Abstract

The biggest defects of the density board are that the density board is not moisture-proof, the water absorption expansion rate is too high, and the formaldehyde emission of the used chemical reagent is large.

The method takes the enzymatic hydrolysis lignin as a raw material, the enzymatic hydrolysis lignin and the phenol are subjected to phenolization reaction, and the phenolic hydroxyl group of the phenol is connected with the enzymatic hydrolysis lignin in a form of carbon-carbon bond, so that the activity of the enzymatic hydrolysis lignin is further improved. The phenol modified product is continuously subjected to epoxidation modification, the phenolic hydroxyl group of the phenol modified product and epoxy halogen propane are subjected to epoxidation reaction, so that an epoxy group is introduced, the activity of the epoxy group is improved, and finally the obtained compound with the structure shown in the formula (1) has the characteristic of high reaction activity.

The embodiment of the present invention further provides another manufacturing method of the plant fiber particle insect-repellent density board, which includes the following steps:

Example 1
