Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a cup holder assembly, and aims to provide a cup holder assembly with small occupied space.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cup holder assembly, comprising:
the cup stand comprises a cup stand bracket, a cup stand and a rotating part, wherein the cup stand bracket is provided with an accommodating cavity with an opening at one side; and
the cup stand body is provided with a second rotating portion, the second rotating portion is connected with the first rotating portion in a rotating mode, the cup stand body winds the first rotating portion to rotate between a first position and a second position, during the first position, the cup stand body is stored in the containing cavity, and during the second position, the cup stand body is moved out of the containing cavity through the opening.
Optionally, the first rotating portion comprises a rotating shaft arranged on the cup stand support, the second rotating portion comprises a through hole arranged on the cup stand body, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the through hole to enable the cup stand body to be rotatably connected with the cup stand support.
Optionally, an elastic member is arranged on the rotating shaft, the elastic member is used for providing an elastic force for the cup holder body to be popped from the first position to the second position, a switch button is arranged on the cup holder body, and the switch button is used for releasing or pressing the elastic member.
Optionally, the cup holder support includes an upper support and a lower support, the upper support and the lower support enclose the accommodating cavity, one of an inner wall of the lower support and a bottom of the cup holder body is provided with a gear, the other of the inner wall of the lower support and the bottom of the cup holder body is provided with a rack, and the gear is engaged with the rack.
Optionally, one of the cup holder body and the cup holder bracket is provided with a rotating wheel, and the other of the cup holder body and the cup holder bracket is provided with a guide rail, and the rotating wheel can roll along the guide rail.
Optionally, a first limiting portion is arranged on the cup stand support, a second limiting portion is arranged on the cup stand body, and the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are matched with each other to lock the cup stand body at the second position.
Optionally, a buffer portion is further disposed on a side of the cup holder body facing the cavity bottom of the accommodating cavity.
Optionally, the cup stand body is internally provided with a storage groove, and the storage groove is internally provided with a clamping jaw.
Optionally, the cup stand body is of a fan-shaped structure, the cup stand support is matched with the cup stand body in shape, and the first rotating portion and the second rotating portion are located at the top corner of the fan-shaped structure.
The invention further provides a vehicle comprising the cup holder assembly.
According to one technical scheme, the cup holder assembly is provided with the cup holder support and the cup holder body, the cup holder support is provided with the accommodating cavity with the opening formed in one side and the first rotating portion, and the cup holder body is provided with the second rotating portion which is rotatably connected with the first rotating portion. The cup holder body rotates around the first rotating part between a first position and a second position, and when the cup holder body is at the first position, the cup holder body is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, namely the accommodating position of the cup holder body is at the moment; when the cup stand body is at the second position, the cup stand body is moved out of the accommodating cavity from the opening, namely, the cup stand body is unfolded to be at the using position. Therefore, compared with the fixed cup stand structure in the prior art, the cup stand body in the technical scheme can rotate between the first position and the second position around the first rotating part, so that the cup stand assembly can be stored and folded when not used and can be unfolded when used. After the cup stand assembly is stored and folded, the space of a cab is not occupied, the passing performance of the driver side is not affected, a larger space in the automobile is provided for the driver and the passenger, and the riding comfort of the driver and the passenger is improved. Compared with a cup stand structure which needs to be turned and folded, the cup stand structure has the advantages that the first position and the second position of the cup stand body are located on the same plane, namely the accommodating position and the unfolding and using position of the cup stand body are located on the same plane, namely the cup stand body can be used after being moved out of the accommodating cavity along the horizontal direction, so that the complex turning design of the cup stand assembly structure is avoided, the cup stand assembly is simpler in structure and more convenient to use and operate, and the use comfort of drivers and passengers is improved. Meanwhile, the cup stand support provides powerful support for the cup stand body, so that the cup stand assembly can bear stronger impact force while the cup stand body can be used for placing heavier objects, and the reliability of the cup stand assembly is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that all the directional indicators (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear … …) in the embodiment of the present invention are only used to explain the relative position relationship between the components, the movement situation, etc. in a specific posture (as shown in the drawing), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicator is changed accordingly.
