The water heater body 100 may be an electric water heater or a gas water heater commonly found in the market at present, tap water may be heated for use by a user, the control module may be a CPU or may be composed of an MCU and a peripheral circuit thereof, and is configured to receive a control signal and output a control instruction, the palm detection device 200 may be a laser scanner or a CCD camera, and collect palm information of the user through technologies such as laser scanning imaging or camera shooting, for example, hand shape, finger length, palm print, finger gap distribution, and the like, it may be understood that, because the palm information of different users is different, different user identities may be identified according to the palm information collected by the palm detection device 200. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, before bathing, a user can place his palm on the identification surface of the palm detection device 200, so that the palm detection device 200 can collect the palm information of the user, and the control module receives the palm information of the user and then compares and matches the palm record with the identity records saved in the database, so as to identify and judge the identity of the user, it should be noted that the control module can also read the user habit parameters saved in the database according to the identified user identity, and further automatically adjust the operation of the water heater body 100 to achieve the bathing conditions of water temperature, water flow and the like used by the user, so that the intelligent adjustment of the water heater can be realized by using the palm detection device 200 and the control module, thereby avoiding the situation that the user needs to obtain the habitual hot water conditions through manual adjustment for many times during bathing, and being beneficial to improving the bathing experience of the water heater, the use is more convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the palm detection device 200 includes a pressure sensing assembly 210 disposed on the water heater body 100, and the pressure sensing assembly 210 is connected with the control module.
It should be noted that, the palm information of the user can also be collected by using the pressure sensing technology, for example, the pressure sensing component 210 can be composed of a plurality of pressure sensors, the pressure sensors are distributed on the identification surface in a grid shape, when the palm of the user presses on the identification surface, referring to fig. 6, the pressure values output by the pressure sensors at different positions are different, therefore, the control module can calculate to form the palm information such as the palm shape according to the distribution condition of different pressure values, and then can identify different user identities, therefore, the palm information of the user can be conveniently and quickly collected by using the pressure sensing to identify the identities, the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, and the cost is low.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the pressure sensing assembly 210 includes a first resistive circuit layer 211 and a second resistive circuit layer 212, the first resistive circuit layer 211 and the second resistive circuit layer 212 are stacked, a plurality of first piezo-resistive strips 201 are disposed on the first resistive circuit layer 211, a plurality of second piezo-resistive strips 202 are disposed on the second resistive circuit layer 212, the plurality of first piezo-resistive strips 201 are arranged in a transverse direction, and the plurality of second piezo-resistive strips 202 are arranged in a longitudinal direction, so that the first piezo-resistive strips 201 and the second piezo-resistive strips 202 cross each other and form a plurality of cross points, and the first piezo-resistive strips 201 and the second piezo-resistive strips 202 can be pressure-connected at the cross points.
Specifically, the first piezo-resistive strip 201 and the second piezo-resistive strip 202 may be made of a semiconductor material, and referring to fig. 4 to 5, after the first piezo-resistive strip 201 and the second piezo-resistive strip 202 are subjected to a pressure, resistances at different positions may change, since the first piezo-resistive strip 201 and the second piezo-resistive strip 202 are distributed in an array on the first resistor circuit layer 211 and the second resistor circuit layer 212 and have a plurality of intersections, when a user presses the identification surface of the palm detection device 200 with a palm, the palm presses a part of the intersections and enables the first piezo-resistive strip 201 and the second piezo-resistive strip 202 to be connected at the intersections, a signal acquisition unit may be disposed on the control module and the signal acquisition unit is used to supply power to the first piezo-resistive strip 201 first, so that the first piezo-resistive strip 201 and each second piezo-resistive strip 202 may form a circuit for dividing resistance, then, the signal acquisition unit acquires signals of each second piezoresistor strip 202, the signal acquisition unit can sequentially acquire the signals of each second piezoresistor strip 202 on each first piezoresistor strip 201 by repeating the above steps, then the pressure conditions of each intersection can be obtained by performing voltage division resistance analysis, palm information such as palm shape can be formed according to the pressure conditions of the intersections, and the identity of a user can be identified by using the palm information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the palm detection device 200 further includes a base 220 and a waterproof panel 230 disposed on the water heater body 100, and the pressure sensing assembly 210 is disposed between the base 220 and the waterproof panel 230.
It should be noted that, the base 220 can be used as an installation carrier, the waterproof panel 230 can be a glass plate or a transparent plastic plate, the pressure sensing assembly 210 is arranged between the base 220 and the waterproof panel 230 and can be subjected to waterproof protection on the pressure sensing assembly 210 through sealing assembly, so that the service life of the pressure sensing assembly 210 is prolonged, it can be understood that even if a palm of a user is wetted, the user can directly press the palm of the user on the waterproof panel 230 to identify the identity, and the use is more convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the display module 300 is further included, and the control module is connected to the display module 300.
The display module 300 may be an LED lamp, for example, the LED lamp may emit light of different colors to display whether the user's identity is successfully recognized, the successfully recognized light is a green light, and the unsuccessfully recognized light is a red light, so as to help the user conveniently obtain the result of the identity recognition, and also to help the user to notice that the user needs to change the pressing position of the palm or the force application manner when the identity is not successful so as to try again to make contact with the recognition surface for the identity recognition. It should be noted that the display module 300 may also be a display screen, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the display screen may be disposed on the waterproof panel 230 of the palm detection device 200, and may be used to display the identified user identity information, and it can be understood that the display screen may also be used to display information such as the temperature of the water heater, so that a user may intuitively know whether the identity of the user is correctly identified and the specific operation condition of the water heater body 100 on the display screen, and various functions of the water heater are convenient to use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the present invention further comprises an input setting module 400, and the control module is connected to the input setting module 400.
The input setting module 400 may be a touch screen, a key, etc. for inputting basic information for setting the identity of the user, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the input setting module 400 may be a key provided on the palm detection device 200, for example, when a new user needs to be filed and parameter information such as a user name and a habit water temperature is set, the user directly uses the keys to set and input information.

It should be noted that, the gesture operation can be realized for each function of the water heater body 100 through the gesture recognition module 500, the gesture operation is not only more convenient, but also is beneficial to improving the safety of the water heater operation, wherein the gesture recognition module 500 can adopt a pyroelectric sensor or a laser sensor to recognize the gesture operation of the user. Referring to fig. 3, the gesture recognition module 500 may be disposed on the palm detection device 200, for example, the user may enable the water heater to recognize the identity of the water heater and automatically adjust the water temperature to which the user is accustomed through the palm detection device 200, but the user finds that the preset water temperature is lower when the user uses the water temperature under the weather condition of the day before the user finds again in the bathing process, and at this time, the user may perform gesture operations such as left or right stroke towards the palm detection device 200 to temporarily increase the outlet water temperature of the water heater body 100, so as to meet the bathing requirement of the day, and the operation is more convenient and safer.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the palm detection device further includes a switch module, the switch module is capable of outputting a switch signal, and the control module is connected to the switch module to control the palm detection device 200 to be turned on or off according to the switch signal.
