As an embodiment of the present invention, the support structure includes a base table 10 provided on the base 1, a mounting member 11 mounted on the base 1 via a reinforcing rib, a screw 5 rotatably provided between the mounting member 11 and the base table 10, a movable sleeve 6 screwed on the screw 5, a receiving rod 9 provided on the pig 4, and an adjusting rod 8 connecting the receiving rod 9 and the movable sleeve 6.
One end of the adjusting rod 8 is rotatably connected with the movable sleeve 6, the other end of the adjusting rod is rotatably connected with the bearing rod 9, and a hand wheel 7 for driving the screw rod 5 to rotate is arranged at the end part of the screw rod 5.
In the embodiment of the invention, the screw rod 5 can be driven to rotate by rotating the hand wheel 7, so that the movable sleeve 6 is driven to move along the axis of the screw rod 5, and in the moving process of the movable sleeve 6, the adjusting rod 8 is utilized to drive the pig 4 to swing around the rotating connection part of the pig 4 and the bracket 3, so that the pitching angle of the pig 4 is adjusted, and the boar can achieve the optimal fake mating posture.
As an embodiment of the invention, the stimulation structure comprises a circle of cushion layer 26 arranged on the inner wall of the semen collection sleeve 13 and a circle of air bags 27 arranged on the inner wall of the cushion layer 26; the inflation tube 39 communicates with the interior of the bladder 27 through the semen collection sleeve 13 and the cushion 26.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the air tube 39 is filled with air into the air bag 27, the air bag 27 can be inflated to flexibly wrap the boar stem-guiding spiral body, so that the uncomfortable feeling of the boar is reduced.
A cup holder 30 is arranged on the bracket 3, a sperm collecting cup 29 is sleeved on the cup holder 30, and the transfer pipe 28 is communicated with the sperm collecting cup 29
In the embodiment of the invention, after semen collection is completed, semen completely flows into the semen collection cup 29, and then the semen collection cup 29 is taken out from the cup holder 30.
A semen collection method comprising the steps of:
firstly, placing a boar in place, leading the boar to the boar, and adjusting the inclination angle of the boar so as to enable the boar to lie prone on the boar, and keeping the forelimbs of the boar to be lapped on side brackets on two sides of the boar;
step two, adjusting the semen collection sleeve, pulling a pull rod to adjust the height of the semen collection sleeve, and sleeving the stem leading screw of the boar in the semen collection sleeve to enable the stem leading screw of the boar to be completely inserted into the semen collection sleeve;
step three, checking pipelines, detecting the air tightness of each pipeline, and placing the clean sperm collecting cup on a cup holder so that the transfer pipe falls into the sperm collecting cup;
starting semen collection, turning on a power supply of a motor, pre-filling air into the air bag to wrap the stem-leading screw body of the boar, and observing the state of the boar;
and fifthly, preserving sperms, namely driving the boars down from the pig after finishing ejaculation of the boars, taking out the semen collecting cup on the cup holder, and placing semen in the semen collecting cup into a refrigeration house for preservation.

Claims (8)

1. The semen collection table for the pigs is characterized by comprising a base (1) and a transfer structure; the transfer structure includes:
the end cover (25) is detachably arranged at one end of the semen collection sleeve (13), and the semen collection sleeve (13) is used for being sleeved on the penile helicoids of the boars;
one end of the air inlet pipe (24) is communicated with the end cover (25), the other end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the output end of the air pump (23), and the input end of the air pump (23) is communicated with the ambient atmosphere;
one end of the transfer pipe (28) is communicated with one side of the end cover (25) away from the semen collection sleeve (13), and air is pumped into the air inlet pipe (24) when the air pump (23) works, so that air flow is formed among the air inlet pipe (24), the end cover (25) and the transfer pipe (28);
a filter structure is arranged at the input end of the air pump (23);
a support piece (2) is arranged on the base (1), and a pig (4) is rotatably arranged on the support piece (2) through a bracket (3); the semen collection platform for pigs still includes:
the adjusting component is connected with the semen collection sleeve (13) and the inner wall of the pig (4) and is used for adjusting the height and the azimuth of the semen collection sleeve (13) relative to the pig (4);
the bearing structure is arranged on the base (1) and connected with the pig (4) and is used for providing supporting force for the pig (4);
the stimulation structure is arranged in the semen collection sleeve (13), the stimulation structure is communicated with an extrusion assembly arranged on the support piece (2), the extrusion assembly is connected with the transfer structure, and the stimulation structure and the extrusion assembly are further provided with a pressure release assembly;
the extrusion assembly comprises an air box (34) arranged on the support piece (2), a sealing plug (35) arranged in the air box (34) in a sealing sliding manner, a transmission disc (32) connected with one end of the impeller shaft penetrating out of the air pump (23), and a connecting rod (33) connected with the transmission disc (32) and the sealing plug (35);
one end of the connecting rod (33) is rotationally connected with the edge of the transmission disc (32), and the other end of the connecting rod is rotationally connected with the sealing plug (35);
the top of the air box (34) is provided with a through groove for the connecting rod (33) to pass through, one side of the lower part of the air box (34) is provided with a first one-way valve (36) for outside air to enter the air box (34), and the other side of the lower part of the air box is provided with a second one-way valve (37) for air in the air box (34) to be discharged, and the second one-way valve (37) is communicated with the pressure relief assembly.