In addition, the descriptions related to "first", "second", etc. in the present invention are for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements of people on the performance of vehicles are higher and higher, besides the aspects of dynamic property, economy and safety, and the requirements on the comfort of the vehicles are also higher and higher.
The cup stand is used as an in-vehicle storage device, so that the practicability and convenience of the vehicle are greatly improved, and more comfortable and more humanized driving experience is provided for drivers and passengers. Particularly, in the heavy truck type, the cup holder is an essential configuration of the heavy truck type. Heavy truck drivers, especially tractor drivers, work continuously for a long time, and have a rest and a meal in a cab mostly, and the heavy truck drivers have higher requirements on the storage and storage functions of vehicles.
However, most of the existing vehicles adopt a fixed cup stand structure, and the fixed cup stand structure occupies a large cab space.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a cup holder assembly.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cup holder assembly includes a cup holder bracket 100 and a cup holder body 200. The cup holder assembly can be arranged on an instrument panel, an auxiliary instrument panel or a seat armrest and can be used for containing a water cup, a beverage cup, an ashtray, a garbage can and the like. The cup holder assembly can be made of plastic or metal.
Wherein, the cup holder bracket 100 is formed with a receiving cavity 120 having an opening 110 at one side, and the cup holder bracket 100 is provided with a first rotating part 130. The cup holder body 200 is provided with a second rotating portion 210 (as shown in fig. 5), the second rotating portion 210 is rotatably connected with the first rotating portion 130, the cup holder body 200 rotates around the first rotating portion 130 between a first position and a second position, when the first position is adopted, the cup holder body 200 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 120, and when the second position is adopted, the cup holder body 200 is moved out of the accommodating cavity 120 through the opening 110.
Specifically, the cup holder bracket 100 provides a mounting support accommodating position for the cup holder body 200, and the cup holder body 200 provides a placing position for a water cup, a beverage cup, an ashtray and the like. The cup holder body 200 has two limit positions, when the cup holder body 200 is not used, the cup holder body 200 can enter the accommodating cavity 120 through the opening 110, so that the cup holder body 200 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 120, which is the first position of the cup holder body 200; when the cup holder body 200 is in use, the cup holder body 200 can be removed from the receiving cavity 120 through the opening 110, so that the cup holder body 200 is unfolded relative to the cup holder bracket 100, which is the second position of the cup holder body 200. The shape of the cup holder bracket 100 is matched with the shape of the cup holder body 200, so that the cup holder body 200 can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 120 of the cup holder bracket 100. The shape of the opening 110 is adapted to the shape of the cup holder body 200, so that the cup holder body 200 can enter or move out of the accommodating cavity 120 through the opening 110. The shapes of the cup holder support 100 and the cup holder body 200 are not limited, and the shape of the opening 110 is not limited. The first rotating portion 130 of the cup holder bracket 100 is rotatably connected to the second rotating portion 210 of the cup holder body 200, and the cup holder body 200 rotates around the first rotating portion 130, so that the cup holder body 200 is rotatably switched between the first position and the second position. In an embodiment, during the process that the cup holder body 200 rotates around the first rotating portion 130, the cup holder body 200 is always located in the same plane, and when the cup holder body 200 is switched from the first position to the second position, the cup holder body 200 is horizontally moved out of the accommodating cavity 120 and unfolded, that is, the first position and the second position of the cup holder body 200 are located in the same plane.
