(6) The controller controls the recovery stop valve 12 to be opened, the recovery pump 14 is started, residual air is sucked into the recovery cavity through the first one-way valve 13 under the state that the piston of the recovery pump ZB05 reciprocates, and the residual air entering the recovery cavity is pressed back to the canning main pipeline 18 through the second one-way valve 15, the second interface and the first interface of the second three-way joint 16 and the two-way valve 17;
