Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a live broadcast method and device of a television program, and mainly aims to improve the effect of live broadcast of the television program by mobile terminal equipment, so that the user experience of watching the television program by using the mobile terminal equipment is improved.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present application provides the following technical solutions:
in a first aspect, the present application provides a live broadcast method of a television program, where the method is applied to a target television, and includes:
receiving a first television channel selection instruction sent by a target mobile terminal, wherein the first television channel selection instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to a first target television channel;
acquiring a live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel;
and sending the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel to the target mobile terminal, so that the target mobile terminal decodes the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel, obtains image data and audio data corresponding to the first target television channel, and then outputs the image data and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel.
Optionally, before receiving the first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal, the method further includes:
establishing data connection with the target mobile terminal through a data server;
establishing control connection with the target mobile terminal through a control server;
the receiving of the first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal includes:
receiving a first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal through the control connection;

in the target time period, acquiring a live broadcast data stream corresponding to the second target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the second target television channel;
storing the live data stream corresponding to the second target television channel into a local storage space;
receiving a video playing instruction sent by the target mobile terminal through the control connection, wherein the video playing instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to the second target television channel;

acquiring a first radio frequency signal corresponding to the first target television channel according to a target frequency band corresponding to the first target television channel and a first preset tuner, and converting the first radio frequency signal into a first intermediate frequency signal through the first preset tuner;
converting the first intermediate frequency signal into a first composite live data stream through a first preset demodulator;
analyzing the first composite live broadcast data stream through a first preset demultiplexer to obtain a plurality of first same-frequency-band live broadcast data streams;
and selecting the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel from the plurality of first live broadcast data streams in the same frequency band according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving a second television channel selection instruction sent by a target remote controller, wherein the second television channel selection instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to a third target television channel;
acquiring a target frequency band corresponding to the third target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the third target television channel;
judging whether the target frequency band corresponding to the first target television channel and the target frequency band corresponding to the third target television channel are the same frequency band;
if yes, selecting a live broadcast data stream corresponding to the third target television channel from a plurality of first live broadcast data streams in the same frequency band according to the unique identifier corresponding to the third target television channel; decoding the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the third target television channel to obtain image data and audio data corresponding to the third target television channel; outputting image data and audio data corresponding to the third target television channel;
if not, acquiring a second radio frequency signal corresponding to the third target television channel according to a target frequency band corresponding to the third target television channel and a second preset tuner, and converting the second radio frequency signal into a second intermediate frequency signal through the second preset tuner; converting the second intermediate frequency signal into a second composite live data stream through a second preset demodulator; analyzing the second composite live broadcast data stream through a second preset demultiplexer to obtain a plurality of second same-frequency-band live broadcast data streams; selecting a live broadcast data stream corresponding to the third target television channel from a plurality of second same-frequency-band live broadcast data streams according to the unique identifier corresponding to the third target television channel; decoding the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the third target television channel to obtain image data and audio data corresponding to the third target television channel; and outputting the image data and the audio data corresponding to the third target television channel.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving an application program selection instruction sent by a target remote controller, wherein the application program selection instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to a target application program;
starting the target application program according to the unique identifier corresponding to the target application program;
receiving a video-on-demand instruction sent by the target remote controller, wherein the video-on-demand instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to a target video;
acquiring a video stream and an audio stream corresponding to the target video according to the unique identifier corresponding to the target video and the target application program;
decoding the video stream and the audio stream corresponding to the target video to obtain image data and audio data corresponding to the target video;
and outputting the image data and the audio data corresponding to the target video.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a live broadcasting apparatus for television programs, where the apparatus is applied to a target television, and includes:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a first television channel selection instruction sent by a target mobile terminal, wherein the first television channel selection instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to a first target television channel;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel;
and the first sending unit is used for sending the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel to the target mobile terminal, so that the target mobile terminal can output the image data and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel after decoding the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel and obtaining the image data and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the first establishing unit is used for establishing data connection with the target mobile terminal through a data server before the first receiving unit receives a first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal;

