the lower sweat discharging device (4) comprises a bottom frame (41) and elastic sheets (42), wherein the bottom frame (41) is arranged on the back of the trouser legs and is communicated with the inside of the lower garment (2), the elastic sheets (42) are arranged in a splayed shape and are contacted with each other in the bottom frame (41), and baffle plates (43) are arranged on two sides of each elastic sheet (42).
