Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
The embodiment discloses an energy-saving electronic device, and the electronic device in the embodiment takes a notebook computer as an example, but is not limited thereto, and for example, the electronic device may also be a portable electronic device such as a tablet that is sensitive to power consumption. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the electronic device includes a device body, a power amplifier used for driving the loudspeaker to work and a power amplifier power supply VSYS electrically connected with the power amplifier are arranged in the device body, an external amplifier interface used for audio/video connection with external amplifier equipment is further arranged on the device body, and the power amplifier is electrically connected with the power amplifier power supply VSYS through a power amplifier power supply control circuit 100.
As shown in fig. 3, when audio and video resources are played through a notebook computer, the power amplifier power supply control circuit 100 may detect a connection state of an external interface on the notebook computer, that is, detect whether an earphone is plugged, and if so, cut off a power path between the power amplifier and the power amplifier power supply VSYS, so that the power amplifier is in a zero power consumption state, thereby reducing static loss of the power amplifier. And when the external playing interface is not inserted into the earphone, the power path between the power amplifier and the power amplifier VSYS is switched on, so that the power amplifier is in a working state, and the loudspeaker of the notebook computer is driven to work.
Referring to fig. 1, the power amplifier power control circuit 100 includes a detection circuit 10 and a switch control circuit 20.
The detection circuit 10 is electrically connected to the external interface of the electronic device to detect the operating state of the external interface.
The switch control circuit 20 includes a switch circuit, and a power input terminal IN, a power output terminal OUT, and a signal control terminal CN connected to the switch circuit.
The signal control terminal CN is electrically connected to the detection circuit 10, so that the switch circuit controls on/off of the power output terminal OUT and the power input terminal IN according to the detection signal of the detection circuit 10. The power input end IN is electrically connected with a power amplifier VSYS of the electronic equipment, and the power output end OUT is electrically connected with a power amplifier of the electronic equipment, wherein the power amplifier is used for driving a loudspeaker.
When the external device is connected to the external interface, the detection circuit 10 feeds back a detection signal to the switching circuit, and the switching circuit disconnects the connection path between the power input terminal IN and the power output terminal OUT according to the detection signal.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the detection circuit 10 includes a signal connection line L, one end of the signal connection line L is electrically connected to a status pin (e.g., AUDIO _ HP pin of the earphone interface) of the external interface, and the other end of the signal connection line L is electrically connected to a signal control terminal CN of the switch circuit. Therefore, when the external device is not connected to the external device, the AUDIO _ HP pin is at a high level, the switch circuit switches on the power supply path between the power input terminal IN and the power output terminal OUT according to the signal, and when the external device is connected to the external device, the AUDIO _ HP pin is at a low level, and the switch circuit switches off the power supply path between the power input terminal IN and the power output terminal OUT. Preferably, the detection circuit 10 further includes a current limiting resistor R1 disposed on the signal connection line L. In addition, the detection circuit 10 further includes a ground resistor R2, one end of the ground resistor R2 is connected to the signal connection line L, and the other end of the ground resistor is connected to ground, so that the ground resistor R2 can effectively prevent electrostatic grounding and improve the safety performance of the electronic device.
Further, the switching circuit includes a three-pole switching control tube.
Specifically, the triode switch control transistor includes a first field effect transistor Q1 and a second field effect transistor Q2 electrically connected, two controllable conducting terminals of the first field effect transistor Q1 are electrically connected with the power input terminal IN and the power output terminal OUT, respectively, a control terminal of the first field effect transistor Q1 is electrically connected with one of the two controllable conducting terminals of the second field effect transistor Q2, and a control terminal of the second field effect transistor Q2 is electrically connected with the detection circuit 10, so that the second field effect transistor Q2 can control on/off of the two controllable conducting terminals of the first field effect transistor Q1 through a signal of the detection circuit 10. More specifically, the first field effect transistor Q1 is a PMOS transistor, the second field effect transistor Q2 is an NMOS transistor, the source S of the second field effect transistor Q2 is grounded, the source S of the first field effect transistor Q1 is electrically connected to the drain D of the second field effect transistor Q2 through a first voltage-dividing resistor R3 and a second voltage-dividing resistor R4 which are connected in series, and the gate G of the first field effect transistor Q1 is electrically connected between the first voltage-dividing resistor R3 and the second voltage-dividing resistor R4.
The operating principle of the switching circuit with the structure is as follows: take the power amplifier VSYS voltage Vs as 12V, and the first voltage dividing resistor R3 and the second voltage dividing resistor R4 are both 150 Ω as an example.
When the external amplifier interface is not connected to the external amplifier device, the AUDIO _ HP pin is at a high level, and under the action of the high level, the source S and the drain D of the two controllable conducting ends of the second field effect transistor Q2 are conducted, so that the drain D is pulled down to be IN contact with the ground, and then under the voltage division action of the first voltage division resistor R3 and the second voltage division resistor R4, the voltage Vg of the gate G of the first field effect transistor Q1 is 6V, so that the conducting voltage Vgs of the first field effect transistor Q1 is-6V, so that the source S and the drain D of the first field effect transistor Q1 are conducted, and further the power input end IN and the power output end OUT are connected, thereby opening a power supply path between the power amplifier and the power amplifier power supply VSYS, and enabling the power amplifier to normally operate.
When the external amplifier interface is connected to the external amplifier device, the AUDIO _ HP pin is at a low level, and under the action of the low level, the conduction voltage drop of the second field effect transistor Q2 is zero, so that the second field effect transistor Q2 is turned off, and the drain D of the second field effect transistor Q2 is disconnected from the ground to present a high-resistance state, and therefore, the voltages of the gate G and the source S of the first field effect transistor Q1 are both 12V, then the conduction voltage drop Vgs of the first field effect transistor Q1 is zero, so that the first field effect transistor Q1 is turned off, and further the power input end IN and the power output end OUT are disconnected, and the power path between the power amplifier and the power amplifier power supply VSYS is cut off, so that the power amplifier is completely IN a zero power consumption state.
Referring to fig. 1 again, IN order to effectively prevent the transient current from causing a large impact to the first fet Q1 when the first fet Q1 is turned on, a buffer circuit is further disposed between the control terminal of the first fet Q1 and the power input terminal IN, and the buffer circuit is used to delay the turn-on time of the first fet Q1. Specifically, the buffer circuit includes a buffer capacitor C1 connected between the control terminal of the first field effect transistor Q1 and the power supply input terminal IN. In this embodiment, by setting the buffer capacitor C1, the on-time of the first fet Q1 can be delayed (e.g., by 4ms), so that the on-voltage drop of the first fet Q1 rises to 6V within 4ms, rather than sudden change.
To sum up, with the electronic device with the power amplifier power supply control circuit 100 disclosed in the above embodiment, when the electronic device plays audio and video resources through the external device, the static power consumption of the power amplifier of the electronic device itself can be eliminated, so that the overall power consumption of the electronic device is effectively reduced, and the standby time is prolonged.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, therefore, the present invention is not limited by the appended claims.
