The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, based on the gravity sensor, a plurality of body parts in contact with the mattress when the target object performs the predetermined action, a pose of the plurality of body parts, and a depth of depression of the plurality of body parts on the mattress comprises:
determining, based on a gravity sensor, a plurality of body parts that are in contact with the mattress when the target object performs the predetermined action;
in the event that there is a partial absence of any one of the plurality of body parts, adjusting the height of the mattress, redefining the plurality of body parts of the target object in contact with the mattress, and the depth of the plurality of body parts sagging over the mattress.

The method of claim 1, wherein the adjusting the mattress parameters at the mattress positions corresponding to the plurality of body parts in accordance with the posture of the plurality of body parts, the depth of the plurality of body parts sagging over the mattress, and the body parameters of the target subject, further comprises:
determining bone locations of bones within a plurality of body parts of the target subject after adjusting mattress parameters;
and sending prompt information to the terminal in the condition that the bone positions of bones in the body parts do not accord with the preset bone positions, wherein the prompt information is used for informing that the posture of the target object is unreasonable.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the adjusting of the mattress parameters at the mattress positions corresponding to the plurality of body parts in accordance with the posture of the plurality of body parts, the depth of the plurality of body parts sagging over the mattress, and the body parameters of the target subject, further comprises:
and recording mattress parameters at mattress positions corresponding to the plurality of body parts in the case of the postures of the plurality of body parts and the depths of the plurality of body parts sinking on the mattress.
6. A mattress adjustment device, comprising:
the system comprises a calling module, a control module and a control module, wherein the calling module is used for receiving a preset action executed by a target object on a mattress and calling a physical parameter of the target object in response to the preset action;
a determining module for determining, based on a gravity sensor, a plurality of body parts in contact with the mattress when the target object performs the predetermined action, a pose of the plurality of body parts, and a depth of depression of the plurality of body parts on the mattress;
an adjustment module for adjusting mattress parameters at mattress positions corresponding to the plurality of body parts, according to the postures of the plurality of body parts, the depths of the plurality of body parts sinking on the mattress, and body parameters of the target object, wherein the mattress parameters comprise mattress heights;
wherein the adjustment module is further configured to determine a current bone position of a bone within the plurality of body parts, and a predetermined bone position, based on the pose of the plurality of body parts, the depth of the plurality of body parts sagging over the mattress, and a physical parameter with the target object;
adjusting the mattress height at mattress positions corresponding to the plurality of body parts such that the current bone position of the bone within the plurality of body parts reaches a predetermined bone position.
7. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the mattress adjustment method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that instructions in the computer readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the mattress adjustment method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the mattress adjustment method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
