Abstract
The invention relates to a single-side formwork supporting device, which comprises: a scissor type conversion unit with adjustable supporting height; the length-adjustable horizontal adjusting piece is arranged between the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units, one corresponding end part of the vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units is hinged to the horizontal adjusting piece, and the other corresponding end part of the vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units is hinged to a sliding sleeve sleeved on the horizontal adjusting piece; the movably adjustable locking piece arranged on the horizontal adjusting piece can block the sliding sleeve through the locking piece so as to lock the supporting height of the scissors type conversion unit. The supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit is locked by the locking piece, so that the structure can obtain a stable effect, and the horizontal adjusting piece is utilized to support the column template by adjusting the length of the horizontal adjusting piece, so that the unilateral formwork support is completed.

Technical Field

Background
The existing single-side formwork construction mostly adopts split bolts to penetrate through a wall for reinforcement, and the split bolts are treated after the formwork is removed. However, later-stage hidden dangers exist in a mode of reinforcing the pull bolt through the wall, and at present, certain quality third parties particularly require that the single-side formwork cannot be reinforced through the wall when the single-side formwork is reinforced, so that the construction application of the single-side formwork for reinforcing the pull bolt through the wall is limited. When there is no adjacent structure around the single-side formwork region, the single-side formwork cannot support the supporting structure, and therefore a new solution is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a unilateral formwork supporting device, solves the problems that later-stage hidden dangers exist in the existing split bolt wall-through reinforcement and the split bolt cannot be used due to quality requirements, and is also used for solving the problem that a supporting structure cannot be adopted due to the fact that no structure exists in the vicinity of the split bolt wall-through reinforcement.

The single-side formwork support device of the invention is further improved in that the length of the first stay bar and the second stay bar in the scissors-type transformation units at the bottom and at the top are both adjustable.
The single-side formwork supporting device is further improved in that the bottoms of the first support rod and the second support rod of the scissors type conversion unit positioned at the bottom are connected with first anti-skid support seats.
The single-side formwork supporting device is further improved in that a second anti-skid support is connected to the tops of the first support rod and the second support rod of the scissor type conversion unit positioned on the top.
The single-side formwork supporting device is further improved in that the horizontal adjusting piece comprises a first horizontal rod and a second horizontal rod in threaded connection with the first horizontal rod, and the second horizontal rod can be screwed into the first horizontal rod or screwed out of the first horizontal rod by screwing the second horizontal rod, so that the length of the horizontal adjusting piece can be adjusted.
The one-side formwork supporting device is further improved in that a top supporting plate is arranged at the end part of the horizontal adjusting piece and is vertically arranged.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a single-side formwork support apparatus,
the single-side formwork support device of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a single-side formwork supporting device according to the present invention in a use state is shown. Referring to fig. 2, there is shown an enlarged schematic structural view of the top of the second brace of the single-side formwork supporting device of the present invention. The single-side formwork support apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the one-side formwork support device 20 of the present invention includes a scissor type conversion unit 21, a horizontal adjusting member 22, and a locker 24; the supporting height of scissor type conversion unit 21 is adjustable; the length of the horizontal adjusting piece 22 is adjustable, the horizontal adjusting piece 22 is arranged between two scissor type conversion units 21 which are adjacent up and down, one corresponding end part of the two scissor type conversion units 21 which are adjacent up and down is hinged on the horizontal adjusting piece 22, the other corresponding end part is hinged on a sliding sleeve 23 which is sleeved on the horizontal adjusting piece 22, and the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit 21 can be adjusted by moving and adjusting the sliding sleeve 23; a locker 24 is movably adjusted and installed on the horizontal adjusting member 22, and the locker 24 blocks the sliding sleeve 23 by moving and adjusting the locker 24 to limit the movement of the sliding sleeve, thereby locking the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit 21.
