Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The control method of the clothes treatment device, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, is applied to the clothes treatment device, and the clothes treatment device can be a washing and drying integrated machine with a drying function, for example, the washing and drying integrated machine shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 201, controlling a fan of the clothes treatment equipment to start and operate at a target rotating speed;
and 202, controlling water flow in a condenser of the clothes treatment equipment.
Here, the water flow is sucked into the drying tunnel of the laundry treating apparatus by the driving of the blower to clean the blower and the drying tunnel.
It will be appreciated that the laundry treatment apparatus may perform the control method of the embodiments of the present invention when cleaning of the blower and drying tunnel is required. For example, the laundry treating apparatus may receive a washing instruction input by a user, and turn on the control method.
It will be appreciated that the execution sequence of step 201 and step 202 may be interchanged or executed synchronously, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In an application example, the controlling the water flow in the condenser of the laundry treatment apparatus includes:
And controlling an external water source to enter the condenser through a condensed water inlet of the condenser to form the water flow.
Because the condenser is originally provided with the condensate water inlet, the clothes treatment equipment can share the condensate water inlet to guide in water flow for cleaning, so that the structure improvement of the clothes treatment equipment is not needed, and the universality is strong.
It will be appreciated that the fan can be used to generate a greater wind pressure than in the normal drying condition to direct the flow of water to the blade surfaces and the inner surface of the drying tunnel by increasing the target rotational speed of the fan operation, so as to clean the accumulated lint in the fan and the drying tunnel. The target rotational speed is exemplified by a range of 4000 to 5000 revolutions per minute. Because the rotating speed is too small, the capacity of the fan is insufficient to suck water flow into the drying tunnel; the rotating speed is too high, the capacity of the fan is excessive, noise is easy to generate and energy consumption is wasted, and the fan can generate reasonable wind pressure in the value range, so that energy consumption is saved and noise is reduced.
In another application example, a chip removing water inlet is arranged on the condenser, and the control of the water flow in the condenser of the clothes treatment device comprises the following steps:
and controlling an external water source to enter the condenser through the chip removing water inlet to form the water flow.
Here, an inlet may be newly added to the existing condenser as the chip removing water inlet, and the fan and the drying tunnel may be cleaned by using the water flow introduced from the chip removing water inlet.
It is understood that the chip removing water inlet is formed on the condenser as long as the chip removing water inlet does not interfere with other parts. Illustratively, the chip-removing water inlet is disposed at an upper end of the condenser, i.e., a distance between the chip-removing water inlet and the fan is smaller than a distance between the condensed water inlet and the fan, so that water flow introduced through the chip-removing water inlet is more easily sucked into the drying tunnel by the fan. Optionally, the chip water removing inlet can be integrally formed with the condenser to reduce cost. Alternatively, the chip-removing water inlet may share a water intake pipe leading to an external water source with the condensed water inlet, for example, the water intake pipe may be shared via a diverter valve, the water intake pipe being connected to a water intake valve. Preferably, the water inlet pipeline can share one water inlet by the existing water inlet pipeline (main washing pipeline and pre-washing pipeline) of the washing machine, so that the number of valves is saved, and the cost is reduced. Preferably, the chip removing water inlet adopts a pipeline with a circular cross section, and the diameter of the pipeline is preferably 3-7 mm (millimeters).
Illustratively, the water outlet direction of the chip water removal inlet is toward the blades of the blower. For example, the included angle between the water outlet direction of the chip removing water inlet and the horizontal direction is 15-30 degrees.
Illustratively, the flow rate of the water stream ranges from 1 to 3 liters per minute (L/min). Here, the flow is too small to achieve the cleaning effect; the flow is too large, so that the water flow cannot be effectively sucked into the drying tunnel due to the limited capacity of the fan, waste is caused, and the flow range can give consideration to the cleaning effect and the capacity of the fan, so that the better cleaning effect is achieved.
The control method of the embodiment of the invention can also comprise the following steps:
and determining that the water flow inlet duration reaches a first preset duration, turning off the water flow, and controlling a heating device of the clothes treatment equipment to be started.
Here, the value range of the first preset duration is 3 to 5 minutes. By reasonably controlling the time length of introducing water flow, water can be saved under the condition of achieving a better cleaning effect. For example, the laundry treating apparatus may switch the water inlet valve to the cut-off state, thereby shutting off the water flow. The clothes treatment equipment starts the heating device, and can dry the cleaned fan and drying tunnel, thereby reducing the occurrence of the phenomena of mould, corrosion and the like.
The control method of the embodiment of the invention can also comprise the following steps:
And determining that the detected temperature of the drying tunnel is greater than a set temperature threshold or the heating time of the heating device reaches a second set time, closing the heating device, and closing the fan after the fan continues to run for a third set time.
