For example, in a specific embodiment, the first data amount is time, the moving speed of the first virtual object 221 can be preset in the application program, and when each virtual item carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 can make the first virtual object 221 move along the first preset route 222 for a preset time, the first virtual object 221 moves a distance along the first preset route 222 in the first display area 210 and the second display area 220.
For example, in a specific embodiment, the first data amount is a fraction or a percentage, N virtual items are required for setting the first preset route 222 in the application program, and each virtual item carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 can make the first virtual object 221 move 1/N of the total distance of the first preset route 222 along the first preset route 222. For example, if 30 virtual items are required to enable the first virtual object 221 to move from the start point to the end point of the first preset route 222, each virtual item carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 may enable the first virtual object 221 to move 1/30 of the total distance of the first preset route 222 along the first preset route 222. Meanwhile, the number of virtual items required is displayed in the game progress icon 217 of the first display area 210, and the game progress of the two virtual organizations is displayed in numbers and progress bars.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the moving distance of the first virtual object 221 on the first preset route 222 refers to a moving distance of the first virtual object 221. As shown in fig. 6, when the first virtual object 221 moves from the point a to the point B on the first preset route 222, the moving distance thereof does not refer to a straight line distance between the two points A, B, but refers to a distance between the two points A, B, i.e., a + B.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the second user 920 may also control the second virtual character 202 to obtain the virtual item through the second terminal device 160, and control the second virtual object 223 to move according to the second preset route 224 based on the virtual item, and the manner in which the second virtual character 202 obtains the virtual item is similar to the manner in which the second virtual object 223 moves based on the virtual item, so as to implement the confrontation between the first virtual organization and the second virtual organization, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5a, the first preset route 222 and the second preset route 224 are respectively displayed in different display manners in the thumbnail map, thereby facilitating the user to distinguish the game situations of the two virtual organizations. For example, the first preset route 222 and the second preset route 224 may be displayed in different colors, line types, etc. to distinguish the preset routes and virtual objects in different virtual organizations, respectively. For example, the first preset route 222 and the first virtual object 221 of the first virtual organization are marked with blue, and the second preset route 224 and the second virtual object 223 of the second virtual organization are marked with red; correspondingly, in the game progress icon 217 of the first display area 210, the numbers and the progress bars for displaying the game progress in the first virtual organization are marked in blue, and the numbers and the progress bars for displaying the game progress in the second virtual organization are marked in red, so that the consistency of the displayed information in the unified virtual organization is maintained, a user can conveniently check the game progress at any time, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5b, in the first preset route 222, a part of the first preset route 222 that the first virtual object 221 has passed through and a part of the first preset route 222 that the first virtual object has not passed through are respectively displayed in different display manners. For example, the passed portion and the non-passed portion of the first virtual object 221 in the first preset route 222 may be displayed in different colors, line types, and the like. For example, the part of the first preset route 222 that the first virtual object 221 has passed through may be represented by a real implementation, and the part of the first preset route 222 that the first virtual object 221 has not passed through may be represented by a dotted line, so that the first user 910 can check the progress of the competition in our party's business at any time.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5b, in the second preset route 224, a part of the second preset route 224 that the second virtual object 223 has passed and a part of the second preset route 224 that the second virtual object does not pass are displayed in different display manners. For example, the portion of the second preset route 224 that the second virtual object 223 has passed and the portion that has not passed may be displayed in different colors, line types, and the like. For example, the part of the second preset route 224 that the second virtual object 223 has passed through may be represented by an implementation, and the part of the second preset route 224 that the second virtual object 223 has not passed through may be represented by a dotted line, so that the first user 910 can check the progress of the opposite party's formation at any time.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5c, if the virtual item acquired by the first virtual character 201 meets a third preset condition, a path from the current position of the first virtual character 201 to the first virtual object 221 is displayed in the thumbnail map. The third preset condition may be the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201, for example, when the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 satisfies the preset number or when the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 may enable the first virtual object 221 to reach the end point of the first preset route 222, a path indication icon 226 may be displayed in the thumbnail map, where the path indication icon 226 may be used to display a path from the current position of the first virtual character 201 to the first virtual object 221. Optionally, the path indication icon 226 may be a white dotted line, or may also be in any other form, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S107, determining a game result according to the final position of the first virtual object on the first preset route and the final position of the second virtual object on the second preset route.