Thus, compared to the fixed cup holder structure, the technical solution of the present invention can accommodate the cup holder body 200 into the accommodating cavity 120 of the cup holder bracket 100 when the cup holder assembly is not used. The cup stand assembly does not occupy the driver's cabin space when being in the state of accomodating, provides bigger car inner space for driver and crew, has guaranteed when the cup stand assembly installs in the instrument board that the trafficability characteristic of driver side is not influenced, has improved the travelling comfort that the vehicle used. Meanwhile, the overall attractiveness of the cup holder assembly is improved, and the influence of a fixed cup holder structure on the overall modeling style of the interior trim of the vehicle is avoided. When using the cup stand assembly, rotating out the cup stand body 200 from the containing cavity 120 of the cup stand support 100, providing stronger supporting force for the cup stand body 200 through the cup stand support 100, thereby allowing the cup stand body 200 to place articles with larger weight thereon, and simultaneously ensuring that the cup stand body 200 can bear stronger impact force. Compared with the prior art that the storage position and the use position of the cup holder assembly are on different planes, the first position and the second position of the cup holder body 200 are in the same plane, so that the cup holder body 200 is prevented from turning over during rotation between the storage position and the use position, the first position and the second position of the cup holder body 200 can be switched by simple rotation, the cup holder assembly is simpler in structure and simpler in use and operation, and the cup holder assembly is convenient for drivers and passengers to use.
According to one technical scheme of the invention, the cup holder support 100 and the cup holder body 200 are arranged in the cup holder assembly, the cup holder support 100 is provided with the accommodating cavity 120 with the opening 110 on one side and the first rotating part 130, and the cup holder body 200 is provided with the second rotating part 210 which is rotatably connected with the first rotating part 130. The cup holder body 200 rotates around the first rotating part 130 between a first position and a second position, and in the first position, the cup holder body 200 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 120, namely, the accommodating position of the cup holder body 200 is at this time; in the second position, the cup holder body 200 is moved out of the receiving cavity 120 through the opening 110, i.e., the cup holder body 200 is unfolded to be in the use position. Thus, compared with the fixed cup holder structure in the prior art, the cup holder body 200 of the technical scheme of the invention can rotate between the first position and the second position around the first rotating part 130, so that the cup holder assembly can be folded when not in use and unfolded when in use. After the cup stand assembly is stored and folded, the space of a cab is not occupied, the passing performance of the driver side is not affected, a larger space in the automobile is provided for the driver and the passenger, and the riding comfort of the driver and the passenger is improved. Compared with a cup stand structure which needs to be turned and folded, the cup stand body 200 has the advantages that the first position and the second position are located on the same plane, namely the accommodating position and the unfolding and using position of the cup stand body 200 are located on the same plane, namely the cup stand body 200 is moved out of the accommodating cavity 120 along the horizontal direction and can be used, so that the complex turning design of the cup stand assembly structure is avoided, the cup stand assembly is simpler in structure and more convenient to use and operate, and the use comfort of drivers and passengers is improved. Meanwhile, the cup stand support 100 provides a powerful support for the cup stand body 200, so that the cup stand assembly can bear stronger impact force while the cup stand body 200 can contain heavier objects, and the reliability of the cup stand assembly is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, further, the first rotating portion 130 includes a rotating shaft disposed on the cup holder bracket 100, and the second rotating portion 210 includes a through hole disposed on the cup holder body 200, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the through hole to rotatably connect the cup holder body 200 and the cup holder bracket 100. Specifically, the cup holder assembly has a certain width and a certain height, and the width direction and the height direction of the cup holder assembly are perpendicular to each other. The pivot extends along the direction of height of saucer assembly, and the through-hole runs through saucer body 200 along the direction of height of saucer assembly, and the through-hole is worn to establish by the pivot so that saucer body 200 rotates with saucer support 100 to be connected to make saucer body 200 along the width direction of saucer assembly, accomodate or shift out and hold chamber 120. So, the cooperation through