The Memory 1005 may be a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Non-volatile Memory (NVM), such as a disk Memory. The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 1 does not constitute a limitation of the video ringback tone delivery device, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 1, a memory 1005, identified as a computer storage medium, may include an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a video ringback tone delivery program.
In the video color ring back tone delivery apparatus shown in fig. 1, the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting to a background server and performing data communication with the background server; the user interface 1003 is mainly used for connecting user equipment; the video polyphonic ringtone delivery device calls a video polyphonic ringtone delivery program stored in the memory 1005 through the processor 1001 and executes the video polyphonic ringtone delivery method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
Based on the hardware structure, the embodiment of the video color ring releasing method is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a video color ring releasing method according to the present invention.
Step S10: and acquiring terminal motion track information and terminal camera orientation information when the requesting user records the video color ring.
It should be noted that the execution main body of the method in this embodiment may be a video color ring back tone delivering device having functions of data processing, network communication, and program running, for example, a color ring back tone platform, or other electronic devices capable of implementing the same or similar functions, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be understood that, at present, the video color ring playing setting logic is relatively fixed, and can only be set by a called party, and the video color ring playing setting logic is played when a calling party dials, so that to realize accurate delivery, personal information of a delivered object must be acquired, and actual requirements of a user cannot be met completely.
In a specific implementation, for example, the user a sees that the user B steals the mobile phone of the user C on the street, and at this time, the user a cannot remind in the form of a video polyphonic ringtone because the user a does not know the mobile phone number of the user C, and can only attract the attention of a victim by shouting or directly go out, but when the distance is far, these methods cannot be used.
In order to overcome the above defects, in this embodiment, a target terminal is selected from associated terminals associated with a position of a requesting user by requesting terminal motion trajectory information and terminal camera orientation information of the user when recording a video color ring, and the video color ring uploaded by the requesting user is delivered to the target terminal, so that accurate delivery of the video color ring can be realized without knowing personal information of a delivery object.
In a particular implementation, for example, user a finds that user B is stealing user C's handset during a walk. The method comprises the steps that a user A initiates a real-time video color ring releasing demand through a color ring platform, the color ring platform opens a real-time video recording interface for the user A to operate, and when the user A operates, the color ring platform monitors and analyzes recording behaviors and determines an object to be released of a video recorded by the user A. And after the user A finishes recording, the polyphonic ringtone platform pushes the determined release object to the user A for confirmation, and after the user A finishes confirmation, the polyphonic ringtone platform quickly plays the video polyphonic ringtone recorded by the user A at the mobile phone terminal of the user C to remind the user C that someone is stealing.
It can be understood that a requesting user can dial a video color ring back tone uploading dedicated line through a mobile terminal to initiate a call request to a color ring back tone platform, the color ring back tone platform negotiates with the mobile terminal of the requesting user after receiving the call request of the requesting user, a video color ring back tone uploading interface is opened for the requesting user, after the requesting user clicks an uploading video color ring back tone button, the mobile terminal calls a local camera module, the requesting user records a video in real time, and the video is directly uploaded to the color ring back tone platform after the video recording is completed. The video color ring back tone uploading special line is preset by the color ring back tone platform, and the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone and other equipment.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid the video polyphonic ringtone being too long, in this embodiment, the recording duration of the video polyphonic ringtone may also be limited. For example, the recording duration of the video polyphonic ringtone is preset to be not more than 25S.
It should be noted that the terminal motion trajectory information may be the mobile information of the mobile terminal when recording the color ring back tone video. The terminal camera orientation information may be camera orientation change information of the mobile terminal when recording the color ring back tone video.
It should be understood that, the obtaining of the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information of the requesting user when recording the video polyphonic ringtone may be to obtain the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information of the requesting user when recording the video polyphonic ringtone after the requesting user uploads the video polyphonic ringtone, so that the accuracy of the information can be ensured.
Or the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information can be obtained in real time in the process of requesting the user to record the video polyphonic ringtone, so that the determining speed of the target terminal can be increased, and the video polyphonic ringtone can be ensured to be timely released to the target terminal.
It can be understood that, in the process of requesting the user to record the video color ring, the real-time acquisition of the terminal motion track information may be that the color ring platform starts an inquiry to the mobile terminal when the user is requesting to record the video color ring, the mobile terminal synchronizes the current coordinate position to the color ring platform in real time (4 times per second), and the color ring platform records the terminal motion track information of the mobile terminal.
