cutting the suspicious candidate region into a plurality of blocks with consistent sizes, and determining the segmentation blocks of the suspicious candidate region according to the number of various key color pixels in each block, wherein each block comprises two key colors, each key color corresponds to a license plate, and the key color pixels are pixels in key color gamut;
dividing the suspicious candidate area according to the division blocks to obtain license plate image information respectively corresponding to two license plates in the area to be divided, and obtaining license plate information of the vehicle to be controlled;
determining the access authority of the vehicle to be controlled based on an access authority library of a residential area access control system according to the license plate information; the entrance guard permission library comprises a plurality of license plate information which can be judged to enter a community.

The method for managing and controlling the entrance guard of the residential vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle to be managed is provided with vehicle-mounted cooperative processing equipment, the residential access control system is provided with road side equipment, and direct connection wireless communication is established between the road side equipment and the vehicle-mounted cooperative processing equipment.
