The disclosure relates to the technical field of terminals, and in particular relates to a flexible display panel and electronic equipment.
Background
Currently, since the flexible display panel is easily deformed by external impact, in order to buffer the impact force from the back, buffer cotton is generally provided on the back surface of the flexible display panel away from the display side, and the impact force is buffered by the buffer cotton. However, the buffer cotton is easy to bulge and deform under the high temperature condition, so that the display effect of the flexible display panel is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure provides a flexible display panel and an electronic apparatus to solve the deficiencies in the related art.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a flexible display panel including:
a flexible display body;
a buffer layer laminated with the flexible display main body;
the supporting layer is arranged in a lamination mode with the buffer layer, the buffer layer is arranged between the flexible display main body and the supporting layer, and the supporting layer comprises one or more ventilation holes.
Optionally, the radial maximum dimension of the ventilation hole is less than or equal to 0.5mm and greater than or equal to 0.1mm.
Optionally, the supporting layer includes a plurality of ventilation holes, and a minimum spacing distance between adjacent ventilation holes is greater than or equal to 0.5mm.
Optionally, the flexible display panel further includes a folding hinge connected with the support layer to drive the flexible display main body to fold or unfold.
Optionally, the flexible display main body includes a flexible substrate and a flexible display layer stacked with the flexible substrate, the flexible substrate is located between the flexible display layer and the buffer layer, the flexible substrate is bonded with the buffer layer, and the buffer layer is bonded with the supporting layer.

Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. At present, based on the characteristics of good flexibility and bendable property of the flexible display panel, the flexible display panel can be rapidly developed. However, since the strength of the flexible display panel is relatively weak, as shown in fig. 1, in the related art, the flexible display panel 100 includes a display layer 101, a buffer foam 102, a glue layer 103, and a steel sheet layer 104, and the glue layer 103 may bond the buffer foam 102 and the steel sheet layer 104, so that the impact from the back may be buffered by the buffer foam 102, and the buffer foam 102 may be supported by the steel sheet layer 104.
However, when the flexible display panel 100 works in a high-temperature working environment, the buffer foam 102 and the glue layer 103 are easily heated and expanded, and the expanded air cannot be discharged from the back of the buffer foam 102 due to the blocking of the steel sheet layer 104, so that the heat dissipation of the flexible display panel 100 is hindered, and the buffer foam 102 and the glue layer 103 are easily swelled, thereby affecting the display effect of the flexible display panel 100.
Accordingly, the present application provides a flexible display panel 200 as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 2, the flexible display panel 200 may include a flexible display main body 1, a buffer layer 2, a support layer 3, and a first adhesive layer 4. Wherein, because flexible display main part 1 is easy to buckle, so in order to prevent that flexible display main part 1 from sunken or deformation, influence flexible display panel 200's display effect, can laminate buffer layer 2 and flexible display main part 1 and set up, on the one hand when flexible display panel 200 receives external impact, can cushion effort through buffer layer 2, on the other hand can support flexible display main part 1 through buffer layer 2, reduce flexible display main part 1's deformation.
Since the buffer layer 2 needs to buffer the acting force, the buffer layer 2 will have a certain flexibility, in order to enhance the strength of the flexible display panel 200, the supporting layer 3 and the buffer layer 2 may be further laminated, and the buffer layer 2 is disposed between the supporting layer 3 and the flexible display main body 1, specifically, the buffer layer 2 and the supporting layer 3 may be bonded by the first adhesive layer 4, the first adhesive layer 4 may include a photosensitive adhesive layer, the supporting layer 3 may include one or more ventilation holes 31, when the buffer layer 2 and the first adhesive layer 4 are expanded and deformed at a high temperature or in other environments, the ventilation holes 31 may be used to exhaust air, thereby being beneficial to reducing the deformation of the buffer layer 2 and the first adhesive layer 4, and reducing the probability of local bulge of the flexible display main body 1, thereby being beneficial to improving the display effect of the flexible display panel 200.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 3, the flexible display body 1 may include a flexible substrate 11 and a flexible display layer 12 stacked with the flexible substrate 11, the flexible substrate 11 may be disposed between the flexible display layer 12 and the buffer layer 2, and the flexible display panel 200 may further include a second adhesive layer 5 to adhere the buffer layer 2 and the flexible substrate 11 through the second adhesive layer 5. The flexible substrate 11 may include a thin film transistor layer through which the energization of the flexible display layer 12 may be controlled. The support layer 3 may include a foldable steel plate layer so that the support layer 3 may accommodate bending deformation of the flexible display panel 200 while enhancing strength of the flexible display panel 200. The buffer layer 2 may include one or more of a buffer foam and a piezoelectric film layer, which may be disposed side by side when the buffer layer 2 includes the buffer foam and the piezoelectric film, and particularly when the buffer layer 2 includes the piezoelectric film, the flexible display panel 200 may vibrate to sound.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the buffer layer 2 may include a buffer foam 21 and a piezoelectric film layer 22, the buffer foam 21 may be disposed around the piezoelectric film layer 22, the piezoelectric film layer 22 may be connected to the flexible substrate 11, and the buffer foam 21 may be connected to the support layer 3 and the flexible substrate 11, respectively, and the height of the buffer foam 21 may be greater than the height of the piezoelectric film layer 22, so that the piezoelectric film layer 22 may be spaced apart from the support layer 3 by a predetermined distance. In this way, when the piezoelectric film layer 22 vibrates based on the received electrical signal, the flexible display main body 1 can be driven to vibrate, so that the flexible display panel 200 vibrates to generate sound, and when the piezoelectric film layer 22 is connected with each position of the area surrounded by the buffer foam 21 on the flexible substrate 11, a sound cavity can be formed by surrounding the piezoelectric film layer 22, the buffer foam 21 and the supporting layer 3, so as to improve the sound generating effect of the flexible display panel 200. Alternatively, in other embodiments, if the piezoelectric film layer 22 is not completely attached to the flexible substrate 11 at a portion of the area surrounded by the cushion foam 21, the sound cavity may be surrounded by the piezoelectric film layer 22, the cushion foam 21, the flexible substrate 11, and the support layer 3.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the flexible display panel 200 may include a folding hinge 6, and the folding hinge 6 may be connected with the support layer 3 so as to drive the flexible display panel 200 to switch between a folded state and an unfolded state by folding and unfolding of the folding hinge 6. The support layer 3 may include a plurality of ventilation holes, which may be displayed in a square array as shown in fig. 6, although in other embodiments, the plurality of ventilation holes may be arranged in a circular shape or other regular shape, or may be irregularly shaped, and each ventilation hole may be circular as shown in fig. 6, or may be square, oval, or other shape, which is not limited in this disclosure. Of course, openings other than the ventilation holes 31 for the sensor to pass through may be formed on the supporting layer 3, for example, an opening for the lens to acquire light may be formed, or an opening for the infrared emission module to emit light may be formed.
As shown in fig. 8, the radial maximum size of the ventilation holes 31 included in the support layer 3 may be less than or equal to 0.5mm and greater than or equal to 0.1mm, that is, 0.1mm D1 is less than or equal to 0.5mm in fig. 7, so that on one hand, air flow can be ensured to be discharged through the ventilation holes 31, and on the other hand, the excessive size of the ventilation holes 31 can be avoided, resulting in excessively weak strength of the support layer 3, sagging of the flexible display main body 1, and affecting the display effect. When the support layer 3 includes the plurality of ventilation holes 31, the minimum interval distance between the adjacent ventilation holes 31 may be greater than or equal to 0.5mm, that is, 0.5mm < D2 in FIG. 7, to ensure the support strength of the support layer 3, and display problems caused by sagging of the flexible display main body 1 may be effectively prevented.
Based on the flexible display panel 200 described in the above embodiments, the present disclosure also provides an electronic device 300 as shown in fig. 9, where the electronic device 300 may configure the flexible display panel 200 described in any of the above embodiments. The electronic device 300 may include a mobile phone terminal, a tablet terminal, a smart home, and the like.

