a fourth return spring (68), wherein the fourth return spring (68) is arranged between the clamping sleeve (69) and the sliding block (66), and the fourth return spring (68) is wound on the second limiting rod (67);

the extrusion plate (81), the front side of the top of the guide plate (4) is provided with the extrusion plate (81) in a sliding manner, the extrusion plate (81) is in sliding fit with the toggle rod (80), and the extrusion plate (81) is in contact fit with the sliding block (5);
and two fifth return springs (82) are arranged between the pressing plate (81) and the guide plate (4).