pivot and through-hole has made things convenient for the rotation between saucer body 200 and the saucer support 100 to be connected, has realized the switching of saucer body 200 primary importance and second place, has realized the switching of saucer assembly state of accomodating and user state to can accomodate the saucer assembly folding when not using the saucer assembly, with the reduction to the occuping of car inner space. Meanwhile, the first position and the second position of the cup holder body 200 are located in the same plane due to the matching of the rotating shaft and the through hole, so that the cup holder body 200 is prevented from being turned over in the rotating process between the first position and the second position, and the use simplicity of the cup holder assembly is improved. Of course, the first rotating part 130 and the second rotating part 210 may also be a cooperating hinge structure.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, further, an elastic member 131 is disposed on the rotation shaft, the elastic member 131 is used for providing an elastic force for the cup holder body 200 to pop from the first position to the second position, a switch button 220 is disposed on the cup holder body 200, and the switch button 220 is used for releasing or pressing the elastic member 131. Specifically, a switch button 220 is disposed on a side of the cup holder body 200 facing the opening 110 of the receiving cavity 120, the switch button 220 includes a latch (not shown) and a switch spring (not shown), and a latch hole 154 is disposed on the corresponding cup holder bracket 100 to fix the latch of the switch button 220. When the saucer body 200 is in the first position, when the saucer body 200 was accomodate to the saucer support 100 promptly, press shift knob 220 this moment, the switch spring on the shift knob 220 drove the spring bolt and deviate from the spring bolt hole 154 of saucer support 100, thereby make shift knob 220 be in the state of opening, thereby make the elastic component 131 of pivot be in the release state, this moment under the drive of the elastic potential energy of elastic component 131, the saucer body 200 pops out from the chamber 120 that holds of saucer support 100, thereby realized the auto-eject of saucer body 200, the convenience of saucer assembly operation and use has been improved. When the cup stand body 200 is located the second position, that is, the cup stand body 200 moves out from the containing cavity 120 of the cup stand support 100 and is unfolded for use, at this time, the cup stand body 200 is pushed to move towards the containing cavity 120, the cup stand body 200 compresses the elastic part 131 of the rotating shaft, so that the elastic part 131 is compressed to store elastic potential energy, after the cup stand body 200 completely enters the containing cavity 120, the latch bolt of the switch button 220 is fixed in the latch bolt hole 154 of the cup stand support 100, thereby locking of the switch button 220 is realized, and further pressing of the cup stand body 200 on the elastic part 131 is realized. The elastic member 131 may be a spring, an elastic sheet, an elastic silicone rubber, or the like. So, through the cooperation of the elastic component 131 of pivot and shift knob 220, make the cup stand body 200 pop out to the second position from the primary importance more easily, also make the cup stand body 200 pop out in the chamber 120 that holds of cup stand support 100 more easily and conveniently, improved the convenience of using, need artifical manual pulling out cup stand body 200 among the prior art, the technological scheme of this invention is laborsaving more. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the switch button 220 enables the position state of the cup holder body 200 to be clearer, the situation that the cup holder body 200 and the cup holder support 100 are not stored in place due to the unclear position state of the cup holder body 200 is avoided, the situation that the cup holder body 200 and the cup holder support 100 are not stored in place to cause the cup holder body 200 to be separated from the cup holder support 100 is avoided, the potential safety hazard caused by the separation of the cup holder body 200 is further avoided, and therefore the convenience and the safety of the use of the cup holder assembly are further improved.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, further, the cup holder 100 includes an upper support 141 and a lower support 142, the upper support 141 and the lower support 142 surround the accommodating chamber 120, one of an inner wall of the lower support 142 and a bottom of the cup holder body 200 is provided with a gear 151, the other is provided with a rack 231, and the gear 151 is engaged with the rack 231. Specifically, in one embodiment, the cup holder bracket 100 further includes a side bracket, and the upper bracket 141, the side bracket and the lower bracket 142 are connected to each other to enclose the receiving cavity 120 having the opening 110 at one side. In another embodiment, the upper bracket 141 and the lower bracket 142 are connected and fixed by a connecting column, and the upper bracket 141 and the lower bracket 142 enclose the accommodating cavity 