In this embodiment, the game is ended after the first virtual object 221 and the second virtual object 223 move one or more times, and the game result may be determined based on the final position of the first virtual object 221 on the first preset route 222 and the final position of the second virtual object 223 on the second preset route 224. The game control device 140 may calculate the game result and then send the game result to each terminal device, or each terminal device may calculate the game result separately, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the embodiment, by setting two different virtual organizations and setting a virtual object and a preset route in each virtual organization, when a virtual character acquires a virtual prop in a virtual scene, the virtual character can control the virtual object of the own virtual organization to move on the preset route based on the acquired virtual prop, so that the matching of the different virtual organizations is realized; therefore, a brand-new playing method is provided, and better game experience can be provided for users.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment, the description of the present embodiment is made only by taking the game of two virtual organizations as an example. Those skilled in the art can know that the game control method based on the virtual roles in this embodiment is not only suitable for game control between two virtual organizations, but also suitable for game control between three, four or more virtual organizations; therefore, when the number of the virtual organizations is three, four or even more, the virtual role-based game control method according to the embodiment may also be used to realize game, that is, the virtual objects and the preset routes are also correspondingly set in the third and the fourth virtual organizations, and the virtual items are obtained through the virtual roles in the third and the fourth virtual organizations to realize the movement of the virtual objects on the preset routes.
In some embodiments, the virtual prop is disposed in the virtual scene, for example, the virtual prop is disposed on the ground 203 in the virtual scene, or the virtual prop may also be disposed on the shelter 205, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In step S103, the controlling the first virtual character in the first virtual organization to obtain at least one virtual item includes: and controlling the first virtual character, and if the distance between the first virtual character and the virtual prop is smaller than a first threshold value, the first virtual character acquires the virtual prop.
In this embodiment, the first user 910 may perform operation control on the first virtual character 201 in the first display area 210, so that the first virtual character 201 approaches the virtual prop; when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop is smaller than a preset first threshold value, the first virtual character 201 can automatically acquire the virtual prop without any operation, so that the operation of the first user 910 can be reduced, and the user experience is improved; meanwhile, the data amount required to be processed by the first terminal device 120 can be reduced, and the workload and the calculation pressure of the first terminal device 120 can be reduced.
In this embodiment, since the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop both have their own shapes and volumes, when calculating the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop, the distance between any positions of the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop or the distance between the two preset positions of the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop may be calculated, and then the calculated distance is compared with a preset first threshold, and it is determined whether the first virtual character 201 can obtain the virtual prop based on the comparison result.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop is smaller than a preset first threshold, including that the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop is equal to zero, that is, the case that the first virtual character 201 is in contact with the virtual prop is included. That is, in this embodiment, when any point on the first virtual character 201 coincides with any point on the virtual prop, the first virtual character 201 can automatically acquire the virtual prop.
In other alternative embodiments, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the virtual prop is smaller than the preset first threshold, the first virtual key may be displayed at the preset position of the first display area 210. As shown in fig. 7, the name of the first virtual key 211 may be the name of a virtual item, such as "battery", "precious stone", "energy source", or may also be the name of "pick up", which is not limited in this embodiment. The first terminal device 120 may receive a click operation instruction of the first user 910 on the first virtual key 211, and control the first virtual character 201 to pick up the virtual prop based on the click operation instruction. Optionally, after the first avatar 201 picks up the virtual item, the first virtual key 211 is no longer displayed on the first display area 210.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a preset area of the first display area 210 displays a first icon 212, where the first icon 212 is used to indicate the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201. Wherein, the first icon 212 comprises a mark for representing the virtual item and a number for recording the number of the virtual item; each time the first avatar 201 acquires a virtual prop, the number in the first icon 212 is incremented by one.
Optionally, no matter how many virtual items are carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201, the mark for representing the virtual item in the first icon 212 may be always displayed in the first display area 210; or, when the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 is zero, the mark used for representing the virtual item in the first icon 212 may not be displayed in the first display area 210, and the mark is displayed in the first display area 210 after the first virtual character 201 acquires at least one virtual item.
In some embodiments, the generating of the virtual prop comprises: and controlling a virtual prop generation device in the virtual scene to generate at least one virtual prop and drop the virtual prop in the virtual scene.
In this embodiment, one or more virtual item generation devices may be set at a preset position in the virtual scene, and the virtual item generation devices may generate one or more virtual items to fall in the virtual scene based on a preset rule.