In the process of drying the cleaned fan and the drying tunnel, the clothes treatment equipment can acquire the detection temperature of the drying tunnel, time the heating time of the heating device, close the heating device when the detection temperature is greater than a set temperature threshold or the heating time of the heating device reaches a second set time, avoid damaging devices due to the excessively high temperature in the drying tunnel, dry the devices by utilizing the residual heat of air flow and the action of the fan, and close the fan after waiting for the fan to continue to run for a third set time, and finish the control method of the embodiment of the invention. Therefore, the water flow introduced in the condenser can be used for cleaning the fan and the drying tunnel, and the cleaned fan and drying tunnel can be dried, so that the phenomena of mold, corrosion and the like are reduced. It can be understood that the rotational speed of the fan after cleaning can be lower than the target rotational speed, and the circulation of the air flow can be realized.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to application examples.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in an application example, the laundry treatment apparatus includes: a condenser 1, a fan 2 and a drying tunnel 3; wherein, the condenser 1 is provided with a chip removing water inlet 11, a condenser air inlet 12, a condenser outlet 13 and a condensed water inlet 14; the drying tunnel 3 comprises a volute 31 and a drying tunnel outlet 32, the fan 2 is arranged in the volute 31, and a temperature sensor 33 for detecting temperature is further arranged on the drying tunnel 3. The arrows shown in fig. 3 and 4 indicate the flow direction of the air flow.
Here, the chip removing water inlet 11 may be integrally formed with the condenser 1, and the chip removing water inlet 11 and the condensed water inlet 14 share a water inlet pipe of the laundry treatment apparatus through a reversing valve, and the water inlet pipe may be a main washing pipe or a pre-washing pipe, and a water inlet valve is disposed on the water inlet pipe, so that the number of valves can be saved, and the cost can be reduced. The water outlet of the chip removing water inlet 11 faces the inside of the condenser 1, and the water outlet direction faces the blades of the fan 2, avoiding the drying tunnel 3 and the fan hub. As shown in fig. 5, the included angle θ between the water outlet direction of the chip-removing water inlet 11 and the horizontal direction is preferably 15 to 30 degrees.
As shown in fig. 6, the washing control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes:
step 601, starting a fan;
after the clothes treating apparatus receives a washing command input by a user, the blower 2 is started, and here, since water flow is introduced through the chip removing water inlet 11, the blower 2 can be operated at a rotation speed corresponding to normal drying, for example, 2000-3000 rpm, so that the water flow introduced through the chip removing water inlet 11 can be sucked into the drying tunnel 3 by using wind pressure in a drying state.
Step 602, starting a water inlet valve;
The laundry treating apparatus opens the water inlet valve, at this time, the reversing valve may be switched to a state of communicating the water inlet pipe with the chip removing water inlet 11, so that an external water source is introduced into the condenser 1 through the chip removing water inlet 11, thereby forming a water flow for washing, and the water flow is sprayed onto the blades of the fan 2 rotating at a high speed under the action of wind pressure. The water flow is thrown out of the fan 2 and enters the volute 31 under the action of the blades rotating at a high speed, then enters the drying tunnel 3 under the action of high-speed air flow generated by the fan 2, and reaches the inner surface of the drying tunnel 3, and the effect of cleaning the blades and the inner surface of the drying tunnel is achieved in the whole process.
Here, the water flow rate is 1 to 3L/min. If the flow is too small, the cleaning effect cannot be achieved; if the flow is too large, the water flow can not be effectively sucked into the drying tunnel because the capacity of the fan is limited, so that waste is caused, and the flow range can give consideration to the cleaning effect and the capacity of the fan, so that the better cleaning effect can be achieved.
Step 603, determining that a first preset time period passes, and closing a water inlet valve;
Here, the value range of the first preset time period is 3 to 5 minutes. By reasonably controlling the time length of introducing water flow, water can be saved under the condition of achieving a better cleaning effect. Alternatively, the laundry treating apparatus may decrease the rotation speed of the blower after the first preset time period, so that the blower can drive the air flow to circulate.
Step 604, starting a heating pipe;
Here, the laundry treatment apparatus starts the heating pipe (i.e., the heating device) and can dry the washed blower and drying tunnel, thereby reducing the occurrence of mold, corrosion, and the like.
Step 605, judging whether the starting time of the heating pipe reaches a second preset time, if not, executing step 606; if yes, go to step 607;
Here, the second preset time period may be 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 606, judging whether the detected temperature is greater than a set temperature threshold, if not, returning to step 604; if yes, go to step 607;
here, the laundry treating apparatus may acquire the detected temperature detected by the temperature sensor 33, determine whether the detected temperature is greater than a set temperature threshold, if so, turn off the heating pipe, and if not, return to step 604 to continue to maintain the state in which the heating pipe is turned on. The value range of the set temperature threshold is illustratively 95-105 degrees celsius.
Step 607, closing the heating pipe;
step 608, after waiting for the third set period of time, turning off the fan.
The clothes treatment device can dry by utilizing the residual heat of the air flow and the action of the fan, and close the fan after the fan continues to run for a third set period of time, so that the control method of the embodiment of the invention is finished.
It will be appreciated that in other application examples, the separately provided chip-removing water inlet 11 may be omitted, that is, the water inlet structure of the condenser may not be improved, the water for cleaning may be directly introduced into the condenser 1 through the condensed water inlet 14 of the condenser, at this time, the target rotation speed of the fan needs to be raised, for example, the target rotation speed is 4000-5000 rpm, so that the water is guided to the blade surface and the inner surface of the drying tunnel by using the wind pressure generated by the fan and greater than that in the normal drying state, and the cleaning control method may refer to the method shown in fig. 6 and will not be repeated herein.
It is understood that the heating device may be a heat pump type heating device, in addition to a heating tube. In addition, the drying tunnel 3 can be replaced by stainless steel materials by adopting a sheet metal process so as to increase the water corrosion resistance of the drying tunnel. Preferably, the drying tunnel 3 may be designed to be inclined downwards in a horizontal direction by 2-5 in order to better drain residual water from the outlet of the drying tunnel 3 after cleaning is completed.
