Abstract
The invention relates to the field of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) hot melt adhesive films, in particular to a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesion strength, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of TPU particles, 45-50 parts of tackifying resin, 0-10 parts of modified polyester, 0.1-1 part of anti-hydrolysis agent and 1-2 parts of auxiliary agent. The invention provides a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength; the invention also provides a preparation method of the TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength, which has the advantages of simple preparation process, convenient operation and convenient mass production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) hot melt adhesive films, in particular to a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hot melt adhesive film is a film product with or without release paper, and can be conveniently operated continuously or intermittently. Can be widely used for bonding various fabrics, soles, nylon cloth, water-proof materials, leather, polyester fibers, high polymer materials and metals.
The TPU hot melt adhesive mold on the market at present has the defects of low adhesive strength and the like, and can not meet the use requirement of higher requirements.

The technical proposal is further improved in that the TPU particles are one or two of adipic acid polyester TPU granules, polycarbonate polyester TPU granules and polytetrahydrofuran polyether TPU granules.
The technical proposal is further improved in that the tackifying resin is one or more of rosin resin, petroleum resin or terpene resin.
The technical scheme is further improved in that the modified polyester is modified copolyester.
The technical proposal is further improved in that the hydrolysis resistant agent is one of monomer carbodiimide or polymerized carbodiimide.
The technical scheme is further improved in that the auxiliary agent is one or two of an antioxidant, a yellowing resistant agent and an ultraviolet absorbent.
A preparation method of a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength comprises the following steps: drying the raw materials according to the formula amount; and extruding, cooling, coiling and packaging the dried raw materials to obtain the TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength.
The technical scheme is further improved in that the drying temperature is 110-130 ℃.
The technical scheme is further improved by adopting an extruder for extruding, wherein the temperature of a charging barrel of the extruder is as follows in sequence: 125 deg.C, 130 deg.C, 145 deg.C, 150 deg.C and 140 deg.C.
The technical proposal is further improved in that the temperature of the die head of the extruder is 140 ℃, 130 ℃, 131 ℃, 132 ℃ and 131 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the TPU hot melt adhesive film has high peel strength after being bonded, can resist water and yellowing and is durable in bonding under outdoor severe environment, and the bonding strength of the TPU hot melt adhesive film attached to various fabrics, soles, nylon cloth, water-repellent materials, leather, polyester fibers, high polymer materials and metals is remarkably improved; the preparation method of the TPU hot melt adhesive film has the advantages of simple process, high production efficiency, convenient operation and convenient mass production.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples for better understanding of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
The TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of TPU particles, 45-50 parts of tackifying resin, 0-10 parts of modified polyester, 0.1-1 part of anti-hydrolysis agent and 1-2 parts of auxiliary agent.
The TPU particles are one or two of adipic acid polyester TPU particles, polycarbonate polyester TPU particles and polytetrahydrofuran polyether TPU particles.
The tackifying resin is one or more of rosin resin, petroleum resin or terpene resin.
The modified polyester is modified copolyester.
The hydrolysis resistant agent is one of monomer carbodiimide or polymerized carbodiimide.
The auxiliary agent is one or two of an antioxidant, a yellowing resistant agent and an ultraviolet absorbent.
A preparation method of a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength comprises the following steps: drying the raw materials according to the formula amount; extruding, cooling, coiling and packaging the dried raw materials to obtain a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength; the drying temperature is 110-130 ℃; extruding by using an extruder, wherein the temperature of a charging barrel of the extruder is as follows in sequence: 125 deg.C, 130 deg.C, 145 deg.C, 150 deg.C and 140 deg.C; the die temperatures of the extruders were 140 ℃, 130 ℃, 131 ℃, 132 ℃ and 131 ℃.

Example 2
The TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of polycarbonate polyester TPU particles, 48 parts of petroleum resin, 5 parts of modified copolyester, 1 part of monomer carbodiimide and 1 part of antioxidant and yellowing resistant agent mixing agent.
A preparation method of a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength comprises the following steps: drying the raw materials according to the formula amount; extruding, cooling, coiling and packaging the dried raw materials to obtain a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength; the drying temperature is 110-130 ℃; extruding by using an extruder, wherein the temperature of a charging barrel of the extruder is as follows in sequence: 125 deg.C, 130 deg.C, 145 deg.C, 150 deg.C and 140 deg.C; the die temperatures of the extruders were 140 ℃, 130 ℃, 131 ℃, 132 ℃ and 131 ℃.

The TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 63 parts of polytetrahydrofuran polyether type TPU particles, 45 parts of rosin resin, 5 parts of modified copolyester, 1 part of polymerized carbodiimide and 1 part of a mixed agent of a yellowing resistant agent and an ultraviolet absorbent.

A preparation method of a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength comprises the following steps: drying the raw materials according to the formula amount; extruding, cooling, coiling and packaging the dried raw materials to obtain a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength; the drying temperature is 110-130 ℃; extruding by using an extruder, wherein the temperature of a charging barrel of the extruder is as follows in sequence: 125 deg.C, 130 deg.C, 145 deg.C, 150 deg.C and 140 deg.C; the die temperatures of the extruders were 140 ℃, 130 ℃, 131 ℃, 132 ℃ and 131 ℃.
The TPU hot melt adhesive film has high peel strength after being bonded, can resist water and yellowing and is durable in bonding under outdoor severe environment, and the bonding strength of the TPU hot melt adhesive film attached to various fabrics, soles, nylon cloth, water-repellent materials, leather, polyester fibers, high polymer materials and metals is remarkably improved; the preparation method of the TPU hot melt adhesive film has the advantages of simple process, high production efficiency, convenient operation and convenient mass production.

2. The high adhesion strength TPU hot melt adhesive film as claimed in claim 1, wherein the TPU particles are one or two of adipic acid polyester TPU particles, polycarbonate polyester TPU particles and polytetrahydrofuran polyether TPU particles.
3. A high tack strength TPU hot melt adhesive film as set forth in claim 1 wherein said tackifying resin is one or more of rosin resin, petroleum resin, or terpene resin.
4. A high adhesion strength TPU hot melt adhesive film as set forth in claim 1 wherein said modified polyester is a modified copolyester.
5. A high adhesion strength TPU hot melt adhesive film as set forth in claim 1 wherein said hydrolysis resistance agent is one of a monomeric carbodiimide or a polymeric carbodiimide.
6. The high adhesion strength TPU hot melt adhesive film as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent is one or two of an antioxidant, a yellowing resistant agent and an ultraviolet absorber.
7. A preparation method of a TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength is characterized by comprising the following steps: drying the raw materials according to the formula amount; and extruding, cooling, coiling and packaging the dried raw materials to obtain the TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength.
8. The preparation method of the TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength as claimed in claim 7, wherein the drying temperature is 110-130 ℃.
9. The method for preparing the TPU hot melt adhesive film with high adhesive strength as claimed in claim 7, wherein an extruder is used for extrusion, and the barrel temperature of the extruder is as follows in sequence: 125 deg.C, 130 deg.C, 145 deg.C, 150 deg.C and 140 deg.C.
10. The method for preparing a high tack strength TPU hot melt adhesive film according to claim 7, wherein the die temperature of the extruder is 140 ℃, 130 ℃, 131 ℃, 132 ℃ and 131 ℃.
