the embodiment discloses a production device and a production method of a water-based environment-friendly adhesive, wherein raw materials of the adhesive are introduced into a preparation cylinder 1 from a feed hopper 2, firstly, a pulling assembly 11 is pulled to drive telescopic guide rods 82 in a plurality of stirring and scraping assemblies 8 to move towards a rotating shaft 9 in a guide cylinder 81, and a guide rod 821 moves along with the telescopic guide rods 82 under the guidance of a spiral guide through groove 811, so that an arc-shaped stirring scraping strip 83 moves close to the rotating shaft 9 and rotates to be in a vertical state; when the traction pulling assembly 11 stops traction of the telescopic guide rod 82, the elastic resetting piece 823 is used for realizing resetting of the telescopic guide rod 82 and the arc-shaped stirring scraping strip 83; thereby the arc-shaped stirring scraping bar 83 can rotate while moving horizontally; the lifting and rotating driving assembly drives the rotating shaft 9 to rotate and match with the arc-shaped stirring scraping strip 83 to move and rotate horizontally, so that raw materials in the preparation cylinder 1 are effectively stirred in multiple directions, the raw materials are mixed and interact to prepare an adhesive, and the lifting and rotating driving assembly can lift the rotating shaft 9, so that the position of the stirring scraping assembly 8 in the preparation cylinder 1 is changed, and uniform stirring is facilitated; removing the adhesive after the adhesive is configured; finally, when the telescopic guide rod 82 stops being pulled, the telescopic guide rod 82 moves in a direction away from the rotating shaft 9 due to the resilience of the elastic restoring member 823, and the telescopic guide rod 82 and the arc-shaped stirring scraping bar 83 rotate while moving due to the guide rod 821 guided by the spiral guide through groove 811; when the arc-shaped stirring scraping strips 83 move to abut against the inner wall of the preparation cylinder body 1, the arc-shaped stirring scraping strips 83 rotate to be horizontal and form a ring; the rotating shaft 9 is driven to lift by the lifting and rotating driving component, so that the adhesive adhered to the inner wall of the preparation cylinder body 1 is scraped out of the ring formed by the arc-shaped stirring scraping strips 83 towards the bottom of the preparation cylinder body 1; thereby reducing the amount of adhesive remaining on the inner wall of the preparation cylinder 1 and improving productivity.

Claims (8)

1. A production device of a water-based environment-friendly adhesive comprises a preparation cylinder and at least one feed hopper, wherein the feed hopper is arranged on the side wall of the preparation cylinder and is used for guiding raw materials used for producing the adhesive into the preparation cylinder; the device is characterized by further comprising a rotating shaft, a lifting and rotating driving assembly, a traction and pulling assembly and a plurality of stirring and scraping assemblies;
the rotating shaft is arranged in the preparation cylinder body, and one end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the top wall of the preparation cylinder body and is connected with the lifting and rotating driving assembly;
the lifting and rotating driving assembly is arranged at the top of the preparation cylinder and is used for driving the rotating shaft to lift and rotate;
the plurality of stirring scraping assemblies are circumferentially distributed and arranged at the end part of the rotating shaft far away from the lifting rotary driving assembly;
the stirring scraping assembly comprises a guide cylinder, a telescopic guide rod and an arc-shaped stirring scraping strip, one end of the guide cylinder is fixed on the side wall of the rotating shaft, one end of the telescopic guide rod is inserted into the guide cylinder, the end part of the telescopic guide rod is rotatably connected with a sliding seat, and the end surface of the sliding seat is connected with the end wall of the guide cylinder through an elastic resetting piece;
a spiral guide through groove is formed in the outer wall of the guide cylinder, and a guide rod penetrating through the spiral guide through groove is arranged on the outer wall of the telescopic guide rod;
the arc-shaped stirring scraping strip is arranged at the end part of the telescopic guide rod far away from the guide cylinder;
the traction pulling assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft and is used for driving the plurality of telescopic guide rods to move towards the position close to the rotating shaft.
2. The apparatus for producing aqueous environment-friendly adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of each guide cylinder is provided with at least one stirring rod in a horizontal state.
3. The apparatus for producing aqueous environmental adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the traction pulling assembly comprises a traction rope, a mounting frame, a winding roller and a winding motor;
the mounting frame is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating shaft, and the traction pulling assembly is arranged on the mounting frame and connected with a winding motor for driving the mounting frame to rotate;
one end of the traction rope is wound on the winding roller, and the other end of the traction rope is provided with a plurality of ends which are respectively connected with a plurality of sliding seats.

The apparatus for producing aqueous environment-friendly adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the rotating shaft is hollow and the end of the guide cylinder is communicated with the rotating shaft; the side wall of the rotating shaft is provided with a lead hole for guiding the traction rope, and the traction rope is guided to the inside of the telescopic guide rod from the inside of the lead hole.

The apparatus for producing aqueous environmental adhesive according to claim 4, wherein the arc-shaped stirring scraper bars surround a ring with an outer diameter equal to the diameter of the inner wall of the preparation cylinder when the arc-shaped stirring scraper bars are in a horizontal state;
the outer wall of the arc stirring scraping strip is provided with a rubber scraping strip, and the width of the arc stirring scraping strip is larger than the diameter of the guide cylinder.
6. The apparatus for producing an aqueous environmental adhesive according to claim 1, wherein the lifting/lowering/rotating drive assembly comprises an upper support plate, a gear shaft, a lifting/lowering adjusting member, and a rotating motor;
the upper supporting plate is arranged at the top of the preparation cylinder body, the lifting adjusting piece is arranged on the upper supporting plate, one end of the gear shaft is connected with the top of the rotating shaft, and the other end of the gear shaft is rotatably connected with the telescopic end of the lifting adjusting piece;
the rotating motor is arranged at the top of the preparation barrel, the output end of the rotating motor is provided with a rotating gear, and the rotating gear is meshed with the outer wall of the gear shaft.
7. The production device of the water-based environment-friendly adhesive as claimed in claim 1, wherein a discharge port is arranged at the bottom of the preparation cylinder body, and a support body is circumferentially arranged on the side wall of the preparation cylinder body;
the bottom end part of the bracket body is provided with a bottom supporting plate, and the top end part of the bracket body is connected with an upper supporting plate.
8. A method for producing an adhesive, which is applied to the production device of the water-based environment-friendly adhesive as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, quantitatively injecting the raw materials of the adhesive into the preparation cylinder through a feed hopper;
step S2, the lifting rotary driving component is started to drive the rotating shaft and the stirring scraping component to move up and down in the preparation cylinder body, and the rotating shaft and the stirring scraping component are driven to rotate and stir;
step S3: the traction pulling assembly is controlled to be matched with the elastic resetting piece to pull the arc-shaped stirring scraping strip to be far away from or close to the rotating shaft to rotate so as to stir the raw materials;
step S4: discharging the adhesive prepared by stirring;
step S5: stopping the traction of the traction pulling assembly, and under the elastic action of the elastic resetting piece, the arc-shaped stirring scraping strips support against the inner wall of the preparation cylinder body; the lifting adjusting piece is controlled to drive the stirring scraping component and the rotating shaft to move towards the bottom of the preparation cylinder, and the arc-shaped stirring scraping strip scrapes the adhesive attached to the inner wall of the preparation cylinder to the bottom of the preparation cylinder to be discharged.
