The insulating part 5 and the metal part 4 are installed in a clamping mode. The first through hole 26 and the second through hole 30 are used for limiting the first spring 29, the connecting rod 23 is firstly inserted into the first through hole 26, passes through the second through hole 30 and is arranged at the lower end, the raised head 25 stays in the first through hole 26, then the first spring 29 is placed, and the insulating piece 5 is inserted into the metal piece 4, so that the first triangular part 32 is extruded by the second triangular part 33, and the clamping arm 31 is expanded. The inclined surfaces 34 of the first and second triangular portions 32 and 33 are guided in contact with each other, and the flat surfaces 46 of the first and second triangular portions 32 and 33 are brought into contact with each other, thereby abutting each other, and the insulator 5 is held by the metal fitting 4.
