In the figures 1-9, the device comprises a maintenance travelling wheel 1, a support rod 1-1, a travelling wheel frame 1-2, a travelling wheel 1-3, clamping plates 1-4 and 1-41, clamping vertical plates 1-42, clamping lower plates 1-43, plug-in units 2, plug-in boards 2-1, horizontal notches 2-11, lower limiting notches 2-12, handles 2-2, chains 3, skids 4 and the like.

The maintenance travelling wheel 1 comprises a support rod 1-1, a travelling wheel frame 1-2 is arranged at the lower end of the support rod 1-1, a travelling wheel 1-3 is rotatably arranged in the travelling wheel frame 1-2, and a clamping plate 1-4 is arranged at the upper end of the support rod 1-1.
The upper end of the supporting rod 1-1 is connected with a clamping and connecting plate 1-4 through a welding process or a bolt, and the lower end of the supporting rod 1-1 is connected with a travelling wheel frame 1-2 through a connecting plate 1-5 and a bolt. The number of the connecting plates 1-5 is 2, the connecting plates are respectively welded at the bottom of the supporting rod 1-1 and the top of the travelling wheel frame 1-2, and connecting through holes are uniformly distributed on the connecting plates 1-5, as shown in figure 6. The connecting bolt is sleeved with a nut through the back threads of the upper connecting through hole and the lower connecting through hole to complete the connection of the supporting rod 1-1 and the travelling wheel frame 1-2.
The supporting rod 1-1 is made of a steel pipe, so that the processing is convenient and fast, and the production cost is low.
As shown in figures 2-5, the clamping connection plate 1-4 is a C-shaped structure and comprises clamping connection upper plates 1-41, clamping connection vertical plates 1-42 and clamping connection lower plates 1-43, wherein the clamping connection upper plates 1-41 and the clamping connection lower plates 1-43 are horizontally arranged, the clamping connection vertical plates 1-42 are vertically arranged, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the clamping connection vertical plates 1-42 are connected with the end parts of the clamping connection upper plates 1-41 and the clamping connection lower plates 1-43. The lower plate 1-43 is clamped and the connecting plate 1-5 is welded.
The clamping upper plate 1-41, the clamping vertical plate 1-42 and the clamping lower plate 1-43 enclose a connecting cavity with an inlet.
One end of the clamping upper plate 1-41 is connected with the clamping vertical plate 1-42, the other end is provided with a horizontal through groove 1-411, and the horizontal through groove 1-411 is communicated with a horizontal limiting groove 1-412.
One end of the clamping lower plate 1-43 is connected with the clamping vertical plate 1-42, and the other side is provided with a lower limiting groove 1-431. The lower limiting grooves 1-431 and the horizontal limiting grooves 1-412 are positioned on the same vertical plane.
As shown in fig. 7-8, the plug-in board 2 comprises a plug-in board 2-1, a plug-in board handle 2-2 is arranged on the upper part of the plug-in board 2-1, horizontal notches 2-11 are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the plug-in board 2-1, and lower limiting notches 2-12 are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the plug-in board 2-1.
The distance between the horizontal notches 2-11 is matched with the width of the horizontal through groove 1-411, the horizontal notches 2-11 can penetrate through the horizontal through groove 1-411, the width and the thickness of the inserting plate 2-1 are matched with the width and the thickness of the horizontal limiting groove 1-412, and the inserting plate 2-1 can move up and down in the horizontal limiting groove 1-412 and cannot horizontally shake. The distance between the lower limiting notches 2-12 is matched with the width of the lower limiting groove 1-431, so that the lower part of the plug board 2-1 can be conveniently inserted into the lower limiting groove 1-431, the width of the plug board 2-1 is larger than the width of the lower limiting groove 1-431, and the plug board 2-1 is limited to descend.
In order to prevent the service wheel 1 and the insert 2 from separating, the service wheel 1 and the insert 2 are connected by a chain 3.
The side surface of the supporting rod 1-1 is provided with a lower hook 1-6, the lower part of the inserting plate 2-1 is provided with an upper hook 2-3, and the two ends of the chain 3 are respectively connected with the lower hook 1-6 and the upper hook 2-3.
The lower hook 1-6 and the upper hook 2-3 are U-shaped structures, and the open ends are respectively connected with the side surface of the supporting rod 1-1 and the lower part of the inserting plate 2-1.
The length of the chain 3 is determined according to the working requirement, and the disassembly and the assembly of the maintenance travelling wheel 1 and the plug-in 2 are not influenced.
As shown in fig. 9, a separated skid maintenance traveling wheel mounting structure comprises a skid 4, wherein mounting connecting strips 4-1 are arranged on two sides of the skid 4, and the connecting strips 4-1 are positioned in a connecting cavity and are connected in a sealing manner by using plug-in units 2.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
the connecting strip 4-1 is placed into the connecting cavity, the plug-in unit 2 is vertically moved to one side of the clamping plate 1-4 by holding the plug-in unit handle 2-2, the plug-in unit 2 is transversely moved to enable the horizontal notch 2-11 to penetrate through the horizontal through groove 1-411, namely the vertical plane where the plug-in unit 2 is moved to the horizontal limiting groove 1-412, the plug-in unit 2 is moved downwards, the lower portion of the plug-in board 2-1 is inserted into the lower limiting groove 1-431, sealing of the connecting strip 4-1 is completed, and under the action of gravity, the skid 4 presses the maintenance travelling wheel 1 and moves through the travelling wheel 1-3.
The service trolley 1 and the plug-in 2 are normally placed in the tool box of the skid attachment.

The separating skid maintenance travelling wheel of claim 1, wherein the clamping plate (1-4) is a C-shaped structure and is composed of an upper clamping plate (1-41), a vertical clamping plate (1-42) and a lower clamping plate (1-43), the upper clamping plate (1-41) and the lower clamping plate (1-43) are horizontally arranged, the vertical clamping plate (1-42) is vertically arranged, and the upper end and the lower end of the vertical clamping plate (1-42) are connected with the end parts of the upper clamping plate (1-41) and the lower clamping plate (1-43).