In a fourth aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an electronic device comprising a storage medium; and one or more processors, the storage medium coupled with the processors, the processors configured to execute program instructions stored in the storage medium; and when the program instruction runs, executing the live broadcast method of the television program in the first aspect.
By means of the technical scheme, the technical scheme provided by the application at least has the following advantages:
the application provides a live broadcast method and a device of a television program, which can obtain a live broadcast data stream corresponding to a first target television channel by a target television according to a unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel after the target television receives a first television channel selection instruction which is sent by a target mobile terminal and carries the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel, and send the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel to the target mobile terminal, after the target mobile terminal receives the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel, the target mobile terminal can decode the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel so as to obtain image data and audio data corresponding to the first target television channel, and then output the image data and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel, namely display the image data corresponding to the first target television channel through a display module, and playing audio data corresponding to the first target television channel through the audio module. Because, in this application, the live data stream of the television channel is obtained by the television, and then the live data stream of the television channel is sent to the mobile terminal device by the television, and the live data stream of the television channel is decoded and played by the mobile terminal device, wherein, the television and the mobile terminal device are connected to the same router, therefore, the mobile terminal device can stably receive the live data stream of the television channel, thereby effectively improving the effect of live television programs of the mobile terminal device, and further improving the user experience of watching television programs by the mobile terminal device.

The target mobile terminal is a mobile terminal device for which a user desires to live a television program, and the target mobile terminal may be, but is not limited to: smart phones, tablet computers, and the like; the first television channel selection instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to a first target television channel, and the first target television channel is a television channel of a television program which is expected to be watched by a user to which a target mobile terminal belongs in live broadcasting; the target television and the target mobile terminal are connected to the same router.
In the embodiment of the application, when a user desires to use a target mobile terminal to watch a television program in which a first target television channel is live, the user controls the target mobile terminal to send a first television channel selection instruction carrying a unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel to the target television, and at this time, the target television can receive and obtain the first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal.
It should be noted that, in an actual application process, a user may trigger an operation of controlling the target mobile terminal to send the first television channel selection instruction to the target television by clicking a touch screen of the target mobile terminal, or may trigger an operation of controlling the target mobile terminal to send the first television channel selection instruction to the target television by inputting a voice instruction to the target mobile terminal, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.

In the embodiment of the application, after the target television receives the first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal, the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel can be obtained according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel.
Specifically, in this step, the specific process of the target television obtaining the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel is as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a radio frequency signal corresponding to a first target television channel through a ground antenna, a satellite antenna or a coaxial cable, and then converting the radio frequency signal corresponding to the first target television channel into a live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel.

Because, in the embodiment of the application, the television acquires the live data stream of the television channel, the television sends the live data stream of the television channel to the mobile terminal device, and the mobile terminal device decodes and plays the live data stream of the television channel, wherein the television and the mobile terminal device are connected to the same router, so that the mobile terminal device can stably receive the live data stream of the television channel, the effect of live television programs of the mobile terminal device can be effectively improved, and the user experience of watching television programs by using the mobile terminal device by a user is improved.
For the following description in more detail, an embodiment of the present application provides another live broadcasting method for a television program, and as shown in fig. 2 in particular, the method is applied to a target television, and includes:
201. and establishing data connection with the target mobile terminal through the data server side, and establishing control connection with the target mobile terminal through the control server side.
In the embodiment of the application, a data server and a control server are created in a target television in advance; in order to enable the target mobile terminal to communicate with the target television, a data connection needs to be established with the target mobile terminal through the data server, and a control connection needs to be established with the target mobile terminal through the control server.
Specifically, in this step, the target television may specifically establish a data connection with the target mobile terminal through the data server and establish a control connection with the target mobile terminal through the control server in the following two ways:
(1) the method comprises the steps that a target television and a target mobile terminal monitor a preset multicast address and a fixed port number in real time, when an information acquisition request sent by the target mobile terminal to the preset multicast address and the fixed port number is monitored, the target television sends an IP address and a port number corresponding to a data service end and an IP address and a port number corresponding to a control service end to the preset multicast address and the fixed port number, and at the moment, the target mobile terminal can acquire the IP address and the port number corresponding to the data service end and the IP address and the port number corresponding to the control service end; after acquiring the IP address and the port number corresponding to the data server and the IP address and the port number corresponding to the control server, the target mobile terminal can send a data connection establishment request to the target television according to the IP address and the port number corresponding to the data server and send a control connection establishment request to the target television according to the IP address and the port number corresponding to the control server; the target television establishes data connection with the target mobile terminal through the data server after receiving a data connection establishment request sent by the target mobile terminal, and establishes control connection with the target mobile terminal through the control server after receiving a control connection establishment request sent by the target mobile terminal;
(2) the target television sends the IP address and the port number corresponding to the data service end and the IP address and the port number corresponding to the control service end to the preset multicast address and the fixed port number according to the preset time interval, and when the target mobile terminal starts to monitor the preset multicast address and the fixed port number, the target mobile terminal can obtain the IP address and the port number corresponding to the data service end and the IP address and the port number corresponding to the control service end; after acquiring the IP address and the port number corresponding to the data server and the IP address and the port number corresponding to the control server, the target mobile terminal can send a data connection establishment request to the target television according to the IP address and the port number corresponding to the data server and send a control connection establishment request to the target television according to the IP address and the port number corresponding to the control server; the target television establishes data connection with the target mobile terminal through the data server after receiving the data connection establishment request sent by the target mobile terminal, and establishes control connection with the target mobile terminal through the control server after receiving the control connection establishment request sent by the target mobile terminal.

In the embodiment of the application, when a user desires to use a target mobile terminal to watch a television program of which a first target television channel is live, the user controls the target mobile terminal to send a first television channel selection instruction carrying a unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel to the target television through a control connection with the target television, and at this time, the target television can receive the first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal through the control connection.
203. And acquiring the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target television receives the first television channel selection instruction sent by the target mobile terminal, the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel can be obtained according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel.
Specifically, in this step, the target television may obtain the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel in the following manner:
firstly, acquiring a target frequency band corresponding to a first target television channel according to a unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel, wherein for any television channel, a mapping relation between the unique identifier corresponding to the television channel and the frequency band corresponding to the television channel is recorded in a target television; secondly, acquiring a radio frequency signal (namely a first radio frequency signal) corresponding to a first target television channel according to a target frequency band corresponding to the first target television channel and a first preset tuner, converting the first radio frequency signal into an intermediate frequency signal (namely the first intermediate frequency signal) through the first preset tuner, converting the first intermediate frequency signal into a composite live broadcast data stream (namely a first composite live broadcast data stream) through a first preset demodulator, and analyzing and processing the first composite live broadcast data stream through a first preset demultiplexer to obtain a plurality of same-frequency-band live broadcast data streams (namely the first same-frequency-band live broadcast data stream); and finally, selecting the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel from the plurality of live broadcast data streams of the first same frequency band according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel, wherein for any television channel, the mapping relation between the unique identifier corresponding to the television channel and the unique identifier of the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the television channel is recorded in the target television.
204. And sending the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel to the target mobile terminal through data connection.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target television obtains the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel, the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel can be sent to the target mobile terminal through data connection with the target mobile terminal, after the target mobile terminal receives the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel, the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel can be decoded, so that image data and audio data corresponding to the first target television channel are obtained, then the image data and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel are output, that is, the image data corresponding to the first target television channel is displayed through the display module, and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel is played through the audio module.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, when a user desires to record a television program live in a second target television channel, the user may control the target mobile terminal to send a recording instruction carrying a unique identifier corresponding to the second target television channel and a target time period to the target television through a control connection with the target television, and at this time, the target television may receive the recording instruction sent by the target mobile terminal through the control connection; after receiving a recording instruction sent by a target mobile terminal, a target television acquires a live data stream corresponding to a second target television channel according to a unique identifier corresponding to the second target television channel in a target time period, and stores the live data stream corresponding to the second target television channel into a local storage space; when the user desires to play back a previously recorded television program live in a second target television channel, the user controls the target mobile terminal to send a video playing instruction carrying a unique identifier corresponding to the second target television channel to the target television through the control connection between the user and the target television, and at the moment, the target television can receive the video playing instruction sent by the target mobile terminal through the control connection; after receiving a video playing instruction sent by the target mobile terminal, the target television can acquire a live data stream corresponding to a second target television channel in a local storage space according to the unique identifier corresponding to the second target television channel, and sends the live data stream corresponding to the second target television channel to the target mobile terminal through data connection; after receiving the live data stream corresponding to the second target television channel, the target mobile terminal can decode the live data stream corresponding to the second target television channel to obtain image data and audio data corresponding to the second target television channel, and then output the image data and the audio data corresponding to the second target television channel, namely, the image data corresponding to the second target television channel is displayed through the display module, and the audio data corresponding to the second target television channel is played through the audio module; the specific manner in which the target television obtains the live data stream corresponding to the second target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the second target television channel may refer to the specific manner in which the target television obtains the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel in step 203, which is not described herein again in this embodiment of the application.