When the single-side formwork supporting device is used, the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit can be adjusted to be supported between the upper floor slab 11 and the lower floor slab 12, and then the locking piece 24 locks the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit, so that the scissor type conversion unit can be firmly and stably supported between the upper floor slab 11 and the lower floor slab 12, and then the length of the horizontal adjusting piece 22 is adjusted to enable the horizontal adjusting piece 22 to support a formwork of a structure to be constructed 13, and therefore the single-side formwork supporting is completed. The other side of the structure to be constructed 13 is a brick structure, so that a formwork is not required to be erected. The structure to be constructed 13 is a cast-in-place concrete structure, which may be a partition wall in a building structure or a shaft wall in the building structure.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, scissor conversion unit 21 includes a first brace 211 and a second brace 212 hinged at the middle;
the end of the first stay bar 211 at the lower part of the two scissors-type transformation units adjacent up and down is hinged on the horizontal adjusting part 22 with the end of the second stay bar 212 at the upper part through a pin shaft;
the end of the second brace 212 located at the lower part of the two scissors-type transformation units adjacent up and down is hinged to the end of the first brace 211 located at the upper part through another pin shaft and connected to the sliding sleeve 23.
The corresponding ends of the first support rod and the second support rod in the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units are hinged, so that the scissors-type transformation units form a support structure capable of being adjusted in a telescopic mode. The first support rod and the second support rod are inclined rods and are arranged in a staggered mode, and the middle portions of the first support rod and the second support rod are hinged through pin shafts. The supporting height of the scissors-type converting unit 21 can be adjusted by relatively rotating the first support rod and the second support rod.
Specifically, a first pin shaft is disposed on the horizontal adjusting member 22, a second pin shaft is disposed on the sliding sleeve, the end portions of the first support rod 211 at the lower portion and the second support rod 212 at the upper portion are sleeved on the first pin shaft and can freely rotate around the first pin shaft, and a stop ring is disposed at the end portion of the first pin shaft to stop the end portions of the first support rod and the second support rod. The end parts of the second support rod 212 at the lower part and the first support rod 211 at the upper part are sleeved on the second pin shaft and can freely rotate around the second pin shaft, and a baffle ring is arranged at the end part of the second pin shaft to baffle the end parts of the second support rod and the first support rod.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, first brace 211 and second brace 212 in bottom and top scissor conversion units 21 are adjustable in length.
Referring to fig. 2, each of the first and second support rods of the top and bottom scissor type conversion units 21 includes a sleeve 2121 and a screw 2122 partially inserted into the sleeve 2121, a nut 2123 is provided at an end of the sleeve 2121, the screw 2122 is threadedly coupled to the nut 2123, and the screw 2122 is screwed into the sleeve 2121 or out of the sleeve 2121 by screwing the screw 2122, so that the length of the corresponding support rod is adjusted.
The length of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod at the bottom and the top is adjustable, so that the fine adjustment of the overall height of the single-side formwork supporting device is realized, and the top support of the scissor type conversion unit between the upper floor 11 and the lower floor 12 can be realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a first anti-slip support 25 is connected to the bottom of the first stay 211 and the second stay 212 of the scissors-type changing unit 21 located at the bottom. The first anti-slip support 25 can increase the friction force with the surface of the lower floor 12, and can improve the lateral stability of the single-side formwork support device.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a second anti-slip support 26 is connected to the top of the first stay 211 and the second stay 212 of the scissors-type changing unit 21 located at the top. The second anti-skid support 26 has the same structure as the first anti-skid support 25, and also serves to increase the frictional force with the surface of the upper floor 11.
Preferably, the ends of the first and second support rods are rotatably connected with the first anti-skid support 25 and the second anti-skid support 26, and the surfaces of the first and second anti-skid supports 25 and 26 are serrated surfaces, so as to improve the frictional resistance between the first and second anti-skid supports and the corresponding floor.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the horizontal adjusting member 22 includes a first horizontal rod 221 and a second horizontal rod 222 screwed with the first horizontal rod 221, and the second horizontal rod 222 can be screwed into the first horizontal rod 221 or screwed out of the first horizontal rod 221 by screwing the second horizontal rod 222, so as to adjust the length of the horizontal adjusting member 22.
Preferably, the first horizontal bar 221 is a pipe.
