As shown in fig. 6 to 13, the present invention further provides a fresh-keeping box cover, comprising a cover body 102 and the above-mentioned sealing ring 101, wherein the circumferential edge of the cover body 102 is provided with an installation groove 5, and the sealing ring 101 is installed in the installation groove 5; a ventilation structure 521 which can enable the ventilation hole 3 to be communicated with the inner side of the cover body 102 is arranged on the mounting groove 5 corresponding to the ventilation hole 3 of the sealing ring 101; at least two buckles 6 used for being clamped with the preservation box are symmetrically arranged on the cover body 102, and the two buckles 6 are rotatably connected with the edge of the cover body 102; the blocking piece 7 for blocking the air hole 3 is arranged on the buckle 6 corresponding to the air hole 3 of the sealing ring 101, and the blocking piece 7 can be abutted against the air hole 3. Preferably, when the fresh-keeping box cover is circular, three buckles 6 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the cover body 102; when the preservation box cover is square, the number of the buckles 6 is four, and one buckle 6 is arranged on each side face of the cover body 102 respectively, so that the stress of the cover body 102 is more uniform, the sealing performance can be improved, and the service life of the buckles 6 is prolonged. The plugging piece 7 and the buckle 6 or the sealing ring 101 are integrally formed, of course, the plugging piece 7 can also be an independent piece, preferably, the plugging piece 7 and the sealing ring 101 are integrally formed, when the plugging piece 7 and the sealing ring 101 are integrally formed, a mounting hole for the plugging piece 7 to pass through is formed in the buckle 6, the plugging piece 7 penetrates through the mounting hole and then is connected with the buckle 6 in an inserting mode, and the buckle 6 can be rotated relative to the cover body 102 along with the buckle.
Further, the buckle 6 includes a cover plate 61 and a latch 62, the latch 62 is disposed on a side of the cover plate 61 that can face the mounting groove 5, and preferably, the latch 62 is located in the middle of the cover plate 61 or at an end away from the cover body 102. And the claws 62 are arranged in a direction parallel to the edge of the cover body 102 to further increase the contact area of the claws 62 and improve the clamping force. The latch 62 may snap into engagement with a flange on the cartridge body 103.
Further, the mounting groove 5 is a groove body enclosed by a peripheral wall 51 and an inner peripheral wall 52, the peripheral wall 51 and the inner peripheral wall 52 are both closed frame-shaped structures, the peripheral wall 51 is arranged at the circumferential edge of the cover body 102, and the inner peripheral wall 52 is arranged at the inner side of the peripheral wall 51; the ventilation structure 521 is arranged on the inner peripheral wall 52; a first recess 511 is provided in the peripheral wall 51 to allow the closure 7 to escape. Preferably, the size of the first notch 511 is matched with the size and shape of the positioning portion 22, so as to limit the positioning portion 22, and the position of the vent hole 3 on the vent member 2 is aligned with the vent structure 521 on the inner peripheral wall 52, so as to achieve the optimal venting effect. Further, the height of the peripheral wall 51 is lower than the height of the inner wall 52. The ventilation structure 521 is a third ventilation hole or a groove or a second notch. The ventilation structure 521 is disposed on the inner wall 52, and when the ventilation structure 521 is a third ventilation hole, the third ventilation