The pig semen collection table according to claim 1, wherein the pressure relief assembly comprises a pressure regulating tank (38) which is arranged on the base (1) and one end of which is communicated with the second one-way valve (37), a gas discharging structure which is arranged at the other end of the pressure regulating tank (38), and a gas charging tube (39) which is communicated with the stimulating structure and the pressure regulating tank (38).

The pig semen collection table according to claim 2, wherein the deflation structure comprises a pressure release tube (40) arranged at the end part of the pressure regulating tank (38), a movable tube (41) which is hermetically sleeved in the pressure release tube (40) in a sliding manner, and a second pressure spring (42) which is elastically connected with the movable tube (41) and the pressure release tube (40);
a circle of air release holes (43) are formed in the outer periphery of a section of the pressure release pipe (40) extending out of the pressure regulating tank (38), and a circle of air release notch (44) is formed in the outer wall of one end of the movable pipe (41) away from the pressure release pipe (40);
the width of the air release notch (44) is larger than the interval between two adjacent air release holes (43).

The pig semen collection station according to claim 2, wherein the stimulation structure comprises a ring of cushion layers (26) arranged on the inner wall of the semen collection sleeve (13) and a ring of air bags (27) arranged on the inner wall of the cushion layers (26); the inflation tube (39) passes through the semen collection sleeve (13) and the cushion layer (26) to be communicated with the inside of the air bag (27).

The pig semen collection table according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting assembly comprises hanging rods (16) arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the pig (4), sleeves (14) arranged on two outer walls of the semen collection sleeve (13), and an elastic clamping structure for connecting the sleeves (14) on one side with the hanging rods (16);
the end part of the sleeve (14) at the other side is provided with a limit ring (15), the suspender (16) is provided with a guide groove (17), and the sleeves (14) at the two sides are movably clamped in the guide groove (17).

The pig semen collection table according to claim 5, wherein the elastic clamping structure comprises a clamping column (19) sleeved on the sleeve (14), a pull rod (18) coaxially arranged with the clamping column (19), a first pressure spring (20) elastically connected with the clamping column (19) and the sleeve (14), a clamping ring (21) arranged at the joint of the clamping column (19) and the pull rod (18), and clamping grooves (22) equidistantly arranged in the guide groove (17) and used for being matched with the clamping ring (21) for clamping and positioning.

The pig semen collection table according to claim 1, wherein the support structure comprises a base table (10) arranged on the base (1), a mounting member (11) arranged on the base (1) through a reinforcing rib, a screw rod (5) rotatably arranged between the mounting member (11) and the base table (10), a movable sleeve (6) in threaded connection with the screw rod (5), a receiving rod (9) arranged on the pig (4), and an adjusting rod (8) connecting the receiving rod (9) and the movable sleeve (6).
8. A semen collection method using the pig semen collection table of any one of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
firstly, placing a boar in place, leading the boar to the boar, and adjusting the inclination angle of the boar so as to enable the boar to lie prone on the boar, and keeping the forelimbs of the boar to be lapped on side brackets on two sides of the boar;
step two, adjusting the semen collection sleeve, pulling a pull rod to adjust the height of the semen collection sleeve, and sleeving the stem leading screw of the boar in the semen collection sleeve to enable the stem leading screw of the boar to be completely inserted into the semen collection sleeve;
step three, checking pipelines, detecting the air tightness of each pipeline, and placing the clean sperm collecting cup on a cup holder so that the transfer pipe falls into the sperm collecting cup;
starting semen collection, turning on a power supply of a motor, pre-filling air into the air bag to wrap the stem-leading screw body of the boar, and observing the state of the boar;
and fifthly, preserving sperms, namely driving the boars down from the pig after finishing ejaculation of the boars, taking out the semen collecting cup on the cup holder, and placing semen in the semen collecting cup into a refrigeration house for preservation.
