The novel silane modified polymer waterproof coating with high adhesion, high thixotropy and environmental protection is provided, the nanoscale silicon-based filler is introduced to form a synergistic effect with a corresponding thixotropic agent, the thixotropy of the material is improved, and the coating film can reach more than 2mm once, so that the coating film can be applied to plane waterproofing of roofs, floors and the like, and can also be applied to facade waterproofing of basement side walls, tunnels and the like.

The high-adhesion, high-thixotropy, environment-friendly and novel silane modified polymer waterproof coating disclosed by the invention is simple in production process, convenient to construct, environment-friendly, pollution-free, low in VOC (volatile organic compounds), free of peculiar smell and suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and can be directly used after being unsealed.

A waterproof coating is prepared by completely replacing the silicon-based resin in example 1 with modified PU resin.
Example 9 comparative example 4
A waterproof coating is prepared by completely replacing the nano-scale silicon-based filler in example 1 with surface-treated nano-scale heavy calcium carbonate.
Example 10 test comparison
The high-adhesion, high-thixotropy, environmentally friendly novel silane-modified polymer waterproof coatings obtained in examples 1-5 were compared with those obtained in comparative examples 1-2 of examples 6-7, and the methods or standards for the performance tests were as follows:
(1) and (3) testing the bonding strength: the test was carried out according to standard GB/T16777-2008, Chapter 7A.
(2) And (3) testing the peel strength: the test was performed according to JC/T1069-2008, 5.8.
(3) Thixotropy (sag resistance) test: the test was carried out according to the specification of 7.28 in GB/T2435-2018, and the coating film thickness was (2.0. + -. 0.2) mm.
(4) VOC testing: testing was performed according to GB/T23986-2009.
The performance test results are shown in table 1:

From the test results, the silane modified polymer waterproof coating is environment-friendly, low in VOC and high in adhesion, has the adhesion strength with concrete being more than or equal to 2.5MPa, and the peel strength with a high polymer sheet being more than or equal to 3.5N/mm, can be used as a waterproof layer independently, and can also be used as a composite waterproof layer together with an asphalt coiled material and a high polymer coiled material; the paint has high thixotropy, has the sag of 0mm, can be coated for more than 2mm once, can be applied to plane waterproofing of roofs, floors and the like, can also be applied to facade waterproofing of basement side walls, tunnels and the like, and can be widely applied to various occasions.
Claims (10)
1. A novel high-adhesion, high-thixotropy and environment-friendly silane modified polymer waterproof coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
20-50 parts of silane modified resin, 10-20 parts of silicon-based resin, 5-15 parts of nanoscale silicon-based filler, 10-30 parts of plasticizer, 50-150 parts of inorganic filler, 3-10 parts of thixotropic agent, 1-8 parts of water removing agent, 1-5 parts of adhesive and 0.1-1.0 part of catalyst.
2. The high-adhesion, high-thixotropy and environment-friendly novel silane modified polymer waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
40 parts of silane modified resin, 15 parts of silicon-based resin, 15 parts of nano silicon-based filler, 25 parts of plasticizer, 20 parts of inorganic filler, 5 parts of thixotropic agent, 5 parts of water removing agent, 5 parts of adhesive and 0.5 part of catalyst.
3. The high-adhesion, high-thixotropy, environmental-friendly novel silane-modified polymer waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said silane-modified resin is a hydrolyzable silane-based terminated polyether material having a number average molecular weight of 8000-28000.
4. The high-adhesion, high-thixotropy, environmental-friendly novel silane-modified polymer waterproof coating material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said silicon-based resin is at least one of MQ resin, MDQ resin and MTQ resin having methyl or methylphenyl siloxane chain unit as main chain.
5. The high-adhesion high-thixotropy environment-friendly novel silane modified polymer waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said nanoscale silicon-based filler is hydrophobic fumed silica, and the specific surface area thereof is 200-400 m2/g。

The high-adhesion, high-thixotropy, environmentally friendly novel silane-modified polymer waterproof coating material according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said plasticizer is at least one of cyclohexane-1, 2-dicarboxylic acid isononyl ester, diisodecyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate and didecyl phthalate.

The high-adhesion, high-thixotropy, environment-friendly and novel silane-modified polymer waterproof coating material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said inorganic filler is at least one of heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, nano activated calcium carbonate, kaolin, silica micropowder, talc and aluminum hydroxide.
8. The high-adhesion, high-thixotropic, environmentally friendly novel silane-modified polymer waterproof coating material according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the thixotropic agent is at least one of polyamide wax, hydrogenated castor oil and organobentonite.

The high-adhesion high-thixotropy environmentally friendly novel silane-modified polymer waterproof coating material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said adhesive is γ -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, γ -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N- β - (aminoethyl) - γ -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N- β - (aminoethyl) - γ -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N- β - (aminoethyl) - γ -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane, N- β - (aminoethyl) - γ -aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane, γ -aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane, γ -aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane, γ -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, γ -glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane, N- β -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N- β -aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane, N- β -aminopropyl-methyldiethoxysilane, γ -aminopropyl-methyldimethoxysilane, γ -glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane, etc, At least one of beta- (3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) -ethyltrimethoxysilane, beta- (3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) -ethyltriethoxysilane, 3- (2, 3-epoxypropyl) propyltrimethoxysilane and gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane.