hole is disposed on the inner wall 52, so that the first ventilation hole 31, the second ventilation hole 32, and the third ventilation hole can be communicated, thereby forming an airflow channel, and allowing air to enter the preservation box from the outside of the sealing ring 101. Preferably, the third vent is a circular hole, and the aperture of the third vent is greater than or equal to the apertures of the first vent 31 and the second vent 32. Meanwhile, the axis of the third air hole coincides with the axes of the first air hole 31 and the second air hole 32, so that the air flow channel is shortest, and the air circulation is realized at the highest speed. When the ventilation structure 521 is a groove, the wall thickness of the inner wall 52 where the groove is formed on the inner wall 52 is smaller than the wall thickness of the inner wall 52 of the rest part, one end of the groove extends to the end of the inner wall 52 far away from the cover body 102, and the other end is arranged above the ventilation hole 3, so that a certain gap for air circulation is formed between the inner wall 52 at the groove and the end surface of the sealing ring 101. When the ventilation structure 521 is a second notch, that is, the second notch is disposed on the inner wall 52 at the ventilation structure 521, so that the ventilation hole 3 can pass through the inside of the cover body 102 and enter into the preservation box.
In another embodiment, the gasket 3 is provided with a ventilation groove 211 on the side of the ventilation hole 4 opposite to the inner wall 12, and the ventilation groove 211 communicates the ventilation hole 4 with the upper and lower surfaces of the gasket 3. As shown in fig. 12, in this case, the inner wall 12 may be provided with the air-permeable structure 121, or may not be provided with the air-permeable structure 121, without affecting the air-permeable function.
Further, when the blocking piece 7 and the buckle 6 are integrally formed, the film 8 may be disposed on the sealing ring 101 to extend outwards, the film 8 is located between the vent hole 3 and the blocking piece 7, and the film 8 is inserted into and passes through the buckle 6, and the film 8 may leave the vent hole 3 together with the blocking piece 7 when the buckle 6 rotates relative to the cover body 102 or block the vent hole 3 under the abutting of the blocking piece 7. Specifically, the end of the film 8 is connected to the upper edge of the positioning portion 22 on the seal ring 101, the other end of the film 8 is inserted from the buckle 6 and passes through the buckle 6, and a barb structure is provided on the film 8 at the end where the buckle 6 is inserted, so that the film 8 can be inserted from the side of the buckle 6 close to the seal ring 101, but is not easy to slip out of the buckle 6, and when the buckle 6 rotates relative to the cover body 102, the film 8 can follow the movement and then leave the seal ring 101.
In yet another embodiment, the stopper 7 is a flexible member attached to the buckle 6. The plugging piece 7 can be an independent part, a through hole is formed in the buckle 6, the plugging piece 7 is of a T-shaped structure, the plugging piece 7 is connected with the buckle 6 in an inserting mode, and the plugging piece 7 penetrates through the through hole and abuts against the air hole 3 in the sealing ring. In addition, the blocking piece 7 can be integrally formed with the ventilating piece 2, so that the problem that the sealing function of the preservation box cover cannot be realized due to the fact that the blocking piece 7 is accidentally dropped and lost in the using process when the blocking piece 7 is installed on the buckle 6 as an independent part can be avoided.

