a second water pipe (63), wherein a second water pipe (63) is arranged between the right side of the water pump (62) and the water tank (35), and the second water pipe (63) is wound on the first sealing plate (21) and the second sealing plate (25);
and three fixing rings (64) are respectively arranged on the right sides of the front side and the rear side of the first sealing plate (21), six fixing rings (64) are arranged, and the second water pipe (63) penetrates through the fixing rings (64).
3. A water-proof and moisture-proof capacitor having high sealing property as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a water level limiting mechanism (7) for discharging surplus rainwater, the water level limiting mechanism (7) comprising:
the front side and the rear side of the right part of the first sealing plate (21) are respectively provided with two third telescopic rods (71), and the number of the third telescopic rods (71) is four;
the right side of the third telescopic rod (71) is provided with four second sliding plates (74), and the second sliding plates (74) are connected with the first water pipe (36) on the same side in a sliding way;
a fourth spring (72), a fourth spring (72) is connected between the second sliding plate (74) and the first sealing plate (21), the number of the fourth springs (72) is four, and the fourth spring (72) is wound on the third telescopic rod (71);
the wedge blocks (73) are arranged on each second sliding plate (74);
a top plate (75), wherein the top plate (75) is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the water tank (35) in a sliding manner;