It should be understood that, in the process of requesting the user to record the video polyphonic ringtone, the real-time acquisition of the orientation information of the terminal camera may be to detect the first orientation information of the camera through a gyroscope on the mobile terminal, monitor the orientation change information of the subsequent camera in real time through an acceleration sensor and the gyroscope on the mobile terminal, and upload the first orientation information and the orientation change information to the polyphonic ringtone platform.
Step S20: determining an associated terminal associated with the requesting user presence location.
It should be noted that the associated terminal associated with the presence location of the requesting user may be a terminal in the same area as the requesting user. For example, a terminal within 100 meters of the requesting user's surroundings may be considered an associated terminal associated with the requesting user's presence location.
It can be understood that the associated terminal that is determined to be associated with the location where the requesting user exists may be a color ring platform that controls the mobile terminal to send a detection signal, and receives detection information uploaded by the mobile terminal, and detects the associated terminal that is associated with the location where the requesting user exists according to the detection information.
In a specific implementation, for example, the polyphonic ringtone platform controls the mobile phone to send a bluetooth signal, receives detection information uploaded by the mobile phone, and determines an associated terminal associated with the position where the request user exists based on the detection information.
The color ring back tone platform may also determine, according to the terminal motion trajectory information, a communication base station corresponding to the requesting user, send a terminal query instruction to the communication base station, receive terminal information fed back by the communication base station, and determine, according to the terminal information, an associated terminal associated with the position of the requesting user, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S30: and selecting a target terminal from the associated terminals according to the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information.
It should be noted that the target terminal may be an object for delivering the video color ring.
It should be understood that, the target terminal selected from the associated terminals according to the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information may be determined by the color ring back tone platform by analyzing the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information and combining the position information of the associated terminals.
Further, in practical applications, there may be a plurality of terminals selected according to the terminal motion trajectory information and the terminal camera orientation information. At this time, if the video color ring uploaded by the requesting user is delivered to all terminals, the video color ring may be mistakenly sent, and information leakage may be caused. Therefore, in order to overcome the above-mentioned drawback, the step S30 includes:
selecting a candidate terminal from the associated terminals according to the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information;
when a plurality of candidate terminals are provided, generating confirmation information according to the candidate terminals;
sending the confirmation information to the requesting user, and receiving selection information fed back by the requesting user;
and selecting a target terminal from the candidate terminals according to the selection information.
It should be understood that, in this embodiment, when there are a plurality of candidate terminals, the generated confirmation information is sent to the requesting user, so that the requesting user can manually select the target terminal, thereby avoiding misdelivery and information leakage.
It is to be understood that, in order to facilitate the requesting user to distinguish the candidate terminal, generating the confirmation information according to the candidate terminal may be acquiring terminal information of the candidate terminal and generating the confirmation information according to the terminal information. The terminal information may include information such as a terminal location, a terminal model, and a terminal online time.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment, when generating the confirmation information, the candidate terminals may be sorted according to the terminal information first, and the confirmation information may be generated according to the sorted candidate terminals.
In a specific implementation, for example, the candidate terminals are sorted according to the terminal online time, and the confirmation information is generated according to the sorted candidate terminals.
It can be understood that, after the polyphonic ringtone platform sends the confirmation information to the mobile terminal corresponding to the requesting user, the requesting user can select the receiving terminal through the mobile terminal according to the confirmation information and generate the selection information to feed back to the polyphonic ringtone platform.
It should be understood that, after receiving the selection information, the polyphonic ringtone platform may select the target terminal from the candidate terminals according to the selection information.
Step S40: and releasing the video color ring uploaded by the requesting user to the target terminal.
It should be noted that, after the mobile terminal completes the recording of the color ring back tone video, the color ring back tone video may be uploaded to the color ring back tone platform through an upload entry in the video color ring back tone upload interface. When the user uploads the color ring back tone video, the user can also input a video title in the video color ring back tone uploading interface and select the releasing time of the color ring back tone video. The release time can be set to be immediately released, released after 5 minutes, customized and the like.
It should be understood that, after determining the target terminal, the color ring platform calls the target terminal immediately, and sends the video color ring uploaded by the request user to the target terminal during the call.
Further, in order to monitor the playing status of the video polyphonic ringtone, after the step S40, the method further includes:
receiving a monitoring video uploaded by the target terminal in real time;
and judging whether the video color ring is checked according to the monitoring video.
It should be understood that, after the color ring platform delivers the video color ring to the target terminal, the color ring platform can negotiate with the target terminal in real time, monitor the current state of the user through a camera of the target terminal, and upload the monitored video to the color ring platform in real time.
It can be understood that the judgment of whether the video color ring is checked according to the monitoring video may be monitoring the head action and the eye action of the user according to the monitoring video, and judging whether the video color ring is checked according to the head action and the eye action of the user. For example, whether the user lowers the head or not is monitored according to the monitoring video, whether the sight of the user falls on the target terminal or not is monitored according to the monitoring video, and when the user lowers the head and the sight of the user falls on the target terminal, it is judged that the video polyphonic ringtone is viewed.
It should be understood that, after determining that the video color ring is viewed, the color ring platform may instruct the target terminal to stop playing the video color ring, and the color ring platform may also send feedback information to the requesting user.
In the first embodiment, the method comprises the steps of obtaining terminal motion track information and terminal camera orientation information of a requesting user when recording a video color ring, determining a relevant terminal which is relevant to the position of the requesting user, selecting a target terminal from the relevant terminals according to the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information, and delivering the video color ring uploaded by the requesting user to the target terminal; in the embodiment, the target terminal is selected from the associated terminals which are associated with the position of the requesting user through the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information of the requesting user when the video polyphonic ringtone is recorded, and the video polyphonic ringtone uploaded by the requesting user is delivered to the target terminal, so that the accurate delivery of the video polyphonic ringtone can be realized under the condition that the personal information of a delivery object is not known.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of the method for delivering a video color ring back tone according to the present invention, and the second embodiment of the method for delivering a video color ring back tone according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment illustrated in fig. 2.
In the second embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step S201: and determining the communication base station corresponding to the request user according to the terminal motion track information.
It should be understood that the detection distance is short and the result is inaccurate in view of detecting the associated terminal associated with the presence location of the requesting user by controlling the mobile terminal to emit the detection signal. Therefore, in order to overcome the above-mentioned defect, in this embodiment, the communication base station corresponding to the requesting user is determined first, and then the associated terminal associated with the position of the requesting user is queried through the communication base station.
It can be understood that, determining the communication base station corresponding to the requesting user according to the terminal motion trajectory information may be determining a starting position of the mobile terminal according to the terminal motion trajectory information, and querying and managing the communication base station of the mobile terminal according to the starting position.
Step S202: and sending a terminal query instruction to the communication base station, and receiving terminal information fed back by the communication base station.
It should be noted that the terminal query instruction may include a query range and a starting position of the mobile terminal. The query range may be preset by the requesting user, or a default range may be used as the query range. For example, the query range may be set to within 100 meters of proximity.
It should be understood that sending the terminal query instruction to the communication base station and receiving the terminal information fed back by the communication base station may be that the color ring platform sends the terminal query instruction to the communication base station, where the terminal query instruction includes a query range and an initial position of the mobile terminal, and after receiving the terminal query instruction, the communication base station queries the terminal information around the center of the circle by using the initial position of the mobile terminal as a center of the circle and using 100 meters as a radius, and feeds back the queried terminal information to the color ring platform.
Step S203: and determining the associated terminal associated with the position of the requesting user according to the terminal information.
It is understood that the determination of the associated terminal associated with the presence location of the requesting user based on the terminal information may be a determination of a terminal in the same area as the requesting user based on the terminal information and regarding the terminal as the associated terminal associated with the presence location of the requesting user.
In a second embodiment, a communication base station corresponding to a requesting user is determined according to terminal motion track information, a terminal query instruction is sent to the communication base station, terminal information fed back by the communication base station is received, and an associated terminal associated with the position of the requesting user is determined according to the terminal information; in the embodiment, the communication base station corresponding to the requesting user is determined first, and then the communication base station queries the associated terminal associated with the position of the requesting user, so that the associated terminal can be accurately detected, and the accuracy of releasing the video polyphonic ringtone is improved.
In the second embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S301: and acquiring the terminal position information of the associated terminal.
It should be understood that, considering that analyzing the position information of the associated terminals one by one, it is time-consuming and labor-consuming and the processing speed is slow. Therefore, in order to overcome the above-mentioned defects, in the present embodiment, first, the relative position information between the requesting user and the associated terminal is determined according to the terminal motion trajectory information and the terminal position information, and the target terminal is determined according to the terminal motion trajectory information, the terminal camera orientation information, and the relative position information.
The terminal location information is used to indicate a location relationship between the associated terminal and the requesting user.
It is to be understood that the acquiring of the terminal position information of the associated terminal may be determining the terminal position information of the associated terminal based on the terminal information of the communication terminal.
Step S302: and determining the relative position information between the requesting user and the associated terminal according to the terminal motion track information and the terminal position information.
It should be noted that the relative position information may be represented by a relative position map between the requesting user and the associated terminal.
