Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a device for detecting the engagement depth of a guiding and retaining device at the lower part of an elevator landing door.
Background
Elevators are widely used in high-rise buildings for transporting passengers and goods, and with the great popularity and application of elevators, elevator safety issues are receiving more and more attention.
The lower guiding and holding device of the elevator is fixed on the door leaf of the elevator landing door through a bolt, and under the normal condition, the lower guiding and holding device is inserted into the floor groove of the landing door, and the landing door is prevented from being knocked open under the closed state by limiting the freedom degree of the door leaf.
When the elevator landing door is impacted by external force, the door guide shoe (also called a guide and retaining device or a sliding block) is separated from the sill sliding groove, so that the elevator landing door is separated from the sill, and safety accidents occur. The reason for this is that the door leaves are deformed elastically due to insufficient mechanical strength of the door leaves when the landing door is impacted by external force, and the guiding and holding device is driven to move upwards to cause insufficient engagement depth, which results in groove separation. Therefore, new requirements are placed on the elevator landing doors in the new-type test rules and the minimum depth of engagement allowed by the guiding and retaining means is specified to be reduced, requiring a new-type test, whereby the importance of verifying the depth of engagement at the time of inspection can be seen.
The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems: there is not professional equipment to examine the depth of engagement that can detect elevator layer door slider and sill among the prior art, can only use ruler etc, but because the slider meshing is in the sill, when the user need stretch into the sill with the ruler, wherein the clearance of sill inslot is at 10mm to 20mm, the clearance is less, and because lower part direction and holding device do not contact the sill bottom completely, can't make zero scale mark of ruler align on the lower bottom surface of slider, lead to measuring error very big, utilize equipment such as current ruler to be difficult to measure the depth of engagement of slider on the sill.