Claims (20)

1. A sealing ring is characterized by comprising a sealing strip (1) and a ventilating piece (2),
the sealing strip (1) is an open annular structure,
the air permeable piece (2) is arranged at the annular opening of the sealing strip (1), and two ends of the air permeable piece (2) are respectively connected with two ends of the sealing strip (1),
the air holes (3) penetrate through the air permeable piece (2), so that the inner side and the outer side of the sealing ring form air holes (3) of an air flow channel.
2. A sealing ring according to claim 1, characterized in that a positioning part (22) is provided on the sealing strip (1) or the gas permeable member (2), the positioning part (22) being arranged to be convex or concave.
3. A seal ring according to claim 2, characterized in that the positioning portion (22) is provided on the gas permeable member (2),
the air permeable piece (2) further comprises a connecting part (21), and the positioning part (22) is arranged on the side part of the connecting part (21) and connected with the connecting part;
two ends of the connecting part (21) are respectively connected with two ends of the sealing strip (1);
the air holes (3) comprise first air holes (31) arranged on the connecting portion (21) and second air holes (32) arranged on the positioning portion (22), and the first air holes (31) are communicated with the second air holes (32).
4. A seal ring according to claim 3, wherein a recessed structure (221) is provided on the positioning portion (22), and the second vent hole (32) is provided in the recessed structure (221).
5. A seal ring according to claim 4, characterized in that the sealing strip (1) and the venting member (2) are made of a flexible material.
6. A seal ring according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the seal strip (1) is of hollow construction.
7. A seal ring according to claim 7, characterized in that the hollow interior of the sealing strip (1) is provided with a reinforcement rib extending transversely on the side wall.
8. A sealing ring according to claim 6, characterized in that the two ends of the air-permeable member (2) are inserted into the two ends of the sealing strip (1) respectively for interference fit.
9. A sealing ring according to claim 1, characterized in that the top and/or bottom of the sealing strip (1), the top and/or bottom of the gas permeable element (2) are provided with ribs (4).
10. A seal ring according to claim 3, characterized in that the cross-sectional profiles of the seal strip (1) and the connecting portion (21) at the mutual connection are identical.
11. A process for producing a sealing ring according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising in particular the following steps:
s1: manufacturing a sealing strip (1) by extrusion molding, and manufacturing a breathable piece (2) by compression molding;
s2: and respectively bonding or splicing two ends of the air-permeable piece (2) with two ends of the sealing strip (1).
12. A crisper lid, comprising a lid body (102), a sealing ring (101) according to any of claims 1 to 6, said sealing ring (101) being mounted on the lower surface of said lid body (102); at least two buckles (6) which are used for being clamped with the preservation box are symmetrically arranged on the cover body (102), and the two buckles (6) are rotatably connected with the edge of the cover body (102); the air hole (3) of the corresponding sealing ring (101) on the buckle (6) is provided with a plugging piece (7) for plugging the air hole (3), and the plugging piece (7) can be abutted against the air hole (3).
13. The crisper cover according to claim 12, wherein a mounting groove (5) is provided at the circumferential edge of the cover body (102),
the mounting groove (5) is a groove body formed by surrounding a peripheral wall (51) and an inner peripheral wall (52),
the peripheral wall (51) and the inner peripheral wall (52) are both closed frame-shaped structures, the peripheral wall (51) is arranged at the circumferential edge of the cover body (102), and the inner peripheral wall (52) is arranged at the inner side of the peripheral wall (51);
the sealing ring (101) is arranged in the mounting groove (5); the peripheral wall (51) is provided with a first recess (511) which can be closed off by the closure part (7).
14. Crisper lid according to claim 12, characterised in that the height of said internal wall (52) is greater than the height of said sealing ring (101).

The fresh-keeping box cover according to claim 13, wherein the sealing ring (101) is provided with a ventilation groove (211) at one side of the ventilation hole (3) opposite to the inner wall (52), and the ventilation groove (211) is communicated with the upper and lower surfaces of the ventilation hole (3) and the sealing ring (101).

The fresh-keeping box cover according to claim 13, wherein a ventilation structure (521) capable of communicating the ventilation hole (3) with the inner side of the cover body (102) is arranged at the position of the inner wall (52) corresponding to the ventilation hole (3) of the sealing ring (101), and the ventilation structure (521) is a third ventilation hole or a groove or a second gap.
17. Crisper cover according to any of claims 12 to 16, characterized in that said closure (7) is a flexible part and is removably connected to said snap (6).

The fresh-keeping box cover according to claim 17, characterized in that a through hole is arranged on the buckle (6), the blocking piece (7) is of a T-shaped structure, the blocking piece (7) is inserted into the buckle (6), and the blocking piece (7) penetrates through the through hole and abuts against the air hole (3) on the sealing ring.

The crisper cover according to claim 17, characterized in that a film (8) is provided on the air permeable member (2) extending outwards, said film (8) is located between the air permeable hole (3) and the closure member (7), and the film (8) is inserted and set through the buckle (6), the film (8) can leave the air permeable hole (3) together with the closure member (7) or block the air permeable hole (3) under the abutment of the closure member (7) when the buckle (6) rotates relative to the cover body (102).