120 having the opening 110 on at least one side. In the scheme shown in the figures of the present invention, a gear 151 is disposed on an inner wall of the lower rack 142, the gear 151 is fixed in a gear hole of the lower rack 142, a rack 231 is disposed at the bottom of the cup holder body 200, and the gear 151 is engaged with the rack 231. When the cup stand body 200 rotates between the first position and the second position, the gear 151 rotates along the rack 231 in a meshed manner, so that the stability of the cup stand body 200 in the rotating process between the first position and the second position is ensured, and the use stability of the cup stand assembly is further ensured. Of course, the rack 231 may be provided on the inner wall of the lower holder 142, and the gear 151 may be provided on the bottom of the cup holder body 200, as long as the gear 151 is engaged with the rack 231.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, further, one of the cup holder body 200 and the cup holder bracket 100 is provided with a rotation wheel 232, and the other is provided with a guide rail 152, and the rotation wheel 232 can roll along the guide rail 152. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rotation wheel 232 is disposed on the upper portion of the cup holder body 200, and the guide rail 152 is disposed on the inner wall of the upper frame 141 of the cup holder frame 100. When the cup holder body 200 rotates between the first position and the second position, the rotating wheel 232 rolls along the guide rail 152, so that the stability and smoothness of the cup holder body 200 in the rotating process between the first position and the second position are further improved, the use comfort of the cup holder assembly is ensured, and the use hand feeling of the cup holder assembly is improved. Of course, the rotation wheels 232 may be provided on both the upper and lower portions of the cup holder body 200, and the guide rails 152 may be provided on both the inner walls of the lower bracket 142 and the upper bracket 141, so that the rotation wheels 232 on both the upper and lower sides of the cup holder body 200 roll along the guide rails 152 of the upper bracket 141 and the lower bracket 142, respectively. Alternatively, the guide rail 152 may be provided on the cup holder body 200, and the rotary wheel 232 may be provided on the cup holder frame 100, as long as the rotary wheel 232 can roll along the guide rail 152. The rotating wheel 232 may be made of plastic, metal, etc., and in one embodiment, the rotating wheel 232 is made of plastic, so that the overall weight of the cup holder assembly is lighter.
Further, a first limiting portion 153 is disposed on the cup holder bracket 100, a second limiting portion 233 is disposed on the cup holder body 200, and the first limiting portion 153 is matched with the second limiting portion 233 to lock the cup holder body 200 at the second position. Specifically, when the saucer body 200 rotates to the second position, namely the saucer assembly is in the expansion use state, the first limiting portion 153 on the saucer support 100 and the second limiting portion 233 on the saucer body 200 cooperate to lock, thereby improving the use stability when the saucer body 200 expands for use, avoiding the shaking of the saucer body 200 in the use process of the saucer assembly, further avoiding the spilling of liquid in the cup caused by the shaking of the saucer body 200, and further improving the stability and safety of the use of the saucer assembly. In one embodiment, the first position-limiting portion 153 is a protrusion, and the second position-limiting portion 233 is a groove, and when the cup holder body 200 rotates to the second position, the protrusion and the groove cooperate to lock and fix the cup holder body 200. Of course, the first position-limiting portion 153 may also be a groove, and the second position-limiting portion 233 is a protrusion, as long as the first position-limiting portion 153 and the second position-limiting portion 233 can be matched, locked and fixed.
Further, a buffer portion 240 is further disposed on a side of the cup holder body 200 facing the bottom of the accommodating cavity 120. Specifically, when the saucer body 200 is accomodate to holding chamber 120, for avoiding saucer body 200 and the chamber wall between the chamber wall that holds chamber 120 abnormal sound, one side at the bottom of the chamber that holds chamber 120 in saucer body 200 orientation sets up buffer 240, buffer 240 can be buffer block or blotter isotructure, buffer 240 can choose for use silica gel, materials such as rubber, thereby reduce the collision impact and the abnormal sound when the saucer body 200 is accomodate to holding chamber 120 of saucer support 100, thereby the travelling comfort of the use of saucer assembly has further been improved. Of course, the buffer portion 240 may be disposed on the sidewall of the bottom of the accommodating cavity 120, or the buffer portion 240 may be disposed on both the sidewall of the accommodating cavity 120 and the cup holder body 200, so as to avoid collision impact and abnormal sound between the cup holder body 200 and the cup holder bracket 100 during the accommodating process of the cup holder body 200.
