Background
In the development and production process of oil and gas fields, underground parameter logging of a production well and a water injection well has important guiding significance for development of the oil and gas wells and formulation of production schemes. Therefore, the real-time monitoring of downhole pressure and temperature parameters is of great significance to the production and development of oil and gas fields.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a permanent direct-reading type underground temperature and pressure tester, which is formed by connecting a plurality of testers in series and is placed underground for a long time, so that underground stratum pressure, oil pipe pressure and underground temperature are monitored in real time, and an important reference is provided for development and production of oil and gas fields, thereby overcoming the defects of the prior art.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
The invention relates to a permanent direct-reading type downhole temperature and pressure tester, which is shown in figures 1, 2 and 4, and comprises a body 9, wherein the body 9 is provided with a central channel; the outer circle of the body 9 is provided with a shoulder, the end face of the shoulder is provided with an electric installation hole 3 and a testing device installation hole 4, a circuit component 24 is arranged in the electric installation hole 3, and a pressure testing component 23 is arranged in the testing device installation hole 4; the electric installation hole 3 is communicated with the test device installation hole 4 through a wire hole 5; the central channel of the body 9 is internally provided with a pressure transmission hole 22, and the pressure transmission hole 22 is communicated with the test device mounting hole 4.
As shown in fig. 3, the circuit assembly 24 includes a circuit board 7, and the circuit board 7 is fixed to the circuit mounting board 8 via the screw assembly 6; the input interface 14 is in threaded connection with the orifice of the electrical mounting hole 3; the input and output leads of the circuit board 7 are connected to the sealing plug 10, respectively. The orifice and the hole bottom of the electric installation hole 3 are respectively provided with a cable joint 1, and sealing rings 2 are respectively sleeved on the two cable joints 1; the cable joint 1 of the orifice of the electric installation hole 3 is in threaded connection with the input interface 14 at one end of the circuit installation plate 8; the cable joint 1 at the bottom of the electric installation hole 3 is in threaded connection with the body 9; sealing plugs 10 at both ends of the circuit board 7 are respectively located in the cable joint 1.
As shown in fig. 5, the pressure test assembly 23 includes a tubing pressure test section on the side of the pressure transfer hole 22 and a formation pressure test section on the side of the test device mounting hole 4; the oil pipe pressure testing part comprises an oil pipe pressure testing spiral pipe 21, the oil pipe pressure testing spiral pipe 21 is connected with an oil pipe pressure testing spiral pipe seat 20, an oil pipe pressure gauge seat 18 is arranged on the left side of the oil pipe pressure testing spiral pipe seat 20, and an oil pipe pressure gauge 19 is arranged between the oil pipe pressure gauge seat 18 and the oil pipe pressure testing spiral pipe seat 20; the stratum pressure testing part comprises a stratum pressure testing spiral pipe 13, the stratum pressure testing spiral pipe 13 is connected with a stratum pressure testing spiral pipe seat 15, a stratum pressure meter seat 17 is arranged on the right side of the stratum pressure testing spiral pipe seat 13, and a stratum pressure meter 16 is arranged between the stratum pressure meter seat 17 and the stratum pressure testing spiral pipe seat 15; the test device mounting hole 4 is provided with a pressing cap 11, and a group of stratum pressure sensing holes 12 are formed in the pressing cap 11.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the outer circles of the cable connector 1, the input interface 14, the formation pressure testing screw pipe seat 15, the formation pressure gauge seat 17, the oil pipe pressure gauge seat 18 and the oil pipe pressure testing screw pipe seat 20 are all provided with sealing grooves, and sealing rings 2 are arranged in the sealing grooves.
In practice, the body 9 has a central passage which serves both as a production passage and also allows for the smooth insertion of other test instruments. The end face of the body 9 has two mounting holes, one mounting hole is used for mounting the circuit assembly 24, and the other mounting hole is used for mounting the pressure testing assembly 23. The two mounting holes are communicated through the wire through hole 5, and the mounting wire passes through the wire through hole 5 to connect the circuit assembly 24 and the pressure testing assembly 23. The central channel of the body 9 is internally provided with a pressure transmission hole 22, and the pressure transmission hole 22 is communicated with the test device mounting hole 4 and is used for transmitting the pressure in the oil pipe.
The circuit board 7 is fixed on the circuit mounting board 8 through the screw assembly 6, and the circuit board 7 is provided with a temperature sensor for testing the downhole temperature. The circuit mounting plate 8 is provided with a sealing plug 10, one end of the sealing plug 10 is connected with the circuit board 7, and the other end is connected with a lower instrument cable. The circuit mounting plate 8 is provided with a sealing ring for sealing, so that external oil-water mixture and gas can be prevented from entering the electric mounting hole 3. The circuit mounting board 8 is mounted in the electrical mounting hole 3 of the body 9. An input lead is led out from one end of the circuit board 7 and is connected with a sealing plug 10 arranged at the orifice of the electric installation hole 3, so as to be used for connecting a superior cable. The cable joints 1 are arranged at the sealing plugs 10 at the two ends of the circuit board 7 and are used for fixing and sealing cables. The cable is used as a communication channel of the underground tester and supplies power for the underground tester. The cable joint 1 is provided with a sealing ring 2 for sealing, so that an external oil-water mixture and gas can be prevented from entering an inner hole of the cable joint 1.
The oil pipe pressure test spiral pipe 21 is welded on the oil pipe pressure test spiral pipe seat 20, the sealing ring 2 is installed on the oil pipe pressure test spiral pipe seat 20, and then the oil pipe pressure test spiral pipe seat 20 is installed in the test device installation hole 4. The oil pipe pressure gauge 19 with the sealing ring is arranged on the oil pipe pressure gauge seat 18, the sealing ring 2 is arranged on the oil pipe pressure gauge seat 18, and then the oil pipe pressure gauge seat 18 is arranged in the mounting hole 4 of the testing device. The formation manometer 16 with the sealing ring is arranged on the formation manometer seat 17, the sealing ring 2 is arranged on the formation manometer seat 17, and then the formation manometer seat 17 is arranged in the mounting hole 4 of the testing device. The formation pressure test spiral tube 13 is welded to the formation pressure test spiral tube seat 15, the sealing ring 2 is installed on the formation pressure test spiral tube seat 15, and then the formation pressure test spiral tube seat 15 is installed in the test device installation hole 4. The pressing cap 11 is arranged in the mounting hole 4 of the testing device, and a stratum pressure sensing hole 12 is formed in the pressing cap 11 and used for transmitting stratum pressure.
According to the invention, one path of pressure gauge is adopted to test underground stratum pressure, the other path of pressure gauge is adopted to test underground oil pipe pressure, and the temperature sensor is adopted to test underground temperature.