For example, in a specific embodiment, only one virtual item generation device is arranged at the center of a virtual scene, and the virtual item generation device randomly generates a certain number of virtual items to fall on the ground 203 or the shelter 205 near the virtual item generation device at preset time intervals. As shown in fig. 5a, a thumbnail of the virtual item generation apparatus 225 is displayed in the thumbnail map of the second display area 220, so that the user can quickly find and collect the virtual item.
In some embodiments, the dropping of the virtual prop comprises: responding to a third control instruction, controlling the first virtual character to attack a second virtual character in the second virtual organization so as to enable the second virtual character to die, and then enabling the virtual prop obtained by the second virtual character to fall in the virtual scene. The second virtual character 202 belongs to a second virtual organization, that is, the second virtual character 202 is in a different camp from the first virtual character 201.
In this embodiment, when the second virtual character 202 carries or is equipped with a virtual prop, the first user 910 may perform operation control on the first virtual character 201 in the first display area 210 to generate a third control instruction, where the third control instruction may be an attack instruction; the first virtual character 201 attacks the second virtual character 202 based on the third control instruction, and when the second virtual character 202 is attacked and dies, the virtual prop carried by or equipped to the second virtual character 202 falls in the virtual scene, so that the first virtual character 201 can rob the virtual prop carried by or equipped to the virtual character which is not owned by the owner through attack, thereby increasing the interest of the game and improving the user experience.
Optionally, when the second virtual character 202 dies, the virtual props carried or equipped by the second virtual character may all fall into the virtual scene, or may partially fall into the virtual scene, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, after the second virtual role 202 dies, it may be regenerated at the birth location set in the virtual scene, and the regenerated second virtual role 202 may join the game again.
In some alternative embodiments, the number of virtual items carried or equipped by second virtual character 202 may be displayed when second virtual character 202 is displayed in first display area 210. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a second icon 213 may be displayed at the top of the second virtual character 202, where the second icon 213 is used to display the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the second virtual character 202, so as to facilitate the first user to view the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the second virtual character 202, and improve the user experience.
Alternatively, the display position of the second icon 213 is not limited to the top of the second avatar 202, and may be displayed at any position in the first display area 210.
Optionally, when a third virtual character belonging to the first virtual organization is displayed in the first display area 210, the third virtual character may also display the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the third virtual character through the setting of the second icon 213, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, after the first virtual character 201 obtains the special virtual item in the virtual scene, the second virtual character 202 can display the second icon 213. Or, in other embodiments, in any case, the second virtual character 202 does not display the second icon 213, thereby increasing the complexity of the game and improving the user experience.
In some embodiments, the dropping of the virtual prop further comprises: and responding to a fourth control instruction, controlling the first virtual character to unload the virtual prop, and enabling the virtual prop obtained by the first virtual character to fall in the virtual scene.
In this embodiment, when the first virtual character 201 carries or is equipped with a virtual item, the first user 910 may perform operation control on the first virtual character 201 in the first display area 210 to generate a fourth control instruction, where the fourth control instruction may be an instruction to unload the virtual item; the first virtual character 201 discards the virtual item carried or equipped by the first virtual character based on the fourth control instruction, so that the virtual item falls in the virtual scene.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, the controlling, in response to a fourth control instruction, the first virtual character to unload the virtual prop includes:
step S201, in response to the first virtual character obtaining the virtual item, displaying an uninstall icon of the virtual item in the first display area.
As shown in fig. 10, when the first virtual character 201 carries or is equipped with at least one virtual item, an uninstall icon 214 may be displayed at a preset position of the first display area 210, where the name of the uninstall icon 214 may be an action name such as "uninstall", "discard", or may also be any other name used for representing an uninstall virtual item, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S203, receiving a click operation of the uninstall icon by the user to generate the fourth control instruction, and controlling the first virtual character to uninstall the virtual item based on the fourth control instruction.
By clicking the uninstall icon 214 on the first terminal device 120 by the first user 910, a fourth control instruction may be generated, based on which the first virtual character 201 may be controlled to uninstall or discard the virtual item carried by the first virtual character, and the uninstalled or discarded virtual item may be dropped in a virtual scene. Optionally, the first user 910 may unload or discard a virtual item by clicking the second virtual key 214 once; alternatively, first user 910 may unload or discard all of the virtual items by clicking second virtual key 214 once.
Optionally, when the number of virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 is zero, the uninstall icon 214 is not displayed in the first display area 210.
