Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a thin oil lubrication circuit of a high-speed accessory milling head, belonging to the technical field of machine tool milling head lubrication.
Background
High-speed accessory milling heads such as double-swing-angle milling heads, right-angle milling heads, universal milling heads and the like are important functional components required by five-axis numerical control machines. Because the high-speed accessory milling head has a plurality of rotary parts, a main shaft has high rotating speed and generates heat seriously, when the high-speed accessory milling head is used, a plurality of parts of the high-speed accessory milling head need to be lubricated and cooled by lubricating oil, but due to the limitation of the structure of the parts, a lubricating cooling pipeline, particularly an oil return pipeline, is extremely irregular, the pipeline is bent complexly, the total length is very long, and the pumping pressure is reduced seriously. In addition, functional components such as a high-speed accessory milling head and the like need to reduce the overall volume while meeting the requirements of lubrication and cooling so as to meet the requirements of light weight and corresponding dynamic performance, which puts great limits on the installation volume and the installation position of a required pump.
At present, a single pump is adopted at the inlet end of an oil return pipeline to pump lubricating oil in a thin oil lubrication pipeline of a high-speed accessory milling head. This has the following problems: (1) because the pipeline is bent and complex, the pipeline weakens pressure seriously, and the flow of lubricating oil is easy to be insufficient, so that the oil supply and the return flow of functional parts are not matched, and the normal work of a lubricating system is influenced. (2) In addition, due to insufficient flow of the lubricating oil, air columns may appear in the pipeline, which may lead to uneven lubrication and cooling. The existence of the air column can also cause the vibration of the lubricating pipeline, and can introduce a vibration source for the double-swing-angle milling head. (3) When a single powerful pump is used to increase the flow, the pump volume increases with increased power. This cannot satisfy the mounting requirements for miniaturization of the component volume and the light weight requirements for the entire component. The energy consumption can be increased when the adopted pump power is overlarge, and the environmental protection and energy saving are not facilitated.
Therefore, the thin oil lubrication loop is invented, solves the problem of pumping lubricating oil of complex pipelines under the condition of limited installation space such as a high-speed accessory milling head and the like, and has important practical significance.
