Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic gluing control system which comprises a raw material glue supply system, a glue supply metering system, a six-axis robot and a PLC (programmable logic controller) industrial computer control cabinet, wherein the raw material glue supply system conveys glue stock A and glue stock B into the glue supply metering system, the glue supply metering system realizes accurate metering and conveying of each glue stock under the action of the PLC industrial computer control system according to the glue amount and the glue stock proportion required by products, and a glue coating head connected with the glue supply metering system is arranged on the six-axis robot, and the six-axis robot operates according to glue coating tracks stored in the PLC industrial computer control system. The raw material glue supply system comprises an A collagen vat used for containing glue stock, a B collagen vat used for containing glue stock, an A glue vat and a B glue vat, wherein the glue stock in the A collagen vat is pumped into the A glue vat through an A glue vat raw material feeding device, the glue stock in the B collagen vat is pumped into the B glue vat through a B glue vat raw material feeding device, and liquid level meters are respectively arranged on the A glue vat and the B glue vat; the A rubber material barrel and the B rubber material barrel are connected with an air supply system, so that the rubber material can be pumped out conveniently; an oxygen sensor is arranged on the rubber material barrel A and used for detecting gas so as to enable air to react with the rubber material A; the liquid level meter and the oxygen sensor are connected with the PLC industrial computer control cabinet.
The glue supply metering system comprises a glue stock metering system A and a glue stock metering system B; the sizing material metering system A comprises a primary metering pump, a four-way valve, a safety valve and a secondary metering pump, wherein one end of the primary metering pump is connected with a sizing material barrel A, the other end of the primary metering pump is connected to an opening a of the four-way valve, an opening b of the four-way valve is connected to the sizing material barrel A through the safety valve and a rubber return pipe A, and an opening c of the four-way valve is connected with the secondary metering pump; the sizing material metering system B comprises a filter, a diaphragm pump, a four-way valve and a secondary metering pump, wherein one end of the diaphragm pump is connected with a sizing material barrel B through the filter, the other end of the diaphragm pump is connected to an a port of the four-way valve, a B port of the four-way valve is connected to the sizing material barrel B through a rubber return pipe B, and a c port of the four-way valve is connected with the secondary metering pump; the d port of each four-way valve is connected with an inlet pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the sizing material to be fed into the secondary metering pump; and an outlet pressure sensor is arranged between each secondary metering pump and the gluing head and used for detecting glue feeding stability. The primary metering pump, the safety valve, the diaphragm pump, the two secondary metering pumps, the two inlet pressure sensors and the two outlet pressure sensors are all connected with the PLC control cabinet.
Preferably, constant temperature pipelines are arranged between the first-stage metering pump and the four-way valve and between the diaphragm pump and the four-way valve, the constant temperature pipelines comprise an internal glue solution conveying pipe and an external water pipe, constant temperature water is arranged between the glue solution conveying pipe and the water pipe, the water pipe is connected with a water cooling machine, and the water cooling machine is connected with a PLC industrial computer control cabinet.
The gluing head comprises an A needle valve, a B needle valve and stirring blades, wherein the A needle valve is connected with a secondary metering pump of the A sizing material metering system, the B needle valve is connected with a secondary metering pump of the B sizing material metering system, and sizing materials which are fed from the A needle valve and the B needle valve are evenly stirred by the stirring blades and then discharged from the gluing nozzle.
The working method of the automatic gluing control system comprises the following steps:
and (3) feeding: pumping the sizing material in the large barrel of the collagen A into the rubber barrel A, pumping the sizing material in the large barrel of the collagen B into the rubber barrel B, and carrying out corresponding liquid level detection by a liquid level meter on each rubber barrel, and stopping pumping when the set maximum threshold value is exceeded;

the metering step: in the sizing material metering system A, sizing materials in a sizing material bucket A are pumped out through a primary metering pump and then enter a constant-temperature pipeline, and then enter a secondary metering pump through a four-way valve, when an inlet pressure sensor detects that the pressure is excessive, namely the sizing materials are excessive, or when the pressure is too low, namely the sizing materials are insufficient, a PLC industrial computer control system closes an A needle valve and a B needle valve and alarms through a buzzer, so that the sizing work is stopped; and the redundant sizing material flows through the A rubber return pipe and returns to the A rubber charging basket under the action of the safety overflow valve; when the outlet pressure sensor detects that the pressure is too high and the pump is blocked, the PLC industrial computer control system closes the needle valve A and the needle valve B and alarms through the buzzer to stop the gluing work;
in the sizing material metering system B, sizing materials in the sizing material bucket B flow through a filter under the action of a diaphragm pump and then enter a constant-temperature pipeline, and then enter a secondary metering pump through a four-way valve, when an inlet pressure sensor detects that the pressure is excessive or the pressure is too low, namely the sizing material is insufficient, a PLC control cabinet closes an A needle valve and a B needle valve and alarms through a buzzer, and the sizing work is stopped; and the redundant sizing material flows through the return rubber pipe B and returns to the sizing material barrel B; when the outlet pressure sensor detects that the pressure is too high and the pump is blocked, the PLC industrial computer control system closes the needle valve A and the needle valve B and alarms through the buzzer to stop the gluing work;
gluing: the sizing material pumped by the secondary metering pump in the sizing material metering system A enters the gluing head through the needle valve A, the sizing material pumped by the secondary metering pump in the sizing material metering system B enters the gluing head through the needle valve B, and after the two sizing materials are uniformly stirred through the stirring blade, the two sizing materials work according to the gluing track under the drive of the six-axis robot.
After the working period, when any one of the liquid level meters detects that the liquid level is lower than a set minimum threshold value, the PLC industrial computer control system closes the needle valve A and the needle valve B and alarms through the buzzer to stop the gluing work.