In this embodiment, after the first virtual character 201 unloads or discards the virtual item, a third virtual character belonging to the same first virtual organization as the first virtual character 201 can pick up the virtual item, thereby implementing the transfer of the virtual item between members in the same virtual organization. Through the setting of the method, the playing methods of the games are enriched, and the interactive experience among users is improved.
In some embodiments, the step S105 of controlling, if the first virtual character and the first virtual object satisfy a first preset condition, the first virtual object to move by a first data amount according to the first preset route based on the virtual item includes: if the distance between the first virtual character and the first virtual object is smaller than a second threshold value, the first virtual object obtains the virtual prop of the first virtual character and moves the first data volume based on the virtual prop.
In this embodiment, after the first virtual character 201 acquires one or more virtual items, the first user 910 may perform operation control on the first virtual character 201 in the first display area 210, so that the first virtual character 201 is close to the first virtual object 221; when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is smaller than a preset second threshold, the first virtual object 221 may automatically acquire a virtual item carried by the first virtual character 201 and move based on the virtual item.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is less than a preset second threshold, a progress bar icon 215 may be displayed in a preset area in the first display area 210. Optionally, the progress bar icon 215 may include a progress bar and an icon name, and the icon name may include names of "submit", "charge", and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. The progress bar icon 215 is used to indicate a progress of the first virtual object 221 in obtaining the virtual item carried by the first virtual character 201, and each time a progress bar in the progress bar icon 215 is read, the first virtual object 221 may obtain one virtual item from the first virtual character 201.
Optionally, when the first virtual object 221 acquires one virtual item, the number of the virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 recorded in the first icon 212 is reduced by one; when the number of the virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 is zero, the first virtual object 221 cannot continuously obtain the virtual items, and the progress bar icon 215 is no longer displayed in the first display area 210.
Optionally, when the progress bar in the progress bar icon 215 is read halfway, that is, interrupted, the first virtual object 221 cannot acquire the virtual item corresponding to the progress bar. The condition that the progress bar is interrupted may include: the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is greater than a preset second threshold; or, the first virtual character 201 receives an attack instruction; alternatively, the first virtual character 201 receives an attack instruction or the like to the first virtual character by another character.
In this embodiment, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is smaller than the preset second threshold, the first virtual object 221 can automatically acquire the virtual item carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 without any operation performed by the first user 910, so that the operation of the first user 910 can be reduced, and the user experience can be improved; meanwhile, the data amount required to be processed by the first terminal device 120 can be reduced, and the workload and the calculation pressure of the first terminal device 120 can be reduced.
In this embodiment, since the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 both have their own shapes and volumes, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is calculated, the distance between any positions of the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 or the distance between the two preset positions of the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 may be calculated, and then the calculated distance is compared with the preset second threshold, and it is determined whether the first virtual object 221 can obtain the virtual item carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 based on the comparison result.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is smaller than a preset second threshold, which includes a case where the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is equal to zero, that is, the case includes a case where the first virtual character 201 contacts the first virtual object 221. That is, in this embodiment, when any point on the first virtual character 201 coincides with any point on the first virtual object 221, for example, the first virtual character 201 stands on the first virtual object 221, the first virtual object 221 may automatically acquire the virtual prop carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201.
Or, in step S105, if the first virtual character and the first virtual object satisfy a first preset condition, controlling the first virtual object to move by a first data amount according to the first preset route based on the virtual prop includes: the first virtual character sends the virtual prop to the first virtual object, and the first virtual object moves the first data volume based on the virtual prop.
In this embodiment, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the first virtual object 221 is smaller than the preset second threshold, a second virtual key may be displayed at the preset position of the first display area 210, and the name of the second virtual key may be a name such as "submit", "charge", and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. The first terminal device 120 may receive a click operation instruction of the second virtual key from the first user 910, and control the first virtual character 201 to actively send the virtual item to the first virtual object 221 based on the click operation instruction.
Optionally, after the number of the virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 is zero, the second virtual key is no longer displayed on the first display area 210.
In other embodiments, if the first virtual character, the second virtual character, and the first virtual object all satisfy the first preset condition, the first virtual object is controlled not to move on the first preset route.