Further, in the embodiment of the application, when another user desires to watch a target video by using a target television, the other user controls the target remote controller to send an application program selection instruction carrying a unique identifier corresponding to a target application program to the target television, and at this time, the target television can receive the application program selection instruction sent by the target remote controller; after receiving an application program selection instruction sent by a target remote controller, the target television starts a target application program according to a unique identifier corresponding to the target application program; after the target television starts the target application program, the other users can control the target remote controller to send a video-on-demand instruction carrying the unique identifier corresponding to the target video to the target television, and at the moment, the target television can receive and obtain the video-on-demand instruction sent by the target remote controller; after receiving the video-on-demand instruction sent by the target remote controller, the target television acquires a video stream and an audio stream corresponding to the target video according to the unique identifier corresponding to the target video and the target application program (i.e., the video stream and the audio stream corresponding to the target video are acquired at the server corresponding to the target application program according to the unique identifier corresponding to the target video through the target application program), and decodes the video stream and the audio stream corresponding to the target video to acquire image data and audio data corresponding to the target video, and outputs the image data and the audio data corresponding to the target video, i.e., the image data corresponding to the target video is displayed through the display module, and the audio data corresponding to the target video is played through the audio module.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, a distributor, a first preset tuner, a second preset tuner, a first preset demodulator, a second preset demodulator, a first preset demultiplexer, a second preset demultiplexer, a decoder, a display module and an audio module are preset in the target television, a data server and a control server are created in advance, wherein, the distributor is used for decomposing the composite radio frequency signal obtained from a ground antenna, a satellite antenna or a coaxial cable into a radio frequency signal corresponding to a first preset tuner and a radio frequency signal corresponding to a second preset tuner, the decoder is used for decoding the direct broadcast data stream corresponding to the target television channel so as to obtain the image data and the audio data corresponding to the target television channel, or decoding the video stream and the audio stream corresponding to the target video, so as to obtain the image data and the audio data corresponding to the target video.
In order to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present application, an embodiment of the present application further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, a device on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the live broadcasting method of a television program described above.
In order to achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present application, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, which includes a storage medium; and one or more processors, the storage medium coupled with the processors, the processors configured to execute program instructions stored in the storage medium; and when the program instruction runs, the live broadcast method of the television program is executed.
Further, as an implementation of the method shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, another embodiment of the present application further provides a live broadcasting device for a television program. The embodiment of the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment of the method, and for convenience of reading, details in the embodiment of the apparatus are not repeated one by one, but it should be clear that the apparatus in the embodiment can correspondingly implement all the contents in the embodiment of the method. The device is applied to the effect that improves the live television program of mobile terminal equipment to promote the user and use the mobile terminal equipment to watch the user experience of television program, specifically as shown in figure 4, the device includes:
a first receiving unit 301, configured to receive a first television channel selection instruction sent by a target mobile terminal, where the first television channel selection instruction includes a unique identifier corresponding to a first target television channel;
a first obtaining unit 302, configured to obtain a live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel;
a first sending unit 303, configured to send the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel to the target mobile terminal, so that the target mobile terminal decodes the live data stream corresponding to the first target television channel to obtain image data and audio data corresponding to the first target television channel, and then outputs the image data and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel.

The embodiment of the application provides a live broadcast method and a device of a television program, the embodiment of the application can obtain a live broadcast data stream corresponding to a first target television channel by a target television according to a unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel after the target television receives a first television channel selection instruction which is sent by a target mobile terminal and carries the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel, and send the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel to the target mobile terminal, after the target mobile terminal receives the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel, the target mobile terminal can decode the live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel so as to obtain image data and audio data corresponding to the first target television channel, and then output the image data and the audio data corresponding to the first target television channel, namely display the image data corresponding to the first target television channel through a display module, and playing audio data corresponding to the first target television channel through the audio module. Because, in the embodiment of the application, the television acquires the live data stream of the television channel, the television sends the live data stream of the television channel to the mobile terminal device, and the mobile terminal device decodes and plays the live data stream of the television channel, wherein the television and the mobile terminal device are connected to the same router, so that the mobile terminal device can stably receive the live data stream of the television channel, the effect of live television programs of the mobile terminal device can be effectively improved, and the user experience of watching television programs by using the mobile terminal device by a user is improved.
The live broadcast device of the television program comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the first receiving unit, the first acquiring unit, the first transmitting unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the effect of live television programs of the mobile terminal equipment is improved by adjusting the kernel parameters, so that the user experience of watching the television programs by using the mobile terminal equipment is improved.
The embodiment of the application provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium comprises a stored program, and when the program runs, the device where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the live broadcast method of the television program.
The storage medium may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, which includes a storage medium; and one or more processors, the storage medium coupled with the processors, the processors configured to execute program instructions stored in the storage medium; and when the program instruction runs, the live broadcast method of the television program is executed.
The embodiment of the application provides equipment, the equipment comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and the following steps are realized when the processor executes the program:
receiving a first television channel selection instruction sent by a target mobile terminal, wherein the first television channel selection instruction comprises a unique identifier corresponding to a first target television channel;
acquiring a live broadcast data stream corresponding to the first target television channel according to the unique identifier corresponding to the first target television channel;
