At present, the automobile seat back generally has a front-back angle adjusting function, the back can be adjusted towards the front end of the seat, and the back can be adjusted to be at most approximately horizontal and placed above the seat cushion. When the sitting posture of the chair is higher, the maximum release of space cannot be realized only by one folding of the chair back. To free up more space, two general approaches are now used:
the first mode is that a four-bar mechanism is used, the cushion and the backrest with high sitting postures are folded in a linkage way by using the four-bar mechanism under the cushion, and the cushion and the backrest are placed on the floor after the height is reduced, so that more space is released;
the second mode is to turn the cushion forward and then fold the back forward once, the height of the folded seat is reduced, and more space is released.
In the scheme, the first type can release more space in the height direction than the second type, but the first type is limited by the four-bar mechanism and cannot realize the backward large-angle adjustment of the chair back; the second scheme can realize the backward large-angle adjustment of the chair back, but the height reduction after folding is limited, and the release of more space can not be realized. Therefore, the height of the folded seat back in the two schemes is reduced and is limited, the space is not released conveniently, and the requirement of changeable space in the vehicle cannot be met.
In view of the above, the embodiment of the invention provides a seat frame, which adopts two-stage adjustment to realize secondary folding of a backrest frame, and realizes primary folding of the backrest frame through a first inclination angle adjusting device, wherein the backrest frame is approximately horizontal and is positioned above a cushion frame. And then the second inclination angle adjusting device is utilized to realize the secondary folding of the backrest framework, and the backrest framework descends into the accommodating cavity of the cushion framework at the moment, so that the height of the seat framework is equal to that of the cushion framework, the limit of the minimum height of the seat framework is basically realized, and more occupied space is released.
In the following embodiments, the seat frame has at least a seating state and a storage state, wherein the seating state refers to a state in which the seat frame is smoothly seated by a user; the storage state refers to a state in which the seat frame is folded and deformed. In the following embodiments, the front and rear sides refer to the front side and the rear side of the seat frame in the direction in which the user faces when the seat frame is in the sitting state. The right and left sides refer to directions corresponding to the right and left hands of the user when the seat is in the sitting state.