In this embodiment, when the first avatar 201 and the first virtual object 221 satisfy the first preset condition, the second avatar 202 and the first virtual object 221 also satisfy the first preset condition, for example: when the distances between the first virtual character 201, the second virtual character 202 and the first virtual object 221 are all smaller than the preset second threshold, at this time, the first virtual object 221 is controlled not to obtain the virtual prop from the first virtual character 201, so that the first virtual object 221 is controlled not to move. That is, in this embodiment, when virtual characters belonging to different virtual organizations appear near the first virtual object 221, and virtual solutions of the different virtual organizations all meet the requirement of handing over the virtual item, the first virtual object 221 is controlled not to obtain the virtual item from the virtual character, and not to move on the first preset route 222.
In other embodiments, in response to a fifth control instruction, the first virtual character is controlled, and if the first virtual character and the second virtual object satisfy a second preset condition, the second virtual object is controlled to move in the reverse direction according to the second preset route by a second data amount; the second data amount is used for representing the moving distance of the second virtual object on the second preset route.
In this embodiment, the first user 910 may perform operation control on the first virtual character 201 through the first terminal device 120, so as to generate a fifth control instruction, where the operation control is performed in the first display area 210; the first terminal device 120 controls the first virtual character 201 based on the fifth control instruction, so that the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 satisfy a second preset condition preset by the system, and thus, the second virtual object 223 can be controlled to move reversely by a second data amount according to the second preset route 224.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if the first virtual character and the second virtual object satisfy a second preset condition, controlling, based on the virtual prop, the second virtual object to move in a reverse direction according to the second preset route by a second data volume includes: if the distance between the first virtual character and the second virtual object is smaller than a third threshold value, the first virtual character acquires the virtual prop of the second virtual object and enables the second virtual object to move reversely by the second data volume.
In this embodiment, when at least one virtual item has been set in the second virtual object 223 and has moved a certain distance on the second preset route 224 based on the virtual item; the first user 910 can perform operation control on the first avatar 201 in the first display area 210 such that the first avatar 201 approaches the second virtual object 223; when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 is smaller than the preset third threshold, the first virtual character 201 may capture a virtual item from the second virtual object 223, and the second virtual object 223 backs up the second amount of data every time the second virtual object 223 captures a virtual item.
In a specific embodiment, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 is less than the preset second threshold, a capture progress icon may be displayed in a preset area in the first display area 210, and the capture progress icon may include a progress bar. The capture progress icon is used for representing the progress of capturing a virtual item in the second virtual object 223 by the first virtual character 201, the capture of the progress bar in the progress icon is completed once per reading, the first virtual character 201 can capture one virtual item from the second virtual object 223, the number of the virtual items carried or equipped by the first virtual character 201 is increased by one, and the second virtual object 223 backs up the distance represented by the second data volume. When the number of the virtual items in the second virtual object 223 is zero, the second virtual object 223 moves back to the starting point of the second preset route 224, the first virtual character 201 cannot capture the virtual items, and the capture progress icon is not displayed in the first display area 210.
Optionally, when the progress bar in the capture progress icon is read to half, that is, interrupted, the first virtual character 201 cannot capture the virtual item corresponding to the progress bar. The conditions for the progress bar being interrupted may include, but are not limited to: the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 is greater than a preset third threshold; or, the first virtual character 201 receives an attack instruction; alternatively, the first virtual character 201 receives an attack instruction or the like to the first virtual character by another character. Optionally, the third threshold may be the same as or different from the second threshold, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 is smaller than the preset third threshold, the first virtual character 201 can automatically capture the virtual item of the second virtual object 223 without any operation performed by the first user 910, so that the operations of the first user 910 can be reduced, and the user experience can be improved; meanwhile, the data amount required to be processed by the first terminal device 120 can be reduced, and the workload and the calculation pressure of the first terminal device 120 can be reduced.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 is smaller than a preset third threshold, which includes a case where the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 is equal to zero, that is, the case includes a case where the first virtual character 201 contacts the second virtual object 223. That is, in this embodiment, when any point on the first virtual character 201 coincides with any point on the second virtual object 223, for example, the first virtual character 201 stands on the second virtual object 223, the first virtual character 201 can automatically capture the virtual prop of the second virtual object 223.
Or, if the first virtual character and the second virtual object satisfy a second preset condition, controlling, based on the virtual prop, the second virtual object to move in a reverse direction according to the second preset route by a second data volume, including: and the first virtual character acquires the virtual prop from the second virtual object, and the second virtual object reversely moves the second data volume based on the virtual prop.
