when body fluid flows to the position of the expansion strip 8, the expansion strip 8 absorbs water and starts to expand, so that the medicine on the top of the expansion strip is extruded, the medicine can be sprayed on the top of the protection pad main body 1 at the two sides of the ellipsoidal air bag 3 through the medicine outlet hole 9, and when the affected part of a patient is contacted with the sprayed medicine, the medicine can be absorbed by the skin of the patient, so that the treatment effect is achieved;
in addition, in the using process, due to different body positions and motion states of a patient, when the affected part of the patient extrudes the ellipsoidal air bag 3, the body fluid in the protection pad main body 1 around the ellipsoidal air bag 3 can be blown by the extrusion device in the ellipsoidal air bag 3, so that the body fluid is enabled to move towards the surrounding direction of the protection pad main body 1, the middle part of the protection pad main body 1 cannot be excessively wet, and the treatment effect of the medicine on the patient is favorably improved;

in the process that the ellipsoidal airbag 3 is extruded, the top of the ellipsoidal airbag 3 gradually sinks downwards to push the plurality of folded pull rods 61 and the sealing plate 63 to move downwards, when the sealing plate 63 contacts the pad main body 1, the folded pull rods 61 gradually start to bend due to the blocking of the pad main body 1, along with the continuous bending of the folded pull rods 61, the second pressure rod 11 gradually drives the arc-shaped gasket 14 to contact with the top of the sealing plate 63, so that the sealing plate 63 can be tightly attached to the pad main body 1 under the pressing action of the second pressure rod 11 and the plurality of folded pull rods 61, at the moment, the sealing plate 63 can seal the air inlet 64 through the sealing bulge 65 at the bottom thereof, and further, the gas in the ellipsoidal airbag 3 can blow the body fluid in the pad main body 1 around the ellipsoidal airbag 3 through the through holes 4, so as to promote the liquid to flow to the edge part of the pad main body 1, the middle part of the pad body 1 is prevented from being excessively wet.
