then the controller controls the first electromagnet 54 and the second electromagnet 63 to have opposite magnetism so that the second electromagnet 63 moves to one side close to the first electromagnet 54 and stretches the secondary spring 64, then the second electromagnet 63 drives the secondary clamping block 62 to move to one side close to the workpiece through the fixing plate 61 to clamp and fix the workpiece, and the workpiece is prevented from being unqualified due to the fact that the workpiece is subjected to force action in the machining process and deviates, so that the machining precision can be improved, the production cost is reduced, and resources are saved.
After the workpiece is machined, the controller controls the first electromagnet 54 and the second electromagnet 63 to lose power, then the second electromagnet 63 is driven to move towards the side far away from the first electromagnet 54 by the restoring force of the secondary spring 64, the second electromagnet 63 drives the secondary clamping block 62 to move towards the side far away from the workpiece through the fixing plate 61 to loosen the workpiece, and then the workpiece is taken down from the surface of the supporting block 51 to be machined into the next workpiece.

then, the handle 15 is rotated clockwise to drive the transmission shaft 12 to rotate, the transmission shaft 12 is meshed with the gear disc 10 through the first-stage bevel gear 11 to drive the gear disc 10 to rotate, then the gear disc 10 is meshed with the second-stage bevel gear 13 to drive the screw rod 14 to rotate, then the screw rod 14 drives the screw rod nut seat 65 to slide along the inner wall of the base 1, then the screw rod nut seat 65 drives the second-stage clamping block 62 to move to one side close to the workpiece through the fixing plate 61 to clamp and fix the workpiece, the workpiece is prevented from being stressed in the machining process and shifting to cause unqualified machined products, machining precision can be improved, production cost is reduced, and resources are saved.
After a workpiece is machined, the handle 15 is rotated anticlockwise to drive the transmission shaft 12 to rotate, the transmission shaft 12 is meshed with the gear disc 10 through the first-stage bevel gear 11 to drive the gear disc 10 to rotate, then the gear disc 10 is meshed with the second-stage bevel gear 13 to drive the screw rod 14 to rotate, then the screw rod 14 drives the screw rod nut seat 65 to slide along the inner wall of the base 1, then the screw rod nut seat 65 drives the second-stage clamping block 62 to move towards one side far away from the workpiece through the fixing plate 61 to loosen the workpiece, and then the workpiece is taken down from the surface of the supporting block 51 to be machined into the next workpiece.