Claims (8)

1. A flexible display panel, comprising:
the flexible display device comprises a flexible display main body, a display module and a display module, wherein the flexible display main body comprises a flexible substrate and a flexible display layer which is laminated with the flexible substrate;
a buffer layer laminated with the flexible display main body;
the support layer is arranged in a lamination manner with the buffer layer, the buffer layer is arranged between the flexible display main body and the support layer, the flexible substrate is arranged between the flexible display layer and the buffer layer, the flexible substrate is bonded with the buffer layer, and the buffer layer is bonded with the support layer; the supporting layer comprises one or more ventilation holes; the radial maximum dimension of the vent hole is smaller than or equal to 0.5mm and larger than or equal to 0.1mm.
2. The flexible display panel of claim 1, wherein the support layer includes a plurality of ventilation holes, and a minimum separation distance between adjacent ventilation holes is greater than or equal to 0.5mm.
3. The flexible display panel of claim 1, further comprising a folding hinge coupled with the support layer to drive the flexible display body to fold or unfold.
4. A flexible display panel according to claim 1, wherein the buffer layer comprises a buffer foam and/or a piezoelectric film layer.
5. The flexible display panel of claim 1, wherein the buffer layer comprises buffer foam and a piezoelectric film layer both disposed on the support layer, the vent holes facing the buffer foam;
the buffer foam is arranged around the piezoelectric film layer, the piezoelectric film layer is connected with the flexible display main body and is spaced from the support layer by a preset distance, and the buffer foam is respectively connected with the support layer and the flexible display main body.
6. The flexible display panel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support layer includes a plurality of ventilation holes, and the plurality of ventilation holes are arranged in an array.
7. A flexible display panel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support layer comprises a foldable steel sheet layer.
8. An electronic device comprising the flexible display panel of any of claims 1-7.
