9. Multifunctional sealing cover assembly according to claim 8, characterized in that a stem or tab (12) is connected to the base (1) or spout (3) to prevent the anti-counterfeit element (6) from blocking the spout (11).

The multifunctional sealing cover assembly according to claim 8, wherein the base (1) is provided with a hollow liquid outlet cylinder (13) with an upper opening and a lower opening, the lower part of the liquid outlet valve (2) blocks the upper opening of the liquid outlet cylinder (13), the lower opening of the liquid outlet cylinder (13) is communicated with the inner cavity of the container, and a sealing control structure for controlling the communication or isolation of the upper opening and the lower opening of the liquid outlet cylinder (13) is arranged between the upper opening and the lower opening of the liquid outlet cylinder (13).

The multifunctional seal cover assembly according to claim 10, wherein the seal control structure comprises a first liquid outlet (131) disposed in the liquid outlet cylinder (13) and a valve ball (132) movably disposed in the liquid outlet cylinder (13) to cooperate with the first liquid outlet (131) to be blocked, the lower end of the liquid outlet nozzle (3) can abut against the anti-counterfeit member (6) through the valve ball (132), and the liquid outlet (11) is formed by the first liquid outlet (131).

The multifunctional seal cover assembly according to claim 10, wherein the seal control structure comprises a first liquid outlet (131) and a second liquid outlet (133) disposed in the liquid outlet cylinder (13), and a valve ball (132) movably disposed in the liquid outlet cylinder (13) to cooperate with the first liquid outlet (131) and the second liquid outlet (133) for blocking, the first liquid outlet (131) is located below the second liquid outlet (133), the lower end of the liquid outlet nozzle (3) can abut against the anti-counterfeit component (6) through the valve ball (132), and the liquid outlet (11) is formed by the first liquid outlet (131).
13. The multifunctional seal cover assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the base (1) and the upper cover (7) are connected by a screw thread or a snap connection or a turnover connection.
14. A multifunctional sealing cover assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that a valve retaining structure (8) is provided between the base (1) and the outlet valve (2).
