A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in an electronic device or host device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (15)

1. A medical reimbursement service processing method is applied to a reimbursement terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving a medical reimbursement request sent by a user terminal, wherein the medical reimbursement request is generated by the user terminal according to a visit certificate sent by a server, the visit certificate is obtained by performing hash operation on medical service information by the server and is uplink-stored in an alliance block chain, the alliance block chain also stores medical reimbursement information corresponding to the visit certificate, the medical reimbursement information is encrypted by the server and is uplink-stored in the alliance block chain, and the medical service information is generated by the medical terminal according to the visit information of the user and is sent to the server;
obtaining a target medical consultation certificate according to the medical reimbursement request, and obtaining target medical reimbursement information corresponding to the target medical consultation certificate from a block chain of the alliance;
and decrypting the target medical reimbursement information according to a preset key to obtain the plain target medical service information, and performing medical reimbursement service processing according to the target medical service information.
2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the receiving the medical reimbursement request sent by the user terminal:
and receiving the visit voucher sent by the server, and storing the time information of the received visit voucher and the corresponding visit voucher into a database.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the medical reimbursement request further includes medical reimbursement time information;
correspondingly, the obtaining a target medical consultation certificate according to the medical reimbursement request and obtaining target medical reimbursement information corresponding to the target medical consultation certificate from a block chain of alliances includes:
and obtaining a target medical consultation certificate according to the medical consultation request, if the target medical consultation information corresponding to the target medical consultation certificate is failed to be obtained from the alliance block chain, obtaining medical consultation time information carried in the medical consultation request, and obtaining the target medical consultation certificate corresponding to the medical consultation time information from the database.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the medical service information comprises medical visit information and medical cost information.
5. A medical reimbursement service processing method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving medical service information sent by a medical terminal, wherein the medical service information is generated by the medical terminal according to the visit information of a user;
encrypting the medical service information to obtain medical reimbursement information, performing hash operation on the medical service information to obtain a visit certificate, and performing uplink storage on the medical reimbursement information and the visit certificate to an alliance block chain;
and sending the visit certificate to a user terminal so that the user terminal generates a medical reimbursement request according to the visit certificate and sends the medical reimbursement request to a reimbursement terminal, so that the reimbursement terminal acquires target medical reimbursement information corresponding to the target visit certificate carried in the medical reimbursement request from an alliance block chain, decrypts the target medical reimbursement information to obtain medical service information, and performs medical reimbursement service processing according to the medical service information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after said sending the visit credentials to a user terminal:
and sending the visit voucher to a reimbursement terminal, so that the reimbursement terminal stores the time information for receiving the visit voucher and the corresponding visit voucher into a database.
7. The method according to claim 5, further comprising, before the receiving the medical service information sent by the medical terminal:

the medical terminal is used for generating medical service information according to the visit information of the user and sending the medical service information to the server;
the server is used for encrypting the medical service information to obtain medical reimbursement information, performing hash operation on the medical service information to obtain a visit certificate, performing uplink storage on the medical reimbursement information and the visit certificate to an alliance block chain, and sending the visit certificate to the user terminal;
the user terminal is further used for generating a medical reimbursement request according to the visit certificate and sending the medical reimbursement request to the reimbursement terminal;
the reimbursement terminal is used for acquiring the target medical consultation certificate carried in the medical reimbursement request, acquiring target medical reimbursement information corresponding to the target medical consultation certificate from the alliance block chain, decrypting the target medical reimbursement information according to a preset key to obtain plain text target medical service information, and performing medical reimbursement service processing according to the target medical service information.
10. A medical reimbursement service processing device is applied to a reimbursement terminal and comprises:
