Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The embodiments described in the following examples do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In this case, the expression "at least one of the items" in the present disclosure means a case where three types of parallel expressions "any one of the items", "a combination of any plural ones of the items", and "the entirety of the items" are included. For example, "include at least one of a and B" includes the following three cases in parallel: (1) comprises A; (2) comprises B; (3) including a and B. For another example, "at least one of the first step and the second step is performed", which means that the following three cases are juxtaposed: (1) executing the step one; (2) executing the step two; (3) and executing the step one and the step two.
It should be noted that the user information (including but not limited to user device information, user personal information, etc.) referred to in the present disclosure is information authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
In the related art, a method for reminding the order of a video conference is provided to solve the problem of maintaining the order of the video conference, and the method can be used for processing the condition of disturbing the order of the video conference, reminding participants and ensuring the normal running of the order of the video conference. However, the scheme only reminds the meeting place with the problem of order and cannot technically solve the problem. In addition, a method for controlling a speaking sequence of a video conference is also provided, namely, a plurality of users in the video conference are controlled to obtain speaking authority at a time based on a preset speaking sequence, but the scheme is that participants are controlled to speak according to a preset sequence, and the method is inflexible and not intelligent.
In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure provides a conference control method, in which a video conference system at a server side is used to control on/off of microphones of participant terminals participating in a video conference, and specifically, when the video conference system detects that only one person speaks, the microphone of the speaker (corresponding participant terminal) is controlled to be on, and the microphones of other persons (corresponding participant terminals) are controlled to be off; if it is detected that a plurality of persons speak simultaneously, the microphone of the person (the corresponding participant terminal) with the largest speaking right limit value can be controlled to be turned on according to a preset rule (for example, the speaking right limit value is distributed to each participant terminal), and the microphone of the other person (the corresponding participant terminal) is turned off, so that the order of the video conference can be effectively maintained, a speaker with a lower speaking right can be automatically forbidden when the order of the video conference is disordered, the condition that the microphone and the speaker are disturbed mutually is avoided, and the quality of the video conference is improved. In addition, according to the conference control method disclosed by the disclosure, the speaking right limit value of each person (corresponding participant terminal) can be adjusted according to the speaking situation of each person in the video conference process, so that the on/off of the microphone of the participant terminal can be controlled more intelligently and reasonably, and the video conference quality is improved. In addition, according to the conference control method disclosed by the invention, the speaking right limit value of each person (corresponding participant terminal) can be adjusted according to different conference modes through different rules, so that the on/off of the microphone of the participant terminal is controlled to better meet the requirements of different conference modes, and the video conference quality is improved. A conference control method and apparatus according to the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Fig. 1 is an implementation scenario diagram of a conference control method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, the participant terminals 102_1,102_2, …,102_ N (where N represents the number of participant terminals) may perform a video conference through the server 101 (which may also be referred to as a conference server, conference system, etc.). Here, the participant terminals 102_1,102_2, …,102_ N may be implemented by any electronic device capable of performing video conferencing, such as a laptop, a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, etc. The participant terminals 102_1,102_2, …,102_ N have local or external microphones for capturing audio data of the participants' speech. For example, when the microphone of the participant terminal 102_1 collects audio data, the participant terminal 102_1 transmits the audio data to the server 101, the server 101 transmits the audio data to the participant terminals 102_2, …,102_ N, and the participant terminals 102_2, …,102_ N output the received audio data through a local or external speaker. The participant terminals 102_1,102_2, …,102_ N may control the switching on/off of their microphones. Under the condition that the microphones of the multiple participant terminals are all turned on and the corresponding participants speak simultaneously, if the server 101 does not control, the speakers of the participant terminals output audio data of the multiple participants, so that the order of the video conference is disordered, and the efficiency and the quality of the video conference are affected.
According to the conference control method of the present disclosure, the server 101 may control the on and off of the microphones of the participant terminals 102_1,102_2, …,102_ N. For example, the server 101 may assign floor limits to the participant terminals 102_1,102_2, …, and 102_ N in advance, during the video conference, the floor limits of the participant terminals 102_1,102_2, …, and 102_ N may be adjusted in real time according to the floor conditions, and when it is detected that there are multiple persons speaking at the same time, the server 101 may select one participant terminal having the floor limit based on the floor limits of the participant terminals corresponding to the multiple persons, turn on the microphone of the participant terminal, and turn off the microphones of the other participant terminals. That is, only audio data transmitted from a participant terminal having the speaking right to the server 101 will be transmitted by the server 101 to other participant terminals, and audio data transmitted from other participant terminals to the server 101 will not be transmitted by the server 101 to other participant terminals. Therefore, the speaker with lower authority can be automatically forbidden when the video conference order is disordered through the control of the server end on/off of the microphones of the participating terminals, the microphone of only one person is ensured to be turned on, the video conference order is maintained, and the efficiency and the quality of the video conference are improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a conference control method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Here, the conference control method of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is applied to the server side of the video conference, for example, applicable to the server 101 shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 2, in step 201, when it is detected that participants corresponding to a plurality of participant terminals participating in a video conference speak simultaneously, a first participant terminal having a speaking right may be determined based on speaking right limits of the plurality of participant terminals. Here, each participant terminal participating in the video conference has a respective floor value.
In step 202, the microphone of the first participant terminal may be controlled to be turned on, and the microphones of the other participant terminals of the plurality of participant terminals may be controlled to be turned off.
According to the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, in the case that it is detected that only one participant terminal participating in the video conference speaks, the microphone of the participant terminal can be controlled to be turned on, and the microphones of other participant terminals participating in the video conference can be controlled to be turned off.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, each of the participant terminals participating in the video conference may be previously assigned an initial floor value. For example, a relatively higher initial floor limit value may be assigned to a managing participant terminal having administrative privileges (e.g., a participant terminal corresponding to a conference moderator or conference administrator), and a relatively lower initial floor limit value may be assigned to other participant terminals. For example, the initial floor limit value that may be assigned to the management participant terminal is 2 × the number of participant terminals, and the initial floor limit value that may be assigned to the other participant terminals is the number of participant terminals. Of course, the present disclosure is not so limited and the floor limit may be set in any manner.
According to the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, in the video process conference process, the speaking right limit value of at least one participant terminal can be adjusted according to the speaking data of the participant corresponding to the at least one participant terminal. The adjusted floor limit may be used to determine the participant terminal having the floor right when the participant corresponding to the at least one participant terminal next speaks. For example, the speaking data may include at least one of speaking duration and speaking number of the participant corresponding to the at least one participant terminal. Here, the speaking duration and speaking times of the participants corresponding to each participant terminal in the video conference process can be recorded in real time. For example, when the total speaking duration of a participant exceeds the average speaking duration of the video conference, the speaking right limit value of the participant terminal corresponding to the participant can be reduced or increased. Here, the total speaking duration of the participants may be the sum of the speaking durations of the participants at each time, and the average speaking duration of the video conference may be obtained by dividing the sum of the total speaking durations of each participant by the number of the participating terminals. For example, when the number of speeches of a participant exceeds the average number of speeches in the video conference, the speech permission limit value of the participant terminal corresponding to the participant can be decreased or increased. Here, the average number of speeches of the video conference may be obtained by dividing the sum of the number of speeches of each participant by the number of participating terminals. Of course, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described utterance data and adjustment rules, and may determine to appropriately obtain the utterance data and the adjustment rules according to any requirement.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the video conference may be preset with a corresponding conference mode, and different conference modes may be preset with a corresponding rule for adjusting the floor value of the participant terminal. That is, different conference modes may correspond to different rules. In the video conference process, the speaking right limit values of the participated terminals can be adjusted by different rules according to different conference modes. For example, when the videoconference is a fair mode that encourages everyone to speak, when the total speaking duration of the participants exceeds the average speaking duration of the videoconference, the speaking right limit of their participant terminals is lowered (e.g., the new speaking right limit is obtained by subtracting 1 from their speaking right limit) for use at the next speaking. For another example, when the videoconference is in a mode of giving spiritual and sharing speech, and when the total speech duration of the participants exceeds the average speech duration of the videoconference, the speech permission value of the participant terminal is increased (for example, a new speech permission value is obtained by adding 1 to the speech permission value) for use at the next speech. For another example, when the videoconference is a debate mode in which the floor limit is adjusted according to the number of speeches, and when the number of speeches of the participant exceeds the average number of speeches of the videoconference, the floor limit of the participant terminal is lowered (for example, the floor limit is reduced by 1 to obtain a new floor limit) to be used for the next speech. For another example, when the video conference is in the normal/default conference mode, the floor value of the participant terminal may not be changed due to a change in the floor duration.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, a management participant terminal with management authority (e.g., a participant terminal corresponding to a conference host or a conference administrator) may adjust floor limits of other participant terminals. In this case, the management participant terminal may set a floor limit value of at least one participant terminal, transmit the set floor limit value of the at least one participant terminal to the server, and after the server receives the floor limit values, allocate the floor limit values of the at least one participant terminal to the at least one participant terminal, respectively.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a management participant terminal having management authority (e.g., a participant terminal corresponding to a conference moderator or a conference administrator) may transfer its management authority to other participant terminals. In this case, the management participant terminal may set a target participant terminal to which the management authority is to be transferred, and transmit information related to the target participant terminal to the server, and after the information is received by the server, the target participant terminal may be set as a new management participant terminal having the management authority. The new management participant terminal may adjust the floor limits of the other participant terminals by the above-described method.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, each of the participant terminals participating in the video conference may be previously assigned a level, wherein the higher the level, the higher the initial floor value may be previously assigned to the participant terminal. For example, the level may be assigned based on the position and/or position of the participant, with higher positions and/or higher positions assigning higher levels. For another example, the level may be assigned according to the importance of each participant's role in the video conference, with higher importance assigned higher levels.
According to the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, in the case that it is detected that participants corresponding to a plurality of participant terminals participating in a video conference speak simultaneously, the first participant terminal having the speaking right can be determined by considering only the current speaking right limit values of the participant terminals. For example, the participant terminal having the highest floor limit value among the plurality of participant terminals may be determined as the first participant terminal.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where it is detected that participants corresponding to a plurality of participant terminals participating in a video conference speak at the same time, a first participant terminal having a speaking right may be determined in consideration of both a current speaking right limit value of the participant terminals and a start time of the current speaking of the corresponding participant. For example, the second speaking right limit values of the plurality of participant terminals may be determined based on the speaking right limit values of the plurality of participant terminals and the starting time of the current speaking of the participant corresponding to the plurality of participant terminals; and determining the participant terminal with the highest second speaking right limit value in the plurality of participant terminals as the first participant terminal. Exemplarily, the coefficient values of the multiple participant terminals may be determined based on the start time of the current speech of the participant corresponding to the multiple participant terminals, where the coefficient value is larger when the start time is the earliest; a second floor limit for the plurality of participant terminals is determined based on the floor limits for the plurality of participant terminals and the coefficient values for the plurality of participant terminals. For example, the second floor limit may be determined by the following exemplary and non-limiting formula: the second floor value (9999999999999-start timestamp of this utterance) × floor value, where the start timestamp of this utterance may be a 13-bit value for a UNIX system, and 9999999999999 is the maximum of 13 bits.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a mode (which may be referred to as a talk-alone mode, for example) in which the on/off of the microphones of the participating terminals is controlled by the server may also be turned on/off during the videoconference. For example, the videoconference interface of the participant terminal may have a button to turn on/off the individual talk mode, and the server may control the mode of turning on/off the microphone of the participant terminal in the above manner when the individual talk mode is turned on by the button, and not control the turning on/off of the microphone of the participant terminal when the individual talk mode is turned off by the button. Furthermore, a right may also be set for the opening/closing of the individual talk mode, for example, a management participant terminal having a management right may have a right to open/close the individual talk mode.
Fig. 3 is an exemplary implementation flowchart illustrating a conference control method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 3, in step 301, it may be detected whether any participant has started speaking. For example, in response to receiving audio data from a participant terminal, it may be determined that the participant corresponding to the participant terminal begins speaking.
In step 302, in the case where it is detected that a participant starts speaking, it is detected whether only one participant speaks. For example, only one participant may be determined to speak in response to receiving audio data from only one participant terminal, and a plurality of participants may be determined to speak in response to receiving audio data from a plurality of participant terminals. Further, steps 301 and 302 may be simultaneously detecting completion.
In step 303, when it is detected that only one participant speaks, the microphone of the participant terminal corresponding to the speaker is controlled to be turned on, and the microphones of the other participant terminals are controlled to be turned off.
In step 304, when it is detected that a plurality of participants speak, a participant with the highest speaking right limit value (the highest speaking right limit value of the corresponding participant terminal) among the plurality of participants may be determined as the speaker, and the microphone of the participant terminal corresponding to the speaker may be controlled to be turned on and the microphones of the other participant terminals may be controlled to be turned off.
In step 305, when the speaker speaks, the speaking duration and speaking frequency of the speaker can be recorded in real time. For example, the number of speaking times of the speaker may be increased by 1, and the speaking duration may be calculated according to the duration of the time that the microphone thereof is turned on this time. In addition, the average number of utterances and the average utterance duration of the video conference are also adjusted in real time.
At step 306, it may be determined whether the speaker's utterance is over.
In step 307, the floor limit of the speaker (i.e., the floor limit of the participant terminal corresponding to the speaker) may be adjusted when the speaker finishes speaking (or the next person begins speaking). The floor limit of the speaker may be adjusted by a rule corresponding to the current conference mode based on the speaking duration and/or the speaking number of the speaker. The adjusted speech permission value is used when the speaker makes the next speech, that is, when the speaker makes the next speech and a plurality of persons make the speech at the same time, the person having the speech permission among the plurality of persons who make the speech at the same time in the next speech can be specified based on the adjusted speech permission value of the speaker.
In the video conference, steps 301 to 307 may be repeatedly performed.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a conference control apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Here, the conference control apparatus of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is applied to a server side of a video conference, for example, applicable to the server 101 shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 4, a conference control apparatus 400 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may include a talk terminal determining unit 401 and a microphone control unit 402.
When participants corresponding to a plurality of participant terminals participating in a video conference simultaneously speak and are detected, speaking terminal determining section 401 may determine a first participant terminal having a speaking right based on the speaking right limits of the plurality of participant terminals. Here, each participant terminal participating in the video conference has a respective floor value. For example, the conference control device 400 may further include a detection unit (not shown) that can detect whether a plurality of participants speak at the same time.
The microphone control unit 402 may control the microphone of the first participant terminal to be turned on and may control the microphones of the other participant terminals of the plurality of participant terminals to be turned off.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where the speech of the participant corresponding to only one participant terminal participating in the video conference is detected, the microphone control unit 402 may control the microphone of the participant terminal to be turned on and control the microphones of the other participant terminals participating in the video conference to be turned off.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the conference control device 400 may further include an allocation unit (not shown). The allocation unit may allocate an initial floor limit to each of the participant terminals participating in the video conference in advance. For example, the allocation unit may allocate a relatively higher initial floor limit value to a management participant terminal having management authority (e.g., a participant terminal corresponding to a conference moderator or a conference administrator) and allocate a relatively lower initial floor limit value to other participant terminals.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the conference control device 400 may further include a floor limit adjusting unit (not shown). In the course of the video conference, the speech right limit value adjusting unit may adjust the speech right limit value of at least one participant terminal according to the speech data of the participant corresponding to the at least one participant terminal. The adjusted floor limit may be used to determine the participant terminal having the floor right when the participant corresponding to the at least one participant terminal next speaks. For example, the speaking data may include at least one of speaking duration and speaking number of the participant corresponding to the at least one participant terminal. Here, the speech right limit value adjusting means may record, in real time, the speech duration and the speech number of the participant corresponding to each participant terminal during the video conference.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the video conference may be preset with a corresponding conference mode, and different conference modes may be preset with a corresponding rule for adjusting the floor value of the participant terminal. That is, different conference modes may correspond to different rules. In the video conference process, the speaking right limit value adjusting unit can adjust the speaking right limit values of the participating terminals through different rules according to different conference modes.
Therefore, the conference control device 400 may further include a receiving unit (not shown) that may receive the floor value of at least one participant terminal set by the management participant terminal from the management participant terminal, and an allocating unit (not shown) that may allocate the floor value received by the at least one participant terminal to the at least one participant terminal, respectively.
Therefore, the conference control device 400 may further include a receiving unit (not shown) that may receive the related information of the target participating terminal from the management participating terminal, and a management authority setting unit (not shown) that may determine the target participating terminal according to the related information and set the target participating terminal as a new management participating terminal having a management authority.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the conference control device 400 may further include an allocation unit (not shown). The allocation unit may assign a level to each of the participant terminals participating in the video conference in advance, wherein higher initial floor limits may be assigned to participant terminals of higher levels in advance.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where it is detected that participants corresponding to a plurality of participant terminals participating in a video conference speak simultaneously, the speaking terminal determining unit 401 may determine the first participant terminal having the speaking right in consideration of only the current speaking right limits of the participant terminals. For example, originating terminal determining section 401 may determine, as the first participating terminal, a participating terminal having the highest origination right limit value among the plurality of participating terminals.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where it is detected that participants corresponding to a plurality of participant terminals participating in a video conference speak simultaneously, speaking terminal determining unit 401 may determine a first participant terminal having a speaking right in consideration of both the current speaking right limit values of the participant terminals and the start time of the current speaking of the corresponding participant. For example, origination terminal determining section 401 may determine a second origination right limit value for a plurality of participant terminals based on origination right limit values for the plurality of participant terminals and the origination time of the present origination of the participants corresponding to the plurality of participant terminals; and determining the participant terminal with the highest second speaking right limit value in the plurality of participant terminals as the first participant terminal. Illustratively, utterance terminal determining unit 401 may determine coefficient values of the plurality of participant terminals based on start times of the utterance of the participants corresponding to the plurality of participant terminals, where the start time is the earliest and the coefficient values are larger; a second floor limit for the plurality of participant terminals is determined based on the floor limits for the plurality of participant terminals and the coefficient values for the plurality of participant terminals.
Therefore, the conference control device 400 may further include a mode switching unit (not shown) that controls the speaking terminal determining unit 401 and the microphone control unit 402 to start operating when the mode switching unit receives a command to turn on the individual speaking mode from the participant terminal, and controls the speaking terminal determining unit 401 and the microphone control unit 402 to stop operating when the mode switching unit receives a command to turn off the individual speaking mode from the participant terminal.