Further, the end of the horizontal adjusting member 22 is provided with a top supporting plate 223, and the top supporting plate 223 is vertically arranged. Preferably, the top bracing plate 223 is vertically connected at the end of the second horizontal bar 222.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the locking member 24 is threaded onto the horizontal adjustment member 22, and movement to adjust the locking member 24 is accomplished by screwing the locking member 24. The retaining member 24 is connected to one end of the horizontal adjusting member 22 close to the sliding sleeve 23, when the sliding sleeve 23 moves and adjusts towards the other hinged joint close to the scissor type conversion unit, the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit is adjusted to be high, when the sliding sleeve 23 moves and adjusts towards the other hinged joint far away from the scissor type conversion unit, the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit is adjusted to be low, after the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit is adjusted, the retaining member 24 is moved and adjusted, the sliding sleeve 23 is blocked by the retaining member 24, so that the sliding sleeve 23 cannot move and adjust towards the other hinged joint far away from the scissor type conversion unit, and the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit is locked.
Further, a locking member 24 is provided on the horizontal adjusting member 22 at the bottom.
In one embodiment of the present invention, there are a plurality of scissor conversion units 21 and a plurality of level adjusters 22.
The number of scissor type conversion units may be specifically selected based on the net height between the upper and lower floors.
When the supporting device is used for supporting a formwork, the supporting device is arranged on the outer side of the formwork, then the position of the locking piece is adjusted preliminarily so as to adjust the overall supporting height of the supporting device, after the supporting device is adjusted, the lengths of the supporting rods of the scissor type conversion units at the top and the bottom are adjusted so as to be tightly propped between the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab, then the locking piece is screwed, and the supporting device is further clamped with the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab, so that a stable effect is obtained. The length of horizontal adjusting piece is adjusted afterwards, withstands the template, and the straightness that hangs down of template still can be adjusted to the length through the horizontal adjusting piece of adjusting different positions department, and after concrete placement accomplished, the retaining member can be loosened, moves this strutting arrangement to next working face.

Claims (10)
1. A single-sided formwork support device, comprising:
a scissor type conversion unit with adjustable supporting height;
the length-adjustable horizontal adjusting piece is arranged between the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units, one corresponding end part of the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units is hinged to the horizontal adjusting piece, the other corresponding end part of the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units is hinged to a sliding sleeve sleeved on the horizontal adjusting piece, and the scissors-type transformation units can adjust the supporting heights of the scissors-type transformation units by movably adjusting the sliding sleeve; and
the locking piece is movably adjusted and mounted on the horizontal adjusting piece, and the locking piece can be moved and adjusted to enable the locking piece to block the sliding sleeve so as to limit the movement of the sliding sleeve, so that the supporting height of the scissors type transformation unit is locked.
2. The unilateral formwork support device of claim 1, wherein the scissor conversion unit includes a first brace and a second brace hinged at a middle portion;
the end part of a first support rod positioned at the lower part of the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units is hinged on the horizontal adjusting piece through a pin shaft and the end part of a second support rod positioned at the upper part of the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units;
the end part of a second support rod positioned at the lower part of the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units is hinged with the end part of a first support rod positioned at the upper part of the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units through another pin shaft to be connected on the sliding sleeve.
3. The unilateral formwork support device of claim 2, wherein the first and second struts in the bottom and top scissor conversion units are adjustable in length.
4. The unilateral formwork support device of claim 2, wherein a first anti-slip mount is coupled to the bottom of the first and second brace bars of the bottom scissor-type conversion unit.
5. The unilateral formwork support device of claim 2, wherein a second anti-slip mount is coupled to the top of the first and second brace bars of the top scissor-type conversion unit.
6. The single-side formwork support device of claim 1, wherein the horizontal adjustment member comprises a first horizontal bar and a second horizontal bar screwed with the first horizontal bar, and the second horizontal bar can be screwed into the first horizontal bar or screwed out of the first horizontal bar by screwing the second horizontal bar, so as to adjust the length of the horizontal adjustment member.
7. The single-side formwork support device according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal adjusting member has a top support plate at its end, and the top support plate is vertically disposed.
8. The single-sided formwork support apparatus of claim 1, wherein the locking member is threaded onto the horizontal adjustment member, and movable adjustment of the locking member is achieved by screwing the locking member.
