a case that a conference reservation request of the user is detected, where the conference reservation request is triggered by the user touching the conference reservation control.
Taking the communication device 120 as the second device in the above method embodiment as an example, then:
the communication device 120 includes a transceiver module 121 and a display module 122. The transceiver module 121 is configured to receive conference reservation information from the first device, where the conference reservation information includes information of the first conference type and the first check-in mode. And the display module 122 is configured to display a check-in interface corresponding to the first check-in mode within a predetermined time period according to the conference reservation information.
If the communication device 120 is the server in the above method embodiment, then:
the communication device 120 includes a transceiver module 121 and a processing module 123. A transceiver module 121, configured to receive a first conference type selected by a user and sent by a first device; the processing module 123 is configured to determine one or more check-in manners corresponding to the first conference type according to a preset correspondence between the conference type and the check-in manner; the transceiver module 121 is further configured to send one or more check-in manners corresponding to the first conference type to the first device, so that the first device displays the one or more check-in manners supported by the first conference type.
In one possible implementation manner, when the first conference type includes an important conference, the one or more check-in manners at least include a default check-in which check-in is performed according to a reserved conference time period; or when the first conference type comprises a training conference, the one or more check-in modes comprise at least one of human face check-in, interface touch-control check-in or infrared detection check-in.
All relevant contents of each step related to the above method embodiment may be referred to the functional description of the corresponding functional module, and are not described herein again.
In the present embodiment, the communication device 120 is presented in a form of dividing each functional module in an integrated manner. A "module" herein may refer to a particular ASIC, a circuit, a processor and memory that execute one or more software or firmware programs, an integrated logic circuit, and/or other device that provides the described functionality.
In a simple embodiment, one skilled in the art will recognize that the communication device 120 may take the form of the communication device 20 shown in FIG. 2.
For example, the processor 21 in the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2 may cause the communication device 20 to execute the conference reservation method in the above-described method embodiment by calling a computer stored in the memory 23 to execute the instructions. Specifically, the functions/implementation processes of the display module 121 and the transceiver module 122 in fig. 12 can be implemented by the processor 21 in the communication device 20 shown in fig. 2 calling the computer execution instructions stored in the memory 23.
Since the communication device 120 provided in this embodiment can execute the conference reservation method, the technical effect obtained by the communication device can refer to the method embodiment, and will not be described herein again.
Another embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where computer instructions are stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer instructions are executed on an electronic device, the electronic device is caused to perform the steps performed by the first device or the second device in the method flows shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
Another embodiment of the present application further provides a chip system, which is applied to an electronic device. The system-on-chip includes one or more interface circuits, and one or more processors. The interface circuit and the processor are interconnected by a line. The interface circuit is configured to receive signals from a memory of the electronic device and to send the signals to the processor, the signals including computer instructions stored in the memory. When the processor executes the computer instructions, the electronic device performs the steps performed by the first device or the second device in the method flows shown in the above-described method embodiments.
In another embodiment of the present application, a computer program product is also provided, where the computer program product includes instructions that, when executed on an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the steps performed by the first device or the second device in the method flows shown in the foregoing method embodiments.

Claims (15)

1. A conference reservation method, applied to a first device, the method comprising:
displaying one or more conference types available for selection by a user;
in response to a first operation of a user in the one or more conference types available for user selection, determining a first conference type selected by the user;
displaying one or more sign-in modes supported by the first conference type;
responding to a second operation of the user in the one or more check-in modes, and determining a first check-in mode selected by the user;
and sending conference reservation information to second equipment, wherein the conference reservation information comprises the information of the first conference type and the first check-in mode, so that the second equipment can display a check-in interface corresponding to the first check-in mode in a preset time period.
2. The method of claim 1,
when the first conference type comprises an important conference, the one or more check-in modes at least comprise default check-in for executing check-in according to a reserved conference time slot; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the first conference type comprises a training conference, the one or more check-in modes comprise at least one of human face check-in, interface touch-control check-in or infrared detection check-in.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the one or more check-in modes include check-in modes that can be used to count the number of people on attendance.

The method of claim 1, wherein the conference appointment information further comprises at least one of a conference name, an appointment conference time period, or a moderator name; the check-in interface includes at least one of the meeting name, the reserved meeting time period, or the moderator name.

the first check-in mode comprises the default check-in time, and the check-in interface further comprises a checked-in icon used for indicating that the check-in is performed when the starting time of the reserved conference time period is reached; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

The method of claim 5, wherein the first check-in mode comprises a face check-in time, and the check-in interface further comprises at least one of a head portrait of checked-in attendees, a head portrait of non-checked-in attendees, a number of checked-in persons, a number of non-checked-in persons, and a total number of persons, wherein the head portrait of checked-in attendees has a different display effect than the head portrait of non-checked-in attendees.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying one or more conference types available for user selection comprises:
displaying a conference reservation interface, and responding to a third operation of the user on the conference reservation interface, and displaying the one or more conference types which can be selected by the user; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and under the condition that a conference reservation request of the user is detected, displaying the one or more conference types which can be selected by the user, wherein the conference reservation request is triggered by the user touching a conference reservation control.
8. A conference reservation method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first conference type selected by a user and sent by a first device;
determining one or more sign-in modes corresponding to the first conference type according to a preset corresponding relation between the conference type and the sign-in mode;
and sending one or more check-in modes corresponding to the first conference type to the first equipment, so that the first equipment can display the one or more check-in modes supported by the first conference type.
9. The method of claim 8,
when the first conference type comprises an important conference, the one or more check-in modes at least comprise default check-in for executing check-in according to a reserved conference time slot; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the first conference type comprises a training conference, the one or more check-in modes comprise at least one of human face check-in, interface touch-control check-in or infrared detection check-in.
10. A conference reservation apparatus, configured to a first device, the apparatus comprising: the device comprises a display module, a processing module and a transceiver module;
the display module is used for displaying one or more conference types which can be selected by a user;
the processing module is used for responding to a first operation of a user in the one or more conference types available for the user to select, and determining a first conference type selected by the user;
the display module is further used for displaying one or more sign-in modes supported by the first conference type;
the processing module is further used for responding to a second operation of the user in the one or more check-in modes, and determining a first check-in mode selected by the user;
the receiving and sending module is configured to send conference reservation information to a second device, where the conference reservation information includes the first conference type and the first check-in mode information, so that the second device displays a check-in interface corresponding to the first check-in mode within a predetermined time period.
11. The conference reservation apparatus of claim 10,
when the first conference type comprises an important conference, the one or more check-in modes at least comprise default check-in for executing check-in according to a reserved conference time slot; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