In a specific implementation, for ease of understanding, the description is made with reference to fig. 4, but this scheme is not limited. Fig. 4 is a relative position diagram, in fig. 4, open circles indicate the starting positions of the requesting user when recording the color ring back tone video, and solid circles identify the positions of the associated terminals associated with the positions where the requesting user exists.
Step S303: and determining a target terminal according to the terminal motion track information, the terminal camera orientation information and the relative position information.
It should be understood that determining the target terminal according to the terminal motion trail information, the terminal camera orientation information and the relative position information may be selecting the target terminal in a relative position map according to the terminal motion trail information and the terminal camera orientation information.
In a second embodiment, the method comprises the steps of obtaining terminal position information of a related terminal, determining relative position information between a requesting user and the related terminal according to terminal motion track information and the terminal position information, and determining a target terminal according to the terminal motion track information, terminal camera orientation information and the relative position information; since the embodiment introduces the relative position graph between the requesting user and the associated terminal to determine the target terminal, the selection speed of the target terminal is increased.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of a video polyphonic ringtone release method according to the present invention, and the third embodiment of the video polyphonic ringtone release method is provided based on the second embodiment shown in fig. 3.
In a third embodiment, the step S303 includes:
step S3031: and generating a recording track chart according to the terminal motion track information, the terminal camera orientation information and the relative position information.
It can be understood that, generating the recording track map according to the terminal motion track information, the terminal camera orientation information and the relative position information may be adding the terminal motion track information and the terminal camera orientation information to the relative position map to obtain the recording track map.
In a specific implementation, for ease of understanding, the description is made with reference to fig. 6, but this scheme is not limited thereto. Fig. 6 is a recording trace diagram, in fig. 6, a hollow origin indicates a position of a requesting user, a solid origin indicates a position of each associated terminal, a dotted line indicates a terminal movement trace, a solid line indicates a terminal camera orientation, and a slashed origin indicates a target terminal determined from the recording trace diagram.
Step S3032: and determining the orientation intersection point of the terminal camera according to the orientation information of the terminal camera.
It should be noted that the terminal camera orientation information includes the terminal camera position and the orientation of the terminal camera at the position.
It should be understood that determining the orientation intersection point of the terminal camera according to the terminal camera orientation information may be constructing orientation rays of the terminal camera at various positions according to the terminal camera orientation information, and regarding the intersection point of the orientation rays as the orientation intersection point of the terminal camera.
Step S3033: and acquiring the intersection point position of the orientation intersection point, and selecting a target terminal from the recording track map according to the intersection point position.
It should be noted that the intersection position may be a position in the recording track map toward the intersection.
It is understood that, the selecting of the target terminal from the recording track map according to the intersection position may be selecting an associated terminal located at the intersection position from the recording track map according to the intersection position, and taking the associated terminal as the target terminal.
Further, in order to avoid a target terminal selection error, the step S3033 includes:
acquiring the number of the intersection points of the orientation intersection points, and determining an intersection point selection strategy according to the number of the intersection points;
and acquiring the intersection point position of the orientation intersection point, and selecting a target terminal from the recording track map through the intersection point selection strategy according to the intersection point position.
It should be understood that the mobile terminal is prone to a plurality of intersection positions determined according to the orientation track of the terminal camera during shooting. Therefore, in order to avoid the selection error of the target terminal, the embodiment further obtains the number of the intersection points facing the intersection points, determines the intersection point selection strategy according to the number of the intersection points, and selects the target terminal from the recording track map through the intersection point selection strategy according to the positions of the intersection points.
In a specific implementation, for example, when the number of the intersection points toward the intersection point is single, a preset number of associated terminals closest to the orientation intersection point are taken as target terminals according to the intersection point position. Wherein the preset number may be preset, for example, the preset number may be set to 3.
For ease of understanding, the description will be made with reference to fig. 7, but this scheme is not limited thereto. Fig. 7 is a terminal selection diagram in the case of a double intersection, and in fig. 7, a line segment of two intersections is taken as a diameter of a circle, the center of the line segment is taken as a center of the circle, and a related terminal in the circle is taken as a target terminal.
For ease of understanding, the description will be made with reference to fig. 8, but this scheme is not limited thereto. Fig. 8 is a terminal selection diagram when three or more intersections are present, and in fig. 8, the associated terminal in the closed graph surrounded by the intersections is taken as the target terminal.
In a third embodiment, a recording track map is generated according to terminal motion track information, terminal camera orientation information and relative position information, an orientation track of a terminal camera is constructed in the recording track map according to the terminal camera orientation information, an orientation intersection point of the orientation track is determined, an intersection point position of the orientation intersection point is obtained, a target terminal is selected from the recording track map according to the intersection point position, and therefore the target terminal can be accurately selected.