Further, a storage groove 250 is formed in the cup holder body 200, and a clamping jaw 251 is formed in the storage groove 250. Specifically, the storage groove 250 is used for storing articles such as a water cup, a beverage cup, an ashtray, a trash can, and one or two or more storage grooves 250 are arranged on the cup holder body 200. When two or more storage slots 250 are provided, the storage slots 250 may or may not be connected to each other. In an embodiment, two storage slots 250 are disposed on the cup holder body 200, and the two storage slots 250 are communicated, wherein one storage slot 250 is used for storing a water cup or a beverage cup, and the other storage slot 250 is used for storing an ashtray or a trash can. More specifically, adjustable claws 251 are provided in the storage groove 250, and the claws 251 may be provided in one or more number, the claws 251 being distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the storage groove 250. In one embodiment, the plurality of claws 251 are arranged at regular intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the storage compartment 250. In one embodiment, the jaws 251 provide adjustment by means of springs mounted within the jaws 251. Therefore, the storage groove 250 provides an installation supporting position for articles such as a water cup and an ashtray, and is convenient for a driver and passengers to use. The adjustable clamping jaws 251 can be used for placing water cups with different diameters, have a certain clamping force and ensure that articles such as water cups do not shake in the driving process of a vehicle, so that the application range of the cup holder assembly is widened, and the stability and the safety of the cup holder assembly in the using process are improved.
The cup holder body 200 includes a storage portion and a fixing portion connected to each other, and in one embodiment, the storage portion and the fixing portion are integrally formed. The object placing part is provided with an object placing groove 250 for placing articles such as a water cup and the like; the fixed portion is used for connecting with the cup holder bracket 100, and the fixed portion is provided with a rotation wheel 232 or a guide rail 152 matched with the cup holder bracket 100, a second rotation portion 210 rotatably connected with the first rotation portion 130, a buffer portion 240 and the like. When the cup stand body 200 is located at the first position, the object placing part and the fixing part of the cup stand body 200 are both located in the accommodating cavity 120 of the cup stand support 100; when the cup stand body 200 is located at the second position, the object placing part of the cup stand body 200 is rotated out from the accommodating cavity 120, and the fixing part of the cup stand body 200 is still located in the accommodating cavity 120, so that a stable and effective connection is formed between the cup stand body 200 and the cup stand support 100. The arrangement of the fixing portion of the cup holder body 200 enhances the structural stability of the cup holder assembly. A certain height exists between the upper bracket 141 and the lower bracket 142 of the cup holder bracket 100, that is, the cup holder bracket 100 has a certain height, so that the overall structural strength and the supporting force of the cup holder bracket 100 are stronger, and the cup holder assembly can bear stronger impact force and heavier weight. On the other hand, compared with the prior art that a cup stand stabilizing support structure needs to be additionally arranged to clamp and stabilize articles such as a water cup and the like, according to the technical scheme of the invention, the cup stand body 200 has a certain height corresponding to the cup stand support 100, so that the storage groove 250 arranged on the cup stand body 200 has a certain groove depth, and articles such as a water cup and the like placed in the storage groove 250 are more stable and firm, thereby avoiding an additional cup stand stabilizing support structure and enabling the structure of the cup stand assembly to be simpler and more stable.
Further, the cup holder body 200 is a fan-shaped structure, the cup holder bracket 100 is matched with the cup holder body 200 in shape, and the first rotating portion 130 and the second rotating portion 210 are located at the top corner of the fan-shaped structure. Specifically, in an embodiment, the projection of the cup holder body 200 is a fan-shaped structure, and the shape of the cup holder support 100 is matched with that of the cup holder body 200, so that the cup holder body 200 can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 120 of the cup holder support 100.
