The invention has the advantages that: (1) according to the invention, the rack rod is driven to move rightwards by starting the electric push rod, the gear and the rotating shaft are driven to rotate, so that the placing disc is driven to rotate out of the bed body, the contact rod is driven to rotate at the same time, the contact rod is matched with the rotating rod, the collecting barrel is pushed to move forwards to the front side of the bed body, and the effects of conveniently placing articles and discarding and collecting garbage are achieved; (2) according to the invention, the clamping rod moves inwards to drive the first contact wheel to move inwards, the special-shaped rod and the second contact wheel are pushed to move leftwards, the wedge-shaped rod and the limiting plate are pushed to move inwards to push the quilt hanger and the clamping block to move rightwards, then the limiting plate resets forwards to clamp the clamping block, so that the quilt hanger is fixed, the effect of limiting and fixing the quilt hanger is achieved, and the quilt is prevented from moving randomly; (3) the invention can illuminate the whole nursing bed by turning on the illuminating lamp, thereby achieving the effect of providing illumination to facilitate the action of a user.