In this embodiment, when the distance between the first virtual character 201 and the second virtual object 223 is smaller than a preset third threshold, a third virtual key may be displayed at a preset position of the first display area 210, and the name of the third virtual key may be a name such as "grab", "snatch", and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. The first terminal device 120 may receive a click operation instruction of the third virtual key from the first user 910, and control the first virtual character 201 to capture the virtual item of the second virtual object 223 based on the click operation instruction.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the second data amount is used to represent a moving distance of the second virtual object 223 on the second preset route 224; that is, in the first display area 210 and the second display area 220, the first virtual character 201 can make the second virtual object 223 back along the second preset route 224 for a distance every time it takes a virtual prop. The second data amount is similar to the first data amount, is not limited to distance, and may be time, fraction, percentage, and the like, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the second data volume and the first data volume may be set to be the same, that is, the distance for controlling the virtual object to move forward or backward based on one virtual item is the same; alternatively, the second data amount may be different from the first data amount, for example, the second data amount is half of the first data amount, and at this time, the distance for controlling the virtual object to move backward based on one virtual prop is only half of the distance for controlling the virtual object to move forward based on one virtual prop. The setting of the second data amount and the first data amount may be adjusted as needed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, the first virtual object is provided with a fusion zone; for example, a fusion region may be disposed on a sidewall of the first virtual object 221. The method further comprises the following steps:
step S301, controlling the first virtual character to be in a first display state under the condition that the first virtual character is located in the fusion area; the character visibility of the first virtual character in the first display state is lower than the character visibility of the first virtual character in the second display state, and the second display state is a display state in which the first virtual character is located in the other region except the fusion region in the virtual scene.
In this embodiment, the fusion region is a region having functionality; when the virtual character is in the fusion area, different display effects and attributes can be obtained. Specifically, when the first user 910 can control the first virtual character 201 to move and enter the fusion area on the first virtual object 221 through the first terminal device 120, when the first virtual character 201 is located in the fusion area, the first virtual character 201 can be controlled to switch from the second display state of the other area in the virtual scene to the first display state in the fusion area, and a character gain effect corresponding to the attribute of the fusion area is obtained, for example, the moving speed increases, the speed of uploading the virtual item increases, or the speed of uploading or capturing the virtual item decreases due to entering the first display state.
The character visibility of the first virtual character 201 in the first display state is lower than that of the first virtual character 201 in the second display state, so that a brand-new playing method is provided for a user, the fun of a game is increased, and the user experience is improved; meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the fusion area, the visibility of the first virtual character 201 after entering the fusion area is reduced, so that the calculated amount of data and resources during game content presentation can be reduced, and the workload and the calculation pressure of the terminal equipment can be reduced.
Step S302, if the first virtual character is located in the fusion region, controlling the first virtual character to be in the second display state in response to a sixth control instruction or receiving an attack operation instruction of the second virtual character.
In this embodiment, when the first virtual character 201 is located in the fusion area, a sixth control instruction may be generated when the first user 910 applies an attack or movement operation instruction to the first virtual character 201 through the first terminal device 120, and based on the sixth control instruction, the first virtual character 201 may be controlled to switch from the first display state to the second display state. Alternatively, when the first avatar 201 receives an attack operation instruction of the second avatar 202, the first avatar 201 may also be controlled to switch from the first display state to the second display state.
In some embodiments, the determining the game result according to the final position of the first virtual object on the first preset route and the final position of the second virtual object on the second preset route in step S107 includes: the first virtual organization wins in response to the first virtual object reaching an end point on the first preset route before the second virtual object.
In the present embodiment, if the first virtual object 221 first reaches the end point of the first preset route 222, and the second virtual object 223 does not reach the end point of the second preset route 224, the first virtual organization wins.
Or, in step S107, the determining a game result according to the final position of the first virtual object on the first preset route and the final position of the second virtual object on the second preset route includes: in response to a first distance between a final position of the first virtual object on the first preset route and an end point of the first preset route being less than a second distance between a final position of the second virtual object on the second preset route and an end point of the second preset route within a preset time range, the first virtual organization wins.
In this embodiment, the session time may be displayed in a preset area of the first display area 210. As shown in fig. 4, a countdown element 216 may be displayed in the middle of the upper portion of the first display area 210, and the countdown element 216 is used to display the remaining time of the local game. And if no virtual object of the virtual organization reaches the end point of the preset route after the game-playing time is over, comparing the distances between the final positions of the virtual objects and the end point of the preset route after the countdown is over, wherein the closer the distance is, the closer the virtual object is to the end point, and the winning is realized.
