Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lightning arresters, in particular to a lightning arrester discharge counting device.
Background
The lightning invasion wave along the power transmission line is one of main reasons threatening the safe operation of equipment in the transformer substation, the line side lightning arrester is the main defense line of the lightning invasion wave, the action condition of the line side lightning arrester becomes the first-hand data essential in the lightning stroke fault analysis and overvoltage protection configuration optimization strategy of the transformer substation equipment, and particularly, the 'whether the lightning arrester acts' is often the most basic information.
The overvoltage protection performance of the lightning arrester is based on the nonlinear volt-ampere characteristic, the lightning arrester works in a low current linear region presenting higher resistance when in normal operation, and under the action of overvoltage, the characteristic of the lightning arrester enters a nonlinear region from the linear region, presents lower resistance and flows larger current, so that the overvoltage is limited; generally, the operating point at 1mA current is often regarded as an inflection point of a linear region to a nonlinear region, and is called a reference current and a reference voltage, and accordingly, the reference current is known as an indicator of the action of the lightning arrester.
In the prior art, a mechanical discharge counter is generally connected in series at a low-voltage end of an arrester to enter the ground to identify the action condition of the arrester, but the mechanical discharge counter collects the current flowing through the arrester and adopts a capacitor energy storage mode, because the reference current (1mA) of the arrester is too small and is far insufficient to drive an action mechanism of the arrester counter, the action of the arrester recorded by the counter actually corresponds to a working point corresponding to a larger current (50A) capable of driving the mechanical action mechanism, that is, when the action of the arrester is identified by adopting the existing mechanical discharge counter, the current actually flowing through the arrester is already larger (more than 50A), and when the arrester is in shallow action (more than 50A), the counter does not react; therefore, the problem of inaccurate counting exists when the existing mechanical discharge counter is used for carrying out discharge counting on the lightning arrester. On the other hand, in the case of a dense lightning strike with a short time interval (within 1 s), the existing mechanical discharge counter can only be recorded as 1 time because the energy storage capacitor does not act in time, and the action condition of the lightning arrester in the process of repeated (multiple) lightning strikes cannot be recorded.

and the main control module is used for adding 1 to the current arrester discharge count value when the transient current amplitude is greater than the arrester action current threshold value.
In a preferred embodiment, the lightning arrester transient current collecting module may be a current transformer or a current divider. Taking a current transformer as an example, a high-precision Rogowski coil (Rogowski coil) is adopted to clamp a grounding down lead at the low-voltage end of a lightning arrester body to continuously measure the transient current flowing through the lightning arrester, so as to obtain a current waveform, and extract the amplitude of a power frequency current or a lightning pulse current.
The current comparison module is a current comparator, and preferably, the action current threshold of the lightning arrester is set to be 1 mA; taking the action current threshold value of the lightning arrester as a reference current value of a current comparator, comparing the output transient current amplitude value with the reference current value, outputting a low level to the main control module when the transient current amplitude value is lower than the reference current value, and outputting a high level to the main control module when the transient current amplitude value is higher than the reference current value;
when receiving the high level, the main control module judges that the transient current amplitude is larger than the action current threshold of the lightning arrester at the moment, and adds 1 to the current count value of the lightning arrester.

The communication module includes but is not limited to any one or combination of the following: the device comprises a 4G communication module, a 5G communication module and a WiFi module. The lightning arrester discharge count value is transmitted to an external terminal in real time through a communication module, so that a user can remotely check the counting state of the lightning arrester through the external terminal.
