when the backrest is disassembled, the fastening structure 221 is rotated until the part of the shoulder strap 21 located at the back of the backrest 1 is retracted into the folding space 2215 so that the shoulder strap 21 is flush with the movable layer 2214, the cross section of the shoulder strap 21 and the side surface of the fixed layer 2213 form a limiting surface 2211, and the fastening structure 221 is rotated until the limiting surface 2211 faces the first fixing hole 10, so that the fastening structure 221 can pass through the first fixing hole 10 and be separated from the backrest 1.
Preferably, the fixing layer 2213 includes at least two layers of shoulder straps 21, so that the fixing layer 2213 is not easily deformed, and the fastening structure 221 can be firmly abutted against the back surface of the backrest 1. The shoulder straps 21 are folded over to the surface of the fixed layer 2213 to form an active layer 2214. When fixed, the fastening structure 221 is rotated to be perpendicular to the portion of the shoulder strap 21 passing through the first fixing hole 10 and such that the fastening structure 221 covers the first fixing hole 10 and abuts against the back surface of the backrest 1, thereby restricting the separation of the shoulder strap 21 from the backrest 1. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the seat belt 2 further includes a waistband 23, the end of the waistband 23 is provided with a second fixing structure 24, the backrest 1 is further provided with a third fixing hole 15 and a third adjusting hole 16, and the waistband 23 passes through the third fixing hole 15 or the third adjusting hole 16;
the plurality of third fixing holes 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the backrest 1, and the third adjusting holes 16 are communicated with the plurality of third fixing holes 15;
when being fixed, the waistband 23 passes through one of the third fixing holes 15 and is limited to be separated from the backrest 1 by the second fixing structure 24;
during adjustment, the waistband 23 can be moved along the third adjustment aperture 16 into the other third fixing aperture 15.
The distance between the two waistbands 23 can be adjusted by arranging a plurality of third fixing holes 15 so as to meet the use requirements of different users. And can need not to dismantle waistband 23 and reinstallate when adjusting waistband 23 through third regulation hole 16, only need with waistband 23 along third regulation hole 16 remove in different third fixed orifices 15 can, adjust convenient quick.
The second fixing structure 24 has the same structure as the first fixing structure 22, and is a fastening structure 221.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a set of first fixing holes 10 and first adjusting holes 11 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the backrest 1, and a plurality of first fixing holes 10 are disposed at intervals along the height direction of the backrest 1, and the first fixing holes 10 are long holes, one end of the first fixing holes 10 close to the longitudinal center line of the backrest 1 is located above one end of the first fixing holes 10 far from the longitudinal center line of the backrest 1, so that the first fixing holes 10 incline from inside to outside. The first adjustment holes 11 communicate the plurality of first fixing holes 10.
The end of the shoulder strap 21 passes through the first fixing hole 10 or the first adjusting hole 11 to the back of the backrest 1, and a first fixing structure 22 is arranged on the back of the backrest 1, wherein the first fixing structure 22 is a fastening structure 221, and the fastening structure 221 is a fastening structure 221 formed by folding multiple layers of shoulder straps 21. When the dismounting surface 2212 faces the first fixing hole 10, the fastening structure 221 can be penetrated out from the first fixing hole 10 so that the shoulder strap 21 can be separated from the backrest 1.
In this application, the shoulder strap 21 can be fixed in the first fixed orifices 10 of different height positions to satisfy the user's use of different age bracket or height, when adjusting the height of shoulder strap 21, the user need not to dismantle the separation with shoulder strap 21 and back 1, only need with shoulder strap 21 along first regulation hole 11 remove to the first fixed orifices 10 of different height can, adjust convenient simple.
The invention also discloses a seat, as shown in fig. 10, comprising the backrest structure.
Further, the seat further comprises a cushion framework 3, and the lower end of the backrest 1 is connected with the cushion framework 3 through a rotating structure, so that the backrest 1 can rotate relative to the cushion framework 3, and the effect of adjusting the inclination angle of the backrest 1 is achieved.
The left and right sides of the seat cushion frame 3 are provided with the baffle plates 31, which can restrict the left and right movement of the occupant. The stopper 32 is provided at the front end of the seat cushion frame 3, and an opening 33 is provided between the stopper 32 and the side guards 31 to allow the legs of the occupant to extend, and the stopper 32 can restrict the occupant from coming out of the seat. One end of the crotch strap 25 is connected to the seat cushion frame 3, and the other end is connected to the buckle structure 26.
The seat can be used as a child dining chair or a child safety seat.

1. A backrest structure comprising a backrest (1) and a safety belt (2), wherein the safety belt (2) comprises a shoulder belt (21), and a first fixing structure (22) is arranged at the end part of the shoulder belt (21), and the safety belt is characterized in that a first fixing hole (10) and a first adjusting hole (11) are arranged on the backrest (1), and the shoulder belt (21) passes through the first fixing hole (10) or the first adjusting hole (11);
the plurality of first fixing holes (10) are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the backrest (1), and the first adjusting holes (11) are communicated with the plurality of first fixing holes (10);
when the shoulder strap (21) is fixed, the shoulder strap (21) passes through one of the first fixing holes (10) and is limited to be separated from the backrest (1) by the first fixing structure (22);
during adjustment, the shoulder strap (21) can move along the first adjustment hole (11) to the other first fixing holes (10);
the first fixing structure (22) is a clamping structure (221) connected with one end of the shoulder strap (21) penetrating out to the back of the backrest (1);
the clamping structure (221) comprises a fixed layer (2213) and an active layer (2214), the fixed layer (2213) is connected with the active layer (2214), the active layer (2214) is connected with the shoulder strap (21), and the active layer (2214) is provided with a folding space (2215);
when the backrest is disassembled, the clamping structure (221) rotates until the part of the shoulder strap (21) positioned on the back of the backrest (1) is retracted into the folding space (2215) so that the shoulder strap (21) is flush with the movable layer (2214), and the clamping structure (221) can penetrate through the first fixing hole (10) and be separated from the backrest (1).

The backrest structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the first fixing hole (10) is a long hole, the first fixing hole (10) is provided along a length direction of the backrest (1), and the first fixing hole (10) is provided obliquely downward along a height direction of the backrest (1) from an inner side of the backrest (1) to an outer side of the backrest (1